Let $G$ be a group with a finite balanced presentation $P$. We associate a Heegaard Floer homology group $\widehat{HF}_P(G)$ with the pair $(G,P)$ based on some extra choices and technical assumptions. We show that $\widehat{HF}_P(G)$ is independent from these choices and also is invariant under stable Andrews-Curtis transformations on $P$, based on two claims which are not settled in this paper.
In this article, the structure of the Clifford-Weyl superalgebras and their associated Lie superalgebras will be investigated. These superalgebras have a natural supersymmetric inner product which is invariant under their Lie superalgebra structures. The Clifford-Weyl superalgebras can be realized as tensor product of the algebra of alternating and symmetric tensors respectively, on the even and odd parts of their underlying superspace. For Physical applications in elementary particles, we add star structures to these algebras and investigate the basic relations. Ortho-symplectic Lie algebras are naturally present in these algebras and their representations on these algebras can be described easily.
In this paper, we use the notion of super tangent bundle for a space-time manifold, and use super metrics on it to model gravity and some types of matter that is the source of the gravity and can be interpreted as dark matter. In this view, gravity is an effect of the symmetric part of the super metric and dark matter is an effect of the symplectic part of the super metric. So, dark matter can be considered as a result of the odd part of the super space-time. We use variation of the Hilbert action to derive field equations for interaction of gravity and matter and investigate some of the results. We also construct some solution for these equations.
In this paper we try to prepare a framework for field quantization. To this end, we aim to replace the field of scalars R by self-adjoint elements of a commutative C-algebra, and reach an appropriate generalization of geometrical concepts on manifolds. First, we put forward the concept of operator-valued tensors and extend semi-Riemannian metrics to operator valued metrics. Then, in this new geometry, some essential concepts of Riemannian geometry such as curvature ten- sor, Levi-Civita connection, Hodge star operator, exterior derivative, divergence,... will be considered.
In this paper we will extend the notion of tangent bundle to a $\z$ graded tangent bundle. This graded bundle has a Lie algebroid structure and we can develop notions semi-riemannian metrics, Levi-civita connection, and curvature, on it. In case of space-times manifolds, even part of the tangent bundle is related to space and time structures(gravity) and odd part is related to mass distribution in space-time. In this structure, mass becomes part of the geometry, and Einstein field equation can be reconstructed in a new simpler form. The new field equation is purely geometric.
Yang-mills field equations describe new forces in the context of Lie groups and principle bundles. It is of interest to know if the new forces and gravitation can be described in the context of algebroids. This work was intended as an attempt to answer last question. The basic idea is to construct Einstein field equation in an algebroid bundle associated to space-time manifold. This equation contains Einstein and yang-mills field equations simultaneously. Also this equation yields a new equation that can have interesting experimental results.
