DLIOS: An LLM-Augmented Real-Time Multi-Modal Interactive Enhancement Overlay System for Douyin Live Streaming

We present DLIOS, a Large Language Model (LLM)-augmented real-time multi-modal interactive enhancement overlay system for Douyin (TikTok) live streaming. DLIOS employs a three-layer transparent window architecture for independent rendering of danmaku (scrolling text), gift and like particle effects, and VIP entrance animations, built around an event-driven WebView2 capture pipeline and a thread-safe event bus. On top of this foundation we contribute an LLM broadcast automation framework comprising: (1) a per-song four-segment prompt scheduling system (T1 opening/transition, T2 empathy, T3 era story/production notes, T4 closing) that generates emotionally coherent radio-style commentary from lyric metadata; (2) a JSON-serializable RadioPersonaConfig schema supporting hot-swap multi-persona broadcasting; (3) a real-time danmaku quick-reaction engine with keyword routing to static urgent speech or LLM-generated empathetic responses; and (4) the Suwan Li AI singer-songwriter persona case study -- over 100 AI-generated songs produced with Suno. A 36-hour stress test demonstrates: zero danmaku overlap, zero deadlock crashes, gift effect P95 latency <= 180 ms, LLM-to-TTS segment P95 latency <= 2.1 s, and TTS integrated loudness gain of 9.5 LUFS. live streaming; danmaku; large language model; prompt engineering; virtual persona; WebView2; WINMM; TTS; Suno; loudness normalization; real-time scheduling

The distinction of time-reversal-like degeneracy by electronic transport in a new compound

We report the discovery of a new compound, Ce$_3$MgBi$_5$, and reveal the hidden time-reversal-like degenerate states within it. Ce$_3$MgBi$_5$ is an antiferromagnet with the distorted kagome lattice of Ce atoms, in which several fractional magnetization plateaus emerge with the increase of magnetic field. At the 1/2 magnetization plateau, obvious hysteresis has been observed in the magnetoresistance and Hall resistivity during the rise and fall of the magnetic field. However, hysteresis vanishes in the corresponding measurements of magnetization, indicating the existence of degenerate states with the same net magnetization but different electronic transport properties. The degenerate states can be connected by the time-reversal-like operation. In addition, by comparing with HoAgGe, it is suggested that the special crystal structure in Ce$_3$MgBi$_5$ may have a shielding effect on the time-reversal-like operation, thereby affecting the distinction of degenerate states. Our work establishes Ce$_3$MgBi$_5$ as an example of utilizing electronic transport properties to identify and distinguish hidden symmetries in frustrated magnetic systems.

A General Discussion on Photon Spheres in Different Categories of Spacetimes

Photon spheres have attracted considerable interest in the studies of black holes and other astrophysical objects. For different categories of spacetimes (or gravitational sources), the existence of photon spheres and their distributions are dramatically influenced by the geometric and topological properties of spacetimes and characteristics of the corresponding gravitational fields. In this work, we carry out a geometric analysis on photon spheres for different categories of spacetime (including black hole spacetime, ultra-compact object's spacetime, regular spacetime, and naked singularity spacetime). Some universal properties and conclusions are obtained for these spacetimes. We mostly focus on the existence of photon spheres, the total number of photon spheres $n = n_{\text{stable}} + n_{\text{unstable}}$, the subtraction of stable photon sphere and unstable photon sphere $w = n_{\text{stable}} - n_{\text{unstable}}$ in different categories of spacetimes. These conclusions are derived solely from geometric properties of optical geometry of spacetimes, irrelevant to the specific spacetime metric forms. Besides, our results successfully recover some important theorems on photon spheres proposed in recent years.

