Fully Rotation-Equivariant Spectral-Spatial Learning for Multispectral Object Detection

Existing multispectral detectors are limited by discrete spectral processing, a scale-dependent shift in the relative reliability of spectral and spatial cues across pyramid levels, and the lack of explicit rotation-equivariant geometric priors for arbitrarily oriented objects. To tackle these limitations, we propose FressDet, a fully rotation-equivariant spectral-spatial learning framework for multispectral object detection, capable of capturing the continuous, ordered nature of spectral structure and enabling reliable spectral-spatial fusion across pyramid levels under arbitrary in-plane rotations. FressDet integrates three complementary components. Spectral Implicit Warp (SpeIW) enables query-based spectral resampling via a coordinate-conditioned implicit field, yielding a monotone, order-preserving warp. Rotation-Equivariant Consistency Weighting (ReCoW) adaptively fuses spectral and spatial branches based on branch reliability, reinforcing informative cues while suppressing noise across pyramid levels. The oriented-aware head exploits group-indexed features to stably predict oriented objects without parameter replication. Taken together, FressDet learns more discriminative and robust spectral-spatial representations even under rotational perturbations. By achieving state-of-the-art performance with 93% fewer parameters on five public benchmarks, FressDet demonstrates its effectiveness and generalizability.

Mage-Flow: An Efficient Native-Resolution Foundation Model for Image Generation and Editing

Large-scale visual generators are increasingly capable but costly to train, fine-tune, and deploy. We introduce Mage-Flow, a compact 4B-scale generative stack for efficient text-to-image generation and instruction-based image editing. The stack is built from two co-designed components: Mage-VAE, a lightweight high-fidelity latent tokenizer, and a Native-Resolution Multimodal Diffusion Transformer trained with rectified flow matching. Mage-VAE uses one-step diffusion-style encoding and decoding with anchor-latent regularization, preserving the reconstruction quality of strong public VAEs while reducing tokenization cost by more than an order of magnitude. Together with native-resolution packing and stack-level CUDA kernel fusion, the stack supports flexible-resolution training and improves end-to-end training throughput by about $2.5\times$. Built on this foundation, we develop a complete model family with Base, RL-aligned, and Turbo variants for both generation and editing. Diffusion-NFT improves prompt following, text rendering, aesthetic quality, and editing fidelity, while few-step distillation with adversarial perceptual guidance produces 4-step Turbo models for low-latency inference. Despite its compact scale, Mage-Flow and Mage-Flow-Edit achieves competitive performance across standard generation and editing benchmarks. More importantly, the Turbo variants make high-resolution generation and editing practical for interactive use: at $1024^2$ resolution on a single NVIDIA A100 GPU, Mage-Flow-Turbo generates an image in 0.59s, and Mage-Flow-Edit-Turbo edits an image in 1.02s, while maintaining a small memory footprint. These results show that careful tokenizer--backbone--system co-design can deliver strong high-resolution generation and editing within an efficient 4B model family.

SciForma: Structure-Faithful Generation of Scientific Diagrams

Structural fidelity is essential to scientific methodology diagrams. To communicate research logic, these diagrams must faithfully render components, directional relations, and textual annotations. Since a single error, such as a reversed arrow or an unreadable equation, can invalidate the entire figure, structural fidelity is inherently conjunctive: correctness on one axis cannot compensate for failure on another. Current open-source models fail to satisfy this criterion. Supervised fine-tuning (SFT) learns plausible layouts but cannot reliably ensure structural correctness, while scalar reward-based post-training obscures which structural dimension has failed. To address this, we introduce SciForma, a framework for the structure faithful generation of scientific methodology diagrams. Specifically, SciForma decomposes diagram quality into three structural axes: Component, Arrow, and Text, guided by a structural inventory. Built on this foundation, we curate SciFormaData-700K for structured training and SciFormaBench-2K for logic-verified evaluation. To close the gap left by SFT, we develop Multi-Dimensional Conjunctive Preference Optimization (M-DPO), which enforces simultaneous correctness across all axes and adaptively routes gradients to the most deficient dimension in post-training. The same structural inventory also enables iterative editing at inference time to correct residual errors. This combination allows SciForma-9B to exceed all open-source baselines and GPT-Image-1.5 on both SciFormaBench-2K and AIBench, bringing open scientific diagram generation close to proprietary-level structural fidelity. Our code and data will be available at: https://github.com/microsoft/SciForma.

