Intelligent Classification and Personalized Recommendation of E-commerce Products Based on Machine Learning

With the rapid evolution of the Internet and the exponential proliferation of information, users encounter information overload and the conundrum of choice. Personalized recommendation systems play a pivotal role in alleviating this burden by aiding users in filtering and selecting information tailored to their preferences and requirements. Such systems not only enhance user experience and satisfaction but also furnish opportunities for businesses and platforms to augment user engagement, sales, and advertising efficacy. This paper undertakes a comparative analysis between the operational mechanisms of traditional e-commerce commodity classification systems and personalized recommendation systems. It delineates the significance and application of personalized recommendation systems across e-commerce, content information, and media domains. Furthermore, it delves into the challenges confronting personalized recommendation systems in e-commerce, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, scalability, and the cold start problem. Strategies to address these challenges are elucidated.Subsequently, the paper outlines a personalized recommendation system leveraging the BERT model and nearest neighbor algorithm, specifically tailored to address the exigencies of the eBay e-commerce platform. The efficacy of this recommendation system is substantiated through manual evaluation, and a practical application operational guide and structured output recommendation results are furnished to ensure the system's operability and scalability.

Implementation of an AI-based MRD evaluation and prediction model for multiple myeloma

With the application of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and new drugs, the progression-free survival rate and overall survival rate of multiple myeloma have been greatly improved, but it is still considered as a kind of disease that cannot be completely cured. Many patients have disease recurrence after complete remission, which is rooted in the presence of minimal residual disease MRD in patients. Studies have shown that positive MRD is an independent adverse prognostic factor affecting survival, so MRD detection is an important indicator to judge the prognosis of patients and guide clinical treatment. At present, multipa-rameter flow cytometry (MFC), polymerase chain reaction (PCR), positron emission tomography (positron emission) Several techniques, such as PET/computer tomography (CT), have been used for MRD detection of multiple myeloma. However, there is still no cure for the disease. "IFM2013-04" four clinical studies confirmed for the first time that proteasome inhibitors (PIs) and immunomodulatory drugs, The synergism and importance of the combination of IMiDs in the treatment of MM, the large Phase 3 clinical study SWOG SO777 compared the combination of bortezomib plus lenalidomide and dexamethasone. The efficacy of VRD and D established the status of VRD first-line treatment of MM, and due to the good efficacy of CD38 monoclonal antibody in large clinical studies, combination therapy with VRD has been recommended as the first-line treatment of MM. However, to explore the clinical value and problems of applying artificial intelligence bone marrow cell recognition system Morphogo in the detection of multiple myeloma minimal residual disease (MRD)

The fully-light vector tetraquark states with explicit P-wave via the QCD sum rules

In this paper, we apply the QCD sum rules to study the vector fully-light tetraquark states with an explicit P-wave between the diquark and antidiquark pair. We observed that the $Cγ_α\otimes\stackrel{\leftrightarrow}{\partial}_μ\otimesγ^αC$ (or $Cγ_α\otimes\stackrel{\leftrightarrow}D_μ\otimesγ^αC$) type current with fully-strange quarks couples potentially to a tetraquark state with the mass $2.16 \pm 0.14 \,\rm{GeV}$, which supports assigning the $Y/ϕ(2175)$ as the diquark-antidiquark type tetraquark state with the $J^{PC}=1^{--}$. The $qs\bar{q}\bar{s}$ and $ss\bar{s}\bar{s}$ vector tetraquark states with the structure $Cγ_μ\otimes \stackrel{\leftrightarrow}{\partial}_α\otimesγ^αC + Cγ^α\otimes\stackrel{\leftrightarrow}{\partial}_α\otimesγ_μ$ (or $Cγ_μ\otimes \stackrel{\leftrightarrow}D_α\otimesγ^αC + Cγ^α\otimes\stackrel{\leftrightarrow}D_α\otimesγ_μ$) are consistent with the $X(2200)$ and $X(2400)$ respectively, which lie in the region $2.20$ to $2.40\,\rm{GeV}$. The central values of the masses of the fully-strange vector tetraquark states with an explicit P-wave are about $2.16-3.13\,\rm{GeV}$ (or $2.16-3.16\,\rm{GeV}$), and the predictions for other fully-light vector tetraquark states with and without hidden-strange are also presented.