Gravitational Lensing of Euler-Heisenberg Black Hole Surrounded by Perfect Fluid Dark Matter

In this work, we study the gravitational lensing of Euler-Heisenberg black hole surrounded by perfect fluid dark matter. This kind of black hole solution enables us to investigate the nontrivial interplay between the dark matter effects and nonlinear electrodynamics effects (or quantum electrodynamics effects) on charged black hole systems. The important observables in gravitational lensings are calculated and discussed in our work, including the gravitational deflection angle of light and time delay of light. Additionally, we also explore the massive orbit's bound orbits (and their precession angles) and black hole shadow radius for Euler-Heisenberg black hole in the presence of dark matter. The results indicate that the Euler-Heisenberg black hole with a larger perfect fluid dark matter parameter could greatly reduce the gravitational deflection angle of light, time delay of light, and precession angle of massive object's bound orbit, while the nonlinear electrodynamics effects do not have large influences on these observables. Time Delay of Light in the Gravitational lensing of Supermassive Black Holes in Dark Matter Halos

The dark matter halo has non-negligible effects on the gravitational lensing of supermassive black hole in the galaxy center. Our work presents a study on the time-delay of light in gravitational lensing of black holes enclosed by dark matter halos. To provide a precise description on the distribution of dark matter in galaxies, we choose several famous phenomenological dark matter halo models in astrophysics, including the NFW, Beta, Burkert and Moore models, to carry out the present study. Through numerically calculating the time-delay of light in gravitational lensing, a comparative analysis of the dark matter effects within different halo models has been performed. Assuming typical length scales associated with the galactic gravitational lensing, numerical results indicate that the NFW, Beta, Burkert and Moore dark matter halos can significantly enhance the time delay of light in gravitational lenisng of central supermassive black holes. The enhancing effect becomes more pronounced with a small dark matter halo scale and an increasing dark matter halo mass. Keywords: Black Hole; Gravitational Lensing; Time Delay; Dark Matter Halo

Effects of Transceiver Jitter on the Performance of Optical Scattering Communication Systems

In ultraviolet communications, the transceiver jitter effects have been ignored in previous studies, which can result in non-negligible performance degradation especially in vibration states or in mobile scenes. To address this issue, we model the relationship between the received power and transceiver jitter by making use of a moment-based density function approximation method. Based on this relationship, we incorporate the transceiver jitter effects in combination with Poisson distribution. The error rate results are obtained assuming on-off key modulation with optimal threshold based detection. We validate the error rate expressions by comparing the analytical results with Monte-Carlo simulation results. The results show that the transceiver jitter effects cause performance degradation especially in smaller transceiver elevation angles or in shorter distances, which are often adopted in short-range ultraviolet communications. The results also show that larger elevation angle cases have a better performance with respect to anti-jitter and may perform better compared to smaller elevation angle situations in the case of larger standard deviation of jitter. This work studies for the first time the transceiver jitter effects in ultraviolet communications and provides guidelines for experimental system design.

LMMSE-based SIMO Receiver for Ultraviolet Scattering Communication with Nonlinear Conversion

Linear minimum mean square error (LMMSE) receivers are often applied in practical communication scenarios for single-input-multiple-output (SIMO) systems owing to their low computational complexity and competitive performance. However, their performance is only the best among all the linear receivers, as they minimize the bit mean square error (MSE) alone in linear space. To overcome this limitation, in this study, we propose an LMMSE receiver based on the measurements augmented by their nonlinear conversion for a photon-counting receiver, a photomultiplier tube, and an avalanche photodetector. The performance of the proposed LMMSE receiver is studied for different nonlinear conversions, numbers of receivers, and receiver types. The simulation results indicate that the Monte Carlo results are consistent with the analytical results and that the proposed LMMSE receiver outperforms the conventional one in terms of bit MSE and bit error rate. Accordingly, it can be concluded that to achieve a desired bit MSE, the proposed LMMSE-based nonlinear receiver not only reduces the need to increase the number of receivers but also reduces the bandwidth requirements.

Single-pixel 3D imaging based on fusion temporal data of single photon detector and millimeter-wave radar

Recently, there has been increased attention towards 3D imaging using single-pixel single-photon detection (also known as temporal data) due to its potential advantages in terms of cost and power efficiency. However, to eliminate the symmetry blur in the reconstructed images, a fixed background is required. This paper proposes a fusion-data-based 3D imaging method that utilizes a single-pixel single-photon detector and a millimeter-wave radar to capture temporal histograms of a scene from multiple perspectives. Subsequently, the 3D information can be reconstructed from the one-dimensional fusion temporal data by using Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Both the simulation and experimental results demonstrate that our fusion method effectively eliminates symmetry blur and improves the quality of the reconstructed images.