Wan-Dancer: A Hierarchical Framework for Minute-scale Coherent Music-to-Dance Generation

Generating long-duration, high-definition, and rhythmically synchronized dance videos directly from music remains a significant challenge, primarily due to the temporal constraints of current diffusion models, which typically fail beyond 20 seconds. Existing approaches, whether they rely on intermediate 3D skeletons or on end-to-end video synthesis, suffer from temporal drift, identity inconsistency, and repetitive motion patterns when extended to longer horizons. To address these limitations, we propose a novel hierarchical framework for minute-scale coherent music-to-dance generation. Our method decouples the process into global keyframe planning and local temporal refinement, leveraging full-track musical context to ensure long-range coherence. Key innovations include dynamic frame rate adaptation via time-mapped RoPE embeddings for precise alignment, an optical-flow-based loss function to enhance motion continuity, and motion-speed control to preserve high-fidelity details during rapid movements. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our framework surpasses the conventional duration barrier, generating stable, 720p/30fps videos exceeding one minute with superior temporal stability. Furthermore, the model exhibits robust versatility across five distinct dance genres, conditioned on both audio and textual prompts, establishing a new state-of-the-art in coherent, long-form dance video synthesis.

Video = World + Event Stream

We present Wan-Streamer v0.3, which reframes our native-streaming interaction model under a single organizing view: a video is a world plus an event stream. The world is the persistent context in which a video unfolds, including the environment, scene, subjects, ambient acoustic conditions, voice characteristics, and other relatively stable conditions. The event stream is everything that changes over time within that world, including scene or environmental changes, subject behavior, speech, and other sounds. This yields a general-purpose pretraining task over large amounts of real video: given a world and incoming input, predict how the world moves, changes, and responds in real time. The resulting competence can be specialized to a broad family of real-time downstream tasks. We instantiate it on real-time full-duplex audio-visual interaction, where the event stream is the agent's speech together with free-form behavior. Functionally, the model's multimodal understanding process is vision-language-action-like: it maps multimodal user input to language-form speech and behavior actions. Wan-Streamer v0.3 preserves the v0.2 operating point: 640x368 video at 25 FPS, a 160 ms streaming unit, approximately 200 ms model-side response latency, and approximately 550 ms total interaction latency under a 350 ms bidirectional network budget.

MultiAnimate: A Unified Framework for Controllable Multi-Character Animation

Recent advances in generative models and technological innovations have significantly addressed the fundamental challenges of character image animation. However, existing approaches predominantly focus on character animation from a single reference image, substantially limiting their applicability in scenarios such as multiple character interaction animation. To fill this gap, this paper introduces MultiAnimate, a comprehensive framework that enables concurrent animation of multiple characters within a shared environment while preserving both identity consistency and spatial relationships. The framework achieves these objectives through multiple well-designed mechanisms. First, we incorporate an identity-specific reference net that enables appearance extraction from multiple reference images, distinguishing MultiAnimate from existing approaches constrained to single reference inputs. Second, we implement an identity-aware pose encoder to address the character-pose binding challenge, wherein an attention mechanism enables the network to accurately differentiate and process multiple pose sequences during generation. Third, we introduce an interaction guider module that enhances the framework's capability to handle complex inter-character interactions by leveraging character-specific mask information, serving as an optional component that refines the pose sequences. Extensive experiments and ablation analyses demonstrate our framework's superiority in multiple character animation, particularly in scenarios involving complex motion sequences.

WanToFight: Real-Time Generative Game Engine for Multi-Player Combat Interaction

We present WanToFight, a generative game engine that simulates real-time, two-player The King of Fighters '97 (KOF~'97) gameplay from keyboard input. Prior generative game engines target either single-player first-person settings or non-real-time cooperative scenarios; multi-player control, real-time inference, complex physical interaction, and adversarial gameplay have not been jointly addressed. WanToFight closes this gap with three components built on the Wan-1.3B video diffusion transformer: a streaming autoregressive generator with block-causal attention and a rolling KV cache; a visually grounded Player Association module that binds each player's keyboard signal to a character identity; and a gated, locally causal keyboard injection module trained with a single-player-to-full-gameplay curriculum. A four-step DMD-distilled student paired with a pruned VAE decoder sustains 30FPS at 512x384 on a single NVIDIA RTX 5090 over the duration of a complete match. To our knowledge, WanToFight is the first generative game engine to combine multi-player control, real-time inference, complex physical interaction, and adversarial gameplay in one system.