The singly-charmed pentaquark molecular states via the QCD sum rules

In this work, we systematically investigate the singly-charmed pentaquark molecular states $D^{(*)}N$, $D^{(*)}Ξ^{(*)}$ and $D_s^{(*)}Ξ^{(*)}$ with the QCD sum rules by carrying out the operator product expansion up to the vacuum condensates of dimension 13 and taking fully account of the light-flavor $SU(3)$ breaking effects. The numerical results favor assigning the $Ω_c(3185)$ as the $DΞ$ molecular state with the $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ and $| I,I_3 \rangle=| 0,0 \rangle$, assigning the $Ω_c(3327)$ as the $D^*Ξ$ molecular state with the $J^P=\frac{3}{2}^-$ and $|I,I_3 \rangle=| 0,0 \rangle$, assigning the $Σ_c(2800)$ as the $DN$ molecular state with the $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ and $| I,I_3 \rangle=| 1,0 \rangle$, and assigning the $Λ_c(2940)/Λ_c(2910)$ as the $D^*N$ molecular state with the $J^P=\frac{3}{2}^-$ and $| I,I_3 \rangle=| 0,0 \rangle$. Other potential molecule candidates are also predicted, which may be observed in future experiments. For example, we can search for the $DΞ$ and $D^*Ξ$ molecular states with the isospin $| I,I_3 \rangle=| 1,\pm1 \,\rangle$ in the $Ξ_c^+\bar{K}^0$ and $Ξ_c^0\bar{K}^-$ mass spectrum respectively in the future, which could shed light on the nature of the $Ω_c(3185/3327)$.

The $Λ$-type P-wave bottom baryon states via the QCD sum rules

Our study focuses on the $Λ$-type P-wave bottom baryon states with the spin-parity $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$, $\frac{3}{2}^-$. We introduce an explicit P-wave between the two light quarks in the interpolating currents (and the two light quarks are antisymmetric in flavor space, therefore leads to the name $Λ$-type baryon) to investigate the $Λ_b$ and $Ξ_b$ states within the framework of the full QCD sum rules. The predicted masses show that the $Ξ_b(6087)$ and $Ξ_b(6095/6100)$ could to be the P-wave bottom-strange baryon states with the spin-parity $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ and $\frac{3}{2}^-$, respectively, meanwhile, the $Λ_b(5912)$ and $Λ_b(5920)$ could be the P-wave bottom baryon states with the spin-parity $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ and $\frac{3}{2}^-$, respectively. The $Λ_b(5920)$ and $Ξ_b(6095/6100)$ maybe have two remarkable under-structures or Fock components at least.

Analysis of the $T_{c\bar{s}}(2900)$ and related tetraquark states with the QCD sum rules

In this research, we tentatively assign the $T_{c\bar{s}}(2900)$ as the $A\bar{A}$-type tetraquark state, and study the mass spectrum of the tetraquark states with strange and doubly strange, which have the spin-parity $J^P = 0^+$, $1^+$ and $2^+$, in the framework of the QCD sum rules in details, where the $A$ denotes the axialvector diquark state. The predicted mass $M=2.92\pm0.12\,\rm{GeV}$ is in consistent with the experimental values $M=2.892\pm0.014\pm0.015\,\rm{GeV}$ and $2.921\pm0.017\pm0.020\,\rm{GeV}$ from the LHCb collaboration and supports assigning the $T_{c\bar{s}}(2900)$ to be the $A\bar{A}$-type scalar $c\bar{s}q\bar{q}$ tetraquark state. The predictions for other tetraquark states can be confronted to the experimental data in the future to diagnose the nature of the fully open flavor exotic states.

Analysis of the $X(3960)$ and related tetraquark molecular states via the QCD sum rules

In this work, we study the $D\bar{D}$, $DD$, $D\bar{D}_s$, $DD_s$, $D_s\bar{D}_s$ and $D_sD_s$ tetraquark molecular states with the $J^{PC}=0^{++}$ via the QCD sum rules. The prediction $M_{D_s\bar {D}_s} = 3.98\pm0.10\, \rm{GeV}$ is in very good agreement with the experimental value $M_{X(3960)} = 3956 \pm 5\pm 10 \,\rm{MeV}$ from the LHCb collaboration and supports assigning the $X(3960)$ as the $D_s^+D_s^-$ molecular state with the $J^{PC}=0^{++}$. We take account of our previous works on the four-quark states consisting of two color-neutral clusters, and acquire the mass spectrum of the ground state hidden-charm and doubly-charm tetraquark molecular states.

Automated Test Generation for REST APIs: No Time to Rest Yet

Modern web services routinely provide REST APIs for clients to access their functionality. These APIs present unique challenges and opportunities for automated testing, driving the recent development of many techniques and tools that generate test cases for API endpoints using various strategies. Understanding how these techniques compare to one another is difficult, as they have been evaluated on different benchmarks and using different metrics. To fill this gap, we performed an empirical study aimed to understand the landscape in automated testing of REST APIs and guide future research in this area. We first identified, through a systematic selection process, a set of 10 state-of-the-art REST API testing tools that included tools developed by both researchers and practitioners. We then applied these tools to a benchmark of 20 real-world open-source RESTful services and analyzed their performance in terms of code coverage achieved and unique failures triggered. This analysis allowed us to identify strengths, weaknesses, and limitations of the tools considered and of their underlying strategies, as well as implications of our findings for future research in this area.

Analysis of the doubly-charmed tetraquark molecular states with the QCD sum rules

In the present work, we investigate the scalar, axialvector and tensor doubly-charmed tetraquark molecular states without strange, with strange and with doubly-strange via the QCD sum rules, and try to make assignment of the $T^+_{cc}$ from the LHCb collaboration in the scenario of molecular states. The predictions favor assigning the $T^+_{cc}$ to be the lighter $DD^{*}$ molecular state with the spin-parity $J^P=1^+$ and isospin $I=0$, while the heavier $DD^{*}$ molecular state with the spin-parity $J^P=1^+$ and isospin $I=1$ still escapes experimental detections, the observation of the heavier $DD^{*}$ molecular state would shed light on the nature of the $T_{cc}^+$. All the predicted doubly-charmed tetraquark molecular states can be confronted to the experimental data in the future.

