A family of Hecke eigenforms for Drinfeld modular forms of arbitrary rank

We aim to provide an infinite family of cuspidal Drinfeld-Hecke eigenforms given in terms of a determinant of twisted Eisenstein series. Our main tool is the theory of vectorial Drinfeld modular forms, previously introduced by Pellarin [20] and extensively studied by Pellarin [21] as well as in his joint work with Perkins [22] in the rank two setting. We will develop this theory in the present paper for the arbitrary rank setting by using a particular representation.

Mellin Transform Formulas for Anderson Modules and Hints of Modularity

In the present paper, we introduce formulas for the logarithm function of abelian, uniformizable Anderson modules. Combining our formulas with a motivic map introduced recently by the second author, we relate special values of dual Goss $L$-functions of Drinfeld modules to the rigid analytic trivialization of their corresponding $t$-comotives. We apply these formulas to relate certain $L$-values to special values of matrix valued modular forms, generalizing the vector valued Drinfeld modular forms of Pellarin and Pellarin and Perkins in the rank two setting.

On the transcendence of special values of Goss $L$-functions attached to Drinfeld modules

Let $\mathbb{F}_q$ be the finite field with $q$ elements and consider the rational function field $K:=\mathbb{F}_q(θ)$. For a Drinfeld module $ϕ$ defined over $K$, we study the transcendence of special values of the Goss $L$-function attached to the abelian $t$-motive $M_ϕ$ of $ϕ$. Moreover, when $ϕ$ is a Drinfeld module of rank $r\geq 2$ defined over $K$ which has everywhere good reduction, we prove that the value of the Goss $L$-function attached to the $(r-1)$-st exterior power of $M_ϕ$ at any positive integer is transcendental over $K$.

On the partial derivatives of Drinfeld modular forms of arbitrary rank

In this paper, we obtain an analogue of the Serre derivation acting on the product of spaces of Drinfeld modular forms which generalizes the differential operator introduced by Gekeler in the rank two case. We further introduce a finitely generated algebra $\mathcal{M}_r$ containing all the Drinfeld modular forms for the full modular group and show its stability under the partial derivatives.

On special values of meromorphic Drinfeld modular forms of arbitrary rank at CM points

In the present paper, we introduce meromorphic Drinfeld modular forms of arbitrary rank equipped with a particular arithmeticity property. We also study their special values at CM points and show the algebraic independence of these values under some conditions. Our results may be seen as a generalization of Chang's results on the special values of arithmetic Drinfeld modular forms in the rank two setting.

Mellin transform formulas for Drinfeld modules

We introduce formulas for the logarithms of Drinfeld modules using a framework recently developed by the second author. We write the logarithm function as the evaluation under a motivic map of a product of rigid analytic trivializations of $t$-motives. We then specialize our formulas to express special values of Goss $L$-functions as Drinfeld periods multiplied by rigid analytic trivializations evaluated under this motivic map. We view these formulas as characteristic-$p$ analogues of integral representations of Hasse-Weil type zeta functions. We also apply this machinery for Drinfeld modules tensored with the tensor powers of the Carlitz module, which serves as the Tate twist of a Drinfeld module.

On nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms for admissible coefficient rings

Let $X$ be a smooth projective and geometrically irreducible curve over the finite field $\mathbb{F}_q$ with $q$ elements and $K$ be its function field. Let $\infty$ be a fixed closed point on $X$ and $A$ be the ring of functions regular away from $\infty$. In the present paper, by generalizing the previous work of Chen and the first author, we introduce the notion of nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms for congruence subgroups of $GL_2(K)$ as continuous but non-holomorphic functions on a certain subdomain of the Drinfeld upper half plane. By extending the de Rham sheaf to a compactification $\overline{M_I^2}$ of the Drinfeld moduli space $M_I^2$, we also describe such forms algebraically as global sections of an explicitly described sheaf on $\overline{M_I^2}$ as well as construct a comparison isomorphism between analytic and algebraic description of them. Furthermore, we show the transcendence of special values of nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms at CM points and relate them to the periods of CM Drinfeld $A$-modules.

On the algebraic independence of logarithms of Anderson $t$-modules

In the present paper, we determine the algebraic relations among the tractable coordinates of logarithms of Anderson $t$-modules constructed by taking the tensor product of Drinfeld modules of rank $r$ defined over the algebraic closure of the rational function field and their $(r-1)$-st exterior powers with the Carlitz tensor powers. Our results, in the case of the tensor powers of the Carlitz module, generalize the work of Chang and Yu on the algebraic independence of polylogarithms.

Nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms and their special values at CM points

In the present paper, we introduce the notion of nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms and study an analogue of Maass-Shimura operators in this context. Furthermore, for a given nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular form, we show that its special values at CM points are algebraically independent whenever the associated endomorphism algebras are distinct. As an application of our results on nearly holomorphic Drinfeld modular forms, we study Drinfeld quasi-modular forms for arbitrary congruence subgroups and investigate the structure of the vector spaces and the algebras generated by them.

On Drinfeld modular forms of higher rank and quasi-periodic functions

In the present paper, we introduce a special function on the Drinfeld period domain $Ω^{r}$ for $r\geq 2$ which gives the false Eisenstein series of Gekeler when $r=2$. We also study its functional equation and relation with quasi-periodic functions of a Drinfeld module as well as transcendence of its values at CM points.

Deformation of Multiple Zeta Values and Their Logarithmic Interpretation in Positive Characteristic

Pellarin introduced the deformation of multiple zeta values of Thakur as elements over Tate algebras. In this paper, we relate these values to a certain coordinate of a higher dimensional Drinfeld module over Tate algebras which we will introduce. Moreover, we define multiple polylogarithms in our setting and represent deformation of multiple zeta values as a linear combination of multiple polylogarithms.

The de Rham isomorphism for Drinfeld modules over Tate algebras

Introduced by Anglès, Pellarin, and Tavares Ribeiro, Drinfeld modules over Tate algebras are closely connected to Anderson log-algebraicity identities, Pellarin $L$-series, and Taelman class modules. In the present paper we define the de Rham map for Drinfeld modules over Tate algebras, and we prove that it is an isomorphism under natural hypotheses. As part of this investigation we determine further criteria for the uniformizability and rigid analytic triviality of Drinfeld modules over Tate algebras.

Taelman L-Values for Drinfeld Modules over Tate Algebras

In the present paper, we analyze Taelman L-values corresponding to Drinfeld modules over Tate algebras of arbitrary rank. Using our results, we also introduce an L-series converging in Tate algebras which can be seen as a generalization of Pellarin L-series.
