Non-relativistic model for interaction of dark particles with matter

A non-relativistic quantum mechanical model for interaction of dark particles with matter is proposed; the model describes resonant amplification of effective interaction between two massive bodies at large distances between them. The phenomenon is explained by catalytic action by a third dark particle scattered at a system of two heavy bodies. It is shown that effective interaction between the heavy bodies is changed at large distances and can transform into repulsion contributing in that case to the dark energy action.

Excited nuclei in neutron star crusts

The paper considers the chains of successive electron capture reactions by nuclei of the iron group which take place in the crystal structures of neutron star envelopes. It is shown that as a result of such reactions the daughter nuclei in excited states accumulate within certain layers of neutron star crusts. The phonon model of interactions is proposed between the excited nuclei in the crystalline structure, as well as formation of highly excited nuclear states which emit neutrons and higher energy photons.

Exact Analytical Solutions in Three-Body Problems and Model of Neutrino Generator

Exact analytic solutions are obtained in three-body problem for the scattering of light particle on two fixed centers in the case when pair potentials have a separable form. Solutions show an appearance of new three-body resonance states that depend on distance between two fixed centers. In the case when two-body neutron-nucleus amplitudes have the Breit-Wigner's form and heavy nuclei fixed in nodes of crystalline lattice widths of new resonance states can be equal to zero at certain values of the distance. It gives the possibility of transitions between three-body resonance states connected with process of electron capture by proton with formation of neutron and emission of neutrino. This exoenergic process leading to the cooling of star without nuclear reactions is discussed.

Neutron Catalysis of Resonance Fusion in Stellar Matter

Within the framework of resonance fusion study in stellar matter the features of system consisted of two alpha particles and one neutron have been investigated at astrophysical energies. Consideration of three body scattering has been carried out on base of well-known Faddeev's equations. It is found that under certain conditions the series of resonance states appear in this system at very low energies. The lifetimes of these three body resonances are close to the lifetime of unstable nucleus 8Be. The simple forms of two body repulsive potentials are taken into account to describe the parameters of the alpha, alpha resonance and to satisfy n, alpha scattering data at very low energies. The explanation of resonance phenomena in n, alpha, alpha system is offered on base of physical model. The effect results from resonance quantum phenomena in few body dynamics. In turn, the resonance fusion can give influence on many astrophysical phenomena. The possibility of catalyzing this new mode of fusion by free neutrons in alpha particle matter is considered too.

Neutrons and particularities of nucleogenesis at early stage of the Universe evolution

At the early stage of the Universe evolution, when photons and neutrinos are no longer able to prevent nucleosynthesis, the key role is given to neutron component of matter. Neutron component creates a certain variety of the lightest chemical elements and disappears leaving a sufficient portion of Helium isotopes and some tiny portions of Li and Be isotopes. Free neutrons disappear in energetic flame of these reactions not using even a quarter of their own lifetime. Further the Universe matter has been evolving smoothly without free neutrons. The following physical principle is taken as a basis: interactions of the most fast component in speed are considered as main and taken into account first. Substance component that meets this requirement provides a thermodynamic equilibrium in the system. It is obvious that fast component of the substance is the neutrons. Other components cause slow change as compared with actions of the main one. Thermodynamic description of nucleus matter is carried out in the same way as it is made in the well-known problem of ``ionization equilibrium'' of atomic plasma.