Extremely large anomalous Hall conductivity and unusual axial diamagnetism in a quasi-1D Dirac material La$_3$MgBi$_5$

Anomalous Hall effect (AHE), one of the most important electronic transport phenomena, generally appears in ferromagnetic materials but is rare in materials without magnetic elements. Here, we present a study of La$_3$MgBi$_5$, whose band structure carries multitype Dirac fermions. Although magnetic elements are absent in La$_3$MgBi$_5$, clear signals of AHE can be observed. In particular, the anomalous Hall conductivity is extremely large, reaching 42,356 $\Omega^{-1}$ cm$^{-1}$ with an anomalous Hall angle of 8.8 %, the largest one that has been observed in the current AHE systems. The AHE is suggested to originate from the combination of skew scattering and Berry curvature. Another unique property discovered in La$_3$MgBi$_5$ is the axial diamagnetism. The diamagnetism is significantly enhanced and dominates the magnetization in the axial directions, which is the result of restricted motion of the Dirac fermion at Fermi level. Our findings not only establish La$_3$MgBi$_5$ as a suitable platform to study AHE and quantum transport, but also indicate the great potential of 315-type Bi-based materials for exploring novel physical properties.

Ultraviolet Scattering Communication Using Subcarrier Intensity Modulation over Atmospheric Turbulence Channels

A closed-form non-line-of-sight (NLOS) turbulenceinduced fluctuation model is derived for ultraviolet scattering communication (USC), which models the received irradiance fluctuation by Meijer G function. Based on this model, we investigate the error rates of the USC system in NLOS case using different modulation techniques. Closed-form error rate results are derived by integration of Meijer G function. Inspired by the decomposition of different turbulence parameters, we use a series expansion of hypergeometric function and obtain the error rate expressions by the sum of four infinite series. The numerical results show that our error rate results are accurate in NLOS case. We also study the relationship between the turbulence influence and NLOS transceiver configurations. The numerical results show that when two-LOS link formulates the same distance, the turbulence influence is the strongest for long ranges and the weakest for short ranges.

Defocused images removal of axial overlapping scattering particles by using three-dimensional nonlinear diffusion based on digital holography

We propose a three-dimensional nonlinear diffusion method to implement the similar autofocusing function of multiple micro-objects and simultaneously remove the defocused images, which can distinguish the locations of certain sized scattering particles that are overlapping along z-axis. It is applied to all of the reconstruction slices that are generated from the captured hologram after each back propagation. For certain small sized particles, the maxima of maximum gradient magnitude of each reconstruction slice appears at the ground truth z position after applying the proposed scheme when the reconstruction range along z-axis is sufficiently long and the reconstruction depth spacing is sufficiently fine. Therefore, the reconstructed image at ground truth z position is remained, while the defocused images are diffused out. The results demonstrated that the proposed scheme can diffuse out the defocused images which are 20 um away from the ground truth z position in spite of that several scattering particles with different diameters are completely overlapping along z-axis with a distance of 800 um when the hologram pixel pitch is 2 um. It also demonstrated that the sparsity distribution of the ground truth z slice cannot be affected by the sparsity distribution of corresponding defocused images when the diameter of the particle is not more than 35um and the reconstruction depth spacing is not less than 20 um.

Commissioning of te China-ADS injector-I testing facility

The 10 MeV accelerator-driven subcritical system (ADS) Injector-I test stand at Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) is a testing facility dedicated to demonstrate one of the two injector design schemes [Injector Scheme-I, which works at 325 MHz], for the ADS project in China. The Injector adopted a four vane copper structure RFQ with output energy of 3.2 MeV and a superconducting (SC) section accommodating fourteen \b{eta}g=0.12 single spoke cavities, fourteen SC solenoids and fourteen cold BPMs. The ion source was installed since April of 2014, periods of commissioning are regularly scheduled between installation phases of the rest of the injector. Continuous wave (CW) beam was shooting through the injector and 10 MeV CW proton beam with average beam current around 2 mA was obtained recently. This contribution describe the results achieved so far and the difficulties encountered in CW commissioning.