Wan-Streamer v0.2: Higher Resolution, Same Latency

We present Wan-Streamer v0.2, a latency-preserving upgrade of the native-streaming, end-to-end audio-visual interaction model. v0.2 keeps the v0.1 modeling formulation, but raises the interactive output stream from 192x336 to 640x368 while preserving approximately 200 ms model-side signal-to-signal latency at 25 FPS. The higher-resolution stream supports scene-grounded mid-shot agents whose posture, gaze, hands, nearby objects, and local scene layout remain legible during real-time conversation. To support the larger visual stream without adding user-visible delay, v0.2 keeps the thinker as a single-GPU low-latency path for streaming perception, the short language/state Transformer pass that builds the generation cache, and final decoding. The performer becomes a multi-GPU Ulysses-style context-parallel group for the expensive next-unit latent generation. Each performer rank writes incoming K/V into a pre-sharded local cache. The long high-resolution latent video sequence is split across ranks for denoising and gathered through Ulysses communication, while the much shorter audio latent sequence is generated without sequence sharding. In this split, the thinker's language/state computation reaches the performer only as K/V conditioning, so no separate language sequence has to be communicated inside the performer group. This concentrates additional hardware on visual generation while preserving the compact thinker-performer boundary, keeping total remote interaction latency at approximately 550 ms when a 350 ms bidirectional network budget is included.

LingDT-VL-OCR: Structure-Aware Document-Level Parsing with Fine-Grained Visual Reference

In this paper, we propose LingDT-VL-OCR, a document parsing system tailored to financial-domain documents, transforming ultra-long financial PDFs into semantically consistent, highly accurate, structured outputs with auditing-grade provenance. To address finance-specific challenges such as complex layouts, cross-page structural discontinuities, and cell-level referencing capability, LingDT-VL-OCR combines (1) a Cross-page Contents Consolidation algorithm to restore continuity across pages and a Document-level Heading Hierarchy Reconstruction (DHR) module to build a globally consistent Table of Contents (TOC) tree for structure-aware retrieval, and (2) a difficulty-adaptive curriculum learning training strategy for table parsing, together with a CellBBoxRegressor module that uses structural anchor tokens to localize table cells from decoder hidden states without external detectors. Experiments demonstrate that our model shows high performance on the Overall metric of OmniDocBench. To enable realistic evaluation in the financial vertical, we further introduce FinDocBench, a benchmark that includes six financial document categories with expert-verified annotations and evaluation metrics including Table of Contents edit-distance-based similarity (TocEDS), cross-page concatenated TEDS, and Table Cell Intersection over Union (C-IoU). We evaluate a wide range of state-of-the-art models on FinDocBench to assess their capabilities and remaining limitations on financial documents. Overall, LingDT-VL-OCR and FinDocBench provide a practical foundation for reliable downstream financial document applications.

Unexpected Far-Near-Far Transition in Mobile Near Field Terahertz Communications

At THz frequencies, the radiative near-field distance can be sufficiently large to matter in real deployments. Existing near-field formulas are often understood in a simple way: as the link distance decreases, the propagation regime is expected to change only once, i.e., from far field to near field. This paper shows that this intuition can fail for an elevated access point with downward tilt serving a ground user moving along the ground. Along such a path, the link distance and the viewing angle change together, so the near-field to far-field transition may take place more than once, creating an unexpected far-near-far transition. In this paper, we derive analytical conditions for when this transition occurs for tilted ULA-to-point and UPA-to-point scenarios and compute the corresponding transition point(s) on the ground. Numerical results validate the analysis and further show that this behavior depends strongly on the deployment geometry and can also arise at lower frequencies.

Alleviating Sparse Rewards by Modeling Step-Wise and Long-Term Sampling Effects in Flow-Based GRPO

Deploying GRPO on Flow Matching models has proven effective for text-to-image generation. However, existing paradigms typically propagate an outcome-based reward to all preceding denoising steps without distinguishing the local effect of each step. Moreover, current group-wise ranking mainly compares trajectories at matched timesteps and ignores within-trajectory dependencies, where certain early denoising actions can affect later states via delayed, implicit interactions. We propose TurningPoint-GRPO (TP-GRPO), a GRPO framework that alleviates step-wise reward sparsity and explicitly models long-term effects within the denoising trajectory. TP-GRPO makes two key innovations: (i) it replaces outcome-based rewards with step-level incremental rewards, providing a dense, step-aware learning signal that better isolates each denoising action's "pure" effect, and (ii) it identifies turning points-steps that flip the local reward trend and make subsequent reward evolution consistent with the overall trajectory trend-and assigns these actions an aggregated long-term reward to capture their delayed impact. Turning points are detected solely via sign changes in incremental rewards, making TP-GRPO efficient and hyperparameter-free. Extensive experiments also demonstrate that TP-GRPO exploits reward signals more effectively and consistently improves generation. Demo code is available at https://github.com/YunzeTong/TurningPoint-GRPO.

