Quantum Gauge Theory of Gravity

The quantum gravity is formulated based on principle of local gauge invariance. The model discussed in this paper has local gravitational gauge symmetry and gravitational field is represented by gauge field. In leading order approximation, it gives out classical Newton's theory of gravity. It can also give out Einstein's field equation with cosmological constant. For classical tests, it gives out the same theoretical predictions as those of general relativity. This quantum gauge theory of gravity is a renormalizable quantum theory.

Differential Geometrical Formulation of Gauge Theory of Gravity

Differential geometric formulation of quantum gauge theory of gravity is studied in this paper. The quantum gauge theory of gravity which is proposed in the references hep-th/0109145 and hep-th/0112062 is formulated completely in the framework of traditional quantum field theory. In order to study the relationship between quantum gauge theory of gravity and traditional quantum gravity which is formulated in curved space, it is important to find the differential geometric formulation of quantum gauge theory of gravity. We first give out the correspondence between quantum gauge theory of gravity and differential geometry. Then we give out differential geometric formulation of quantum gauge theory of gravity.

Determination of Cosmological Constant from Gauge Theory of Gravity

Combining general relativity and gravitational gauge theory, the cosmological constant is determined theoretically. The cosmological constant is related to the average vacuum energy of gravitational gauge field. Because the vacuum energy of gravitational gauge field is negative, the cosmological constant is positive, which generates repulsive force on stars to make the expansion rate of the Universe accelerated. A rough estimation of it gives out its magnitude of the order of $10^{-52} m^{-2}$, which is well constant with experimental results.

Gauge Theory of Gravity

The quantum gravity is formulated based on principle of local gauge invariance. The model discussed in this paper has local gravitational gauge symmetry and gravitational field appears as gauge field. The problems on quantization and renormalization of the theory are also discussed in this paper. In leading order approximation, the gravitational gauge field theory gives out classical Newton's theory of gravity. In first order approximation and for vacuum, the gravitational gauge field theory gives out Einstein's general theory of relativity. This quantum gauge theory of gravity is a renormalizable quantum theory.

New meson mass relation and lowest pseudoscalar glueball mass

A new meson mass relation for meson nonet is given after considering mixing with glueball. The mixing between pseudoscalar mesons and pseudoscalar glueball will decrease the mass of glueball by about 500 Mev. So, according to the predicted mass of the pure pseudoscalar glueball given by lattice calculation and effective Hamiltonian, the expected mass of mixed pseudoscalar glueball is about 1.7 Gev. This result is helpful for experimemtal search for the mixed Isoscalar pseudoscalar glueball.

New Mechanism for Mass Generation of Gauge Fields

A new mechanism for mass generation of gauge fields is proposed in this paper. By introducing two sets of gauge fields and making the variatons of these two sets of gauge fields compensate each other under local gauge transformations, the mass term of gauge fields can be introduced into the Lagrangian without violation the local gauge symmetry of the Lagrangian. Besides, this model is renormalizable.

An Electroweak Model With Massive Neutrinos

In this paper, an electroweak model with massive neutrinos is proposed. The symmetry of the model is $SU(2)_L \times U(1)_Y \times U(1)_M$. Because of the mixing of neutrinos, the conversion of one lepton type to another is possible, but many of those kind processes are of extremely small possibilities. The total lepton-number conservation still holds in this model, so neutrinoless double beta decay is prohibited. Though right-hand neutrinos are introduced into the model, their coupling with matter fields is extremely small and therefore they are much harder to be detected in experiments.

General Gauge Field Theory And Its Application

A gauge field model, which simultaneously has strict local gauge symmetry and contains massive general gauge bosons, is discussed in this paper. The model has SU(N) gauge symmetry. In order to introduce the mass term of gauge fields directly without violating the gauge symmetry of the theory, two sets of gauge fields will be introduced into the theory. After some transformations, one set of gauge fields obtain masses and another set of gauge fields keep massless. In the limit $α\longrightarrow 0$ or $α\longrightarrow \infty$, the gauge field model discussed in this paper will return to Yang-Mills gauge field model. Finally, some applications of this model are discussed.

A New Electroweak Model Without Higgs Boson

In this paper, we try to construct an electroweak model which avoids using Higgs mechanism. We simultaneously introduce two sets of gauge bosons so as to keep the masses of gauge bosons $W^{\pm}$ and $Z$ non-zero without using Higgs mechanism. In order to introduce symmetry breaking, we need a vacuum potential. In a proper limit, this model will return to the standard model, except that there exists no Higgs particle and couplings between Higgs particle and fermions or gauge fields. The fundamental dynamical characteristics of this model are similar to those of the standard model.

An electroweak model without Higgs particle

In this paper, applying general gauge field theory, we will construct an electroweak model. In this new electroweak model, Higgs mechanism is not used, so no Higgs particle exists in the model. In order to keep the masses of intermediate gauge bosons non-zero, we will introduce two sets of gauge fields. We need a vacuum potential to introduce symmetry breaking and to introduce the masses of all fields. Except for theose terms concern of Higgs particle, the fundamental dynamical properties of this model are similar to those of the standard model. And in a proper limit, this model will approximately return to the standard model.

General Gauge Field Theory

In this paper, we will construct a gauge field model, in which the masses of gauge fields are non-zero and the local gauge symmetry is strictly preserved. A SU(N) gauge field model is discussed in details in this paper. In the limit $α\longrightarrow 0$ or $α\longrightarrow \infty$, the gauge field model discussed in this paper will return to Yang-Mills gauge field model. This theory could be regarded as theoretical development of Yang-Mills gauge field theory.

Some discussions on strong interaction

Using the gauge field model with massive gauge bosons, we could construct a new model to describe the strong interaction. In this new quantum chromodynamics(QCD) model, we will introduce two sets of gluon fields, one set is massive and another set is massless. Correspondingly, there may exists three sets of glueballs which have the same spin-parity but have different masses. A possible new kind of long-range force field is also discussed in this paper.

Gauge Field Model With Massive Gauge Bosons

A gauge field model, which simultaneously has strict local gauge symmetry and massive gauge bosons, is discussed in this paper. The model has SU(N) gauge symmetry. In the limit $α\longrightarrow 0$, the gauge field model discussed in this paper will return to Yang-Mills gauge field model. The important meaning of this model is that, without Higgs mechanism, gauge bosons can also obtain masses. This theory can also explain some other unknown phenomenum.
