Revival structures of coherent states for Xm exceptional orthogonal polynomials of the Scarf I potential within position-dependent effective mass

The revival structures for the X_m exceptional orthogonal polynomials of the Scarf I potential endowed with position-dependent effective mass is studied in the context of the generalized Gazeau-Klauder coherent states. It is shown that in the case of the constant mass, the deduced coherent states mimic full and fractional revivals phenomena. However in the case of position-dependent effective mass, although full revivals take place during their time evolution, there is no fractional revivals as defined in the common sense. These properties are illustrated numerically by means of some specific profile mass functions, with and without singularities. We have also observed a close connection between the coherence time τ_coh^m? and the mass parameter ?.

Isospectral Hamiltonian for position-dependent mass for an arbitrary quantum system and coherent states

By means of the unitary transformation, a new way for discussing the ordering prescription of Schrodinger equation with a position-dependent mass (PDM) for isospectral Hamiltonian operators is presented. We show that the ambiguity parameter choices in the kinetic part of the Hamiltonian can be explained through an exact SUSY symmetry as well as a consequence of an accidental symmetry under the Z2 action. By making use of the unitary transformation, we construct coherent states for a family of PDM isospectral Hamiltonians from a suitable choice of ladder operators. We show that these states preserve the usual structure of Klauder-Perelomov s states and thus saturate and minimize the generalized position-momentum uncertainty relation (GUR) under some special restrictions. We show that GURs properties can be used to determine the sign of the superpotential.

Weak and strong expansions of the generalized q-deformed coherent states approximate eigenfunctions and its resolution of unity

The aim of this paper is to provide an explicit expressions for the generalized q-deformed harmonic oscillator coherent states obtained in terms of a weak and strong behavior expansions. We first use the weak (s --> 0) deformed version of q-boson annihilation operator to solve Barut-Girardello's eigenvalues coherent states equation for the generalized q-deformed harmonic oscillator. In strong behavior limit (s --> 1) the previous result is resumed using the variational perturbation theory. We also describe the construction of their resolution of unity.

Reconstruction and location of fractional revivals of coherent state wave-packets for potentials associated with exceptional Xm Jacobi-polynomials

Gazeau-Klauder coherent states of the extended trigonometric Scarf potential, underlying the quadratic energy spectrum and associated with Jacobi-type Xm exceptional orthogonal polynomials P(a,b,m) n (x), are constructed. The temporal evolution of wave-packet coherent states are performed by means of an autocorrelation function and the full revival properties are investigated in the usual time-domain analysis. This latter seems to be less useful for describing the fractional revivals due to the complicated nature of coherent wave-packet. Fortunately the autocorrelation function revels a little signature of fractional revivals at the vicinity of quarters of the revival time Trev due to the quadratic energy spectrum and the use of the wavelet-based time-frequency analysis of the autocorrelation function provides an analytical and numerical observation of the fractional revivals at different orders of the system.

New SU(1, 1) Position-Dependent Effective Mass Coherent States for the Generalized Shifted Harmonic Oscillator

A new SU(1, 1) position-dependent effective mass coherent states (PDEM CS) related to the shifted harmonic oscillator (SHO) are deduced. This is accomplished by applying a similarity transformation to the generally deformed oscillator algebra (GDOA) generators for PDEM system and construct a new set of operators which close the su(1, 1) Lie algebra, being the PDEM CS of the basis for its unitary irreducible representation. The residual potential is associated to the SHO. From the Lie algebra generators, we evaluate the uncertainty relationship for a position and momentum-like operators in the PDEM CS and show that it is minimized in the sense of Barut-Girardello CS. We prove that the deduced PDEM CS preserve the same analytical form than those of Glauber states. We show that the probability density of dynamical evolution in the PDEM CS oscillates back and forth as time goes by and behaves as classical wave packet.