Reward Lightning: Fast Video Generation via Homologous Preference Distillation

Achieving simultaneous preference alignment and distillation acceleration in video diffusion models remains an open challenge. Existing methods optimize the two objectives over mismatched representation spaces, where improving one objective often compromises the other. To overcome this, we propose Reward Lightning, a unified framework that aligns and accelerates a video diffusion model within a single shared representation. Its central principle is homology: both objectives are evaluated on identical latent features, which mitigates the gradient conflicts that arise when they are optimized over disjoint representations. As a foundational component, we first introduce a latent reward model (LRM) that scores videos directly in the latent space, without decoding back to the pixel space. Building on the LRM, homologous preference distillation (HPD) reuses this shared backbone to perform adversarial distillation and preference alignment jointly, yielding few-step generators that remain faithful and well aligned. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the LRM surpasses pixel-level and latent-level reward baselines by $11.0\%$ and $14.7\%$ in preference accuracy, and that Reward Lightning generates high-fidelity videos in merely $1$ to $4$ steps, improving the average VBench score by $2.1\%$ while leading in text alignment, motion quality, and visual quality. ARCQuant: Boosting NVFP4 Quantization with Augmented Residual Channels for LLMs

The emergence of fine-grained numerical formats like NVFP4 presents new opportunities for efficient Large Language Model (LLM) inference. However, it is difficult to adapt existing Post-Training Quantization (PTQ) strategies to these formats: rotation-based methods compromise fine-grained block isolation; smoothing techniques struggle with significant 4-bit quantization errors; and mixed-precision approaches often conflict with hardware constraints on unified-precision computation. To address these challenges, we propose ARCQuant, a framework that boosts NVFP4 performance via Augmented Residual Channels. Distinct from methods that compromise block isolation or hardware uniformity, ARCQuant maintains a strictly unified NVFP4 format by augmenting the activation matrix with quantized residual channels. This design integrates the error compensation process directly into the matrix reduction dimension, enabling the use of standard, highly optimized GEMM kernels with minimal overhead. Theoretical analysis confirms that the worst-case error bound of our dual-stage NVFP4 quantization is comparable to that of standard 8-bit formats such as MXFP8. Extensive experiments on LLaMA and Qwen models demonstrate that ARCQuant achieves state-of-the-art accuracy, comparable to full-precision baselines in perplexity and downstream tasks. Furthermore, deployment on RTX 5090 and RTX PRO 6000 GPUs confirms practical benefits, achieving up to 3x speedup over FP16. Our code is available at https://github.com/actypedef/ARCQuant.

From Stacking Disorder to Cubic Order: Ice Crystallization from Deeply Supercooled Water

Crystallization far from equilibrium can generate morphologies that defy classical crystal habits, yet the microscopic mechanisms linking atomic-scale disorder to emergent macroscopic order remain elusive. Here we use in situ cryogenic transmission electron microscopy with a membrane-encapsulated microdroplet platform to directly visualize the freezing of deeply supercooled water at molecular resolution. We show that homogeneous nucleation produces stacking-disordered ice composed of mixed hexagonal and cubic sequences, in which cubic ice initially exists only as isolated monolayers. The gradual thickening of these cubic layers constitutes the key kinetic mechanism that governs the entire crystallization pathway. As thickening proceeds, nanoscale, defect-free cubic ice germs nucleate on the basal planes of the disordered lattice. These faceted cubic germs act as facet-registered kinetic seeds that enforce cubic twinning and sequentially multiply growth branches. This kinetic pathway reproducibly generates robust eight-branched dendrites with global cubic (octahedral) symmetry, even though each branch remains highly stacking-disordered. At later stages, latent heat release drives a crossover to the thermodynamically favored hexagonal phase; remarkably, the pre-established global cubic symmetry is retained. These results reveal how strong kinetic driving forces convert microscopic disorder into emergent macroscopic symmetry, providing a general framework for understanding and controlling rapid crystallization far from equilibrium.

Ophiuchus: Incentivizing Tool-augmented "Think with Images" for Joint Medical Segmentation, Understanding and Reasoning

Recent medical MLLMs have made significant progress in generating step-by-step textual reasoning chains. However, they still struggle with complex clinical tasks that necessitate dynamic and iterative focusing on fine-grained visual regions. To close this gap, we introduce Ophiuchus, a versatile, tool-augmented framework that equips an MLLM to (i) decide when fine-grained visual evidence is needed, (ii) determine where to probe and ground within the medical image, and (iii) seamlessly weave the relevant sub-image content back into an interleaved, multimodal chain of thought for precise segmentation and diagnosis. Ophiuchus moves beyond mere tool-calling by tightly fusing the MLLM's inherent grounding and reasoning capabilities with external tools, enabling more accurate and trustworthy decisions. The core of our method is a three-stage training strategy: cold-start SFT for basic tool selection; self-reflection fine-tuning to strengthen decision revision; and agentic tool reinforcement learning to elicit sophisticated, expert-like diagnostic behaviors. Extensive experiments show that Ophiuchus consistently outperforms both closed-source and open-source SOTA methods across diverse medical benchmarks, including VQA, detection, and reasoning-based segmentation. Our project code is available at https://github.com/SII-zyj/Ophiuchus.

