Single Sneutrino/Slepton Production at LEP2 and the NLC

We propose a new method of detecting supersymmetry at LEP2 when R-parity is violated by an LLE operator. We consider the processes $eγ\ra\snu_j e_k$ and $eγ\ra \slep_k \barν_j$. These are sensitive to seven of the nine LLE-operators. A Monte-Carlo analysis is performed to investigate the sensitivity to the sneutrino signal, and the 5$σ$ discovery contours in the mass vs. coupling plane are presented. For an integrated luminosity of 100 pb^-1, sneutrinos with masses up to 170 GeV/c^2 could be discovered in the near future at LEP2. For the charged slepton production the cross-section is too low to be detectable.

High Q2-Anomaly at HERA and Supersymmetry

We discuss the recently observed excess of high Q2 neutral current deep inelastic scattering events at HERA in the light of supersymmetry with broken R-parity. We find more than one possible solution. We consider the possibilities for testing these hypotheses at HERA, the TEVATRON and at LEP. One lepton-number violating operator can account for both the HERA data and the four-jet anomaly seen by ALEPH at LEP.

Chargino Pair Production at LEP2 with Broken R-Parity: 4-jet Final States

We study the pair production of charginos in e+e- collisions followed by the decay via R-parity violating LQD operators. We determine the complete matrix element squared for chargino decays via LQD or LLE operators. We find regions in MSSM parameter space where the chargino mass is 52.5GeV and the R-parity violating decays of the charginos dominate the gauge decays to neutralinos. At LEP2 this then leads to additional 4 jet events which could explain the excess recently observed by ALEPH.