AgenticDataBench: A Comprehensive Benchmark for Data Agents

Data science aims to derive actionable insights from heterogeneous raw data, unlocking the value of the massive amounts of data generated in modern society. Automating this process is essential to reducing labor-intensive efforts for data scientists and enabling scalable data-driven applications. Recently, large language model (LLM)-based data agents have emerged as a promising solution to automate data science workflows. However, the field lacks comprehensive benchmarks to rigorously evaluate these agents across diverse scenarios with fine-grained granularity. To address this gap, we propose AgenticDataBench, a comprehensive benchmark featuring realistic tasks spanning diverse domains with fine-grained ground-truth labels. This enables evaluations to capture the diversity and complexity of data science workflows and the detailed performance of agents. First, to cover diverse domains, we collect real datasets and tasks from 15 vertical domains, including 5 real-world B2B use cases from a leading fintech company. Second, to remove redundancy in real-world tasks and generate high-quality tasks for domains lacking real data, we introduce data science skills, recurring data-centric operational patterns, and quantify benchmark coverage by the number of skills included. Representative skills are extracted from large-scale task solutions on Stack Overflow using skill-aligned hierarchical clustering. Third, for real-world business tasks, we select task-solution pairs that maximize diversity in skill composition, ensuring broad coverage of practical scenarios. Fourth, to generate realistic tasks for devise domains without real tasks, we propose a systematic LLM-based task generation approach to create workflows and tasks based on these skills. Finally, we evaluate state-of-the-art data agents using our annotated benchmark and open-sourced testbed, providing detailed skill-level insights.

Measurement of solar $pp$ neutrino flux with the new PandaX-4T data

We report a new measurement of the solar proton--proton ($pp$) neutrino flux via neutrino--electron elastic scattering using the PandaX-4T Run 2 data set collected between 2024 and 2026, corresponding to an exposure of 1.9 tonne$\cdot$yr. Before Run 2 data taking, the detector underwent a series of upgrades to improve its response and background conditions. Time variations of radioactive noble-gas impurities are constrained using the physics data themselves, complemented by measurements from the gas-assay system. The analysis introduced improvements in the data processing chain, detector response characterization, and background models. A blind spectral analysis was then performed on the electronic-recoil data across a wide energy range from 20 to 1000 keV. In combination with the Run 0 data published earlier, the fitted $pp$ flux is $(8.5 \pm 3.5)\times 10^{10}$ $\mathrm{cm^{-2}s^{-1}}$, consistent with the prediction of the Standard Solar Model. With a statistical significance of $2.2σ$ above background, this marks the first positive indication of solar $pp$ neutrino--electron scattering below an electronic-recoil energy of 165 keV.

TIGER: Taming Identity, Geometry, and Generative Priors for High-Quality Face Video Restoration

Face Video Restoration (FVR) aims to recover high-fidelity facial videos from degraded input while preserving identity and semantic consistency across frames. Existing methods often struggle to simultaneously address three key challenges: identity shift, viewpoint-entangled guidance, and perceptual realism. To tackle these issues, we propose TIGER, a structured tri-prior fusion framework that Tames Identity, Geometry, and gEnerative pRiors for high-quality FVR. Specifically, an Identity Prior is first established by injecting subject-discriminative embeddings into the latent space, effectively anchoring the subject's identity against severe degradations. Then, to provide temporally consistent structural guidance for dynamic videos, TIGER constructs a Geometry Prior by lifting 2D reference cues into a disentangled 3D parameter space, creating a geometric anchor through cross-source parameter fusion. Moreover, to achieve maximum efficiency without compromising realism, we harness the video generation model's Generative Prior through a one-step rectified flow. We further design a progressive three-stage training optimization strategy that refines structural fidelity, textural reconstruction, and distribution-level realism to ensure robust optimization. We also construct a large-scale FVR dataset to facilitate robust training and standardized evaluation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that TIGER achieves state-of-the-art performance in both identity fidelity and temporal stability, delivering a high-quality, efficient and identity-consistent FVR.