Isospin eigenstates of the color singlet-singlet type pentaquark states

In this article, we construct the color singlet-singlet type five-quark currents with the isospins $(I,I_3)=(\frac{1}{2},\frac{1}{2})$ and $(\frac{3}{2},\frac{1}{2})$ unambiguously to explore the $\bar{D}Σ_c$, $\bar{D}Σ_c^*$, $\bar{D}^*Σ_c$ and $\bar{D}^*Σ_c^*$ pentaquark states via the QCD sum rules for the first time, where the $\bar{D}$, $Σ_c$, $\cdots$ represent the color-singlet clusters having the same quantum numbers as the corresponding physical mesons or baryons. The numerical results support assigning the $P_c(4312)$, $P_c(4380)$, $P_c(4440)$ and $P_c(4457)$ as the $\bar{D}Σ_c$, $\bar{D}Σ_c^*$, $\bar{D}^*Σ_c$ and $\bar{D}^*Σ_c^*$ pentaquark states with the isospin $I=\frac{1}{2}$, respectively. The corresponding $\bar{D}Σ_c$, $\bar{D}Σ_c^*$, $\bar{D}^*Σ_c$ and $\bar{D}^*Σ_c^*$ pentaquark states with the isospin $I=\frac{3}{2}$ have slightly larger masses, the observations of the higher pentaquark candidates in the $J/ψΔ$ invariant mass spectrum would shed light on the nature of the $P_c$ states, and make contributions in distinguishing the scenarios of color antitriplet-antitriplet-antitriplet type and color singlet-singlet type pentaquark states.

In calculations, we distinguish the contributions of the positive-parity and negative-parity baryon states unambiguously, and investigate the energy scale dependence of the QCD sum rules in details and observe that the acceptable energy scales are $μ=2.0\sim 2.8\,\rm{GeV}$, while the best energy scale is $μ=2.0\,\rm{GeV}$. The predictions can be confronted to the experimental data in the future and shed light on the QCD low energy dynamics.

Analysis of the pseudoscalar hidden-charm tetraquark states with the QCD sum rules

In this work, we take all the color-antitriplet diquarks, such as the scalar, pseudoscalar, vector, axialvector and tensor diquarks, as the basic constituents to construct the local pseudoscalar four-quark currents without importing the explicit P-waves to implement the negative-parity, and investigate the mass spectroscopy of the pseudoscalar hidden-charm tetraquark states without strange, with strange and with hidden-strange in the framework of the QCD sum rules in a consistent and comprehensive way. We obtain the lowest mass $4.56\pm0.08\,\rm{GeV}$ for the pseudoscalar tetraquark state with the symbolic quark constituents $c\bar{c}u\bar{d}$, which is much larger than the experimental value $4239\pm18{}^{+45}_{-10}\,\rm{MeV}$ extracted by the LHCb collaboration.

A Quick Repair Facility for Debugging

Modern development environments provide a widely used auto-correction facility for quickly repairing syntactic errors. Auto-correction cannot deal with semantic errors, which are much more difficult to repair. Automated program repair techniques, designed for repairing semantic errors, are not well-suited for interactive use while debugging, as they typically assume the existence of a high-quality test suite and take considerable time. To bridge the gap, we developed ROSE, a tool to suggest quick-yet-effective repairs of semantic errors during debugging. ROSE does not rely on a test suite. Instead, it assumes a debugger stopping point where a problem is observed. It asks the developer to quickly describe what is wrong, performs a light-weight fault localization to identify potential responsible locations, and uses a generate-and-validate strategy to produce and validate repairs. Finally, it presents the results so the developer can choose and make the appropriate repair. To assess its utility, we implemented a prototype of ROSE that works in the Eclipse IDE and applied it to two benchmarks, QuixBugs and Defects4J, for repair. ROSE was able to suggest correct repairs for 17 QuixBugs and 16 Defects4J errors in seconds.

Analysis of the hidden-charm pentaquark molecular states with strangeness and without strangeness via the QCD sum rules

The hadronic coupling constants of the lowest hidden-charm pentaquark state with the QCD sum rules in rigorous quark-hadron duality

In this article, we illustrate how to calculate the hadronic coupling constants of the pentaquark states with the QCD sum rules based on rigorous quark-hadron quality, then study the hadronic coupling constants of the lowest diquark-diquark-antiquark type hidden-charm pentaquark state with the spin-parity $J^P={\frac{1}{2}}^-$ in details, and calculate the partial decay widths. The total width $Γ(P_c)=14.32\pm3.31\,\rm{MeV}$ is compatible with the experimental value $Γ_{P_c(4312)} = 9.8\pm2.7^{+ 3.7}_{- 4.5} \mbox{ MeV}$ from the LHCb collaboration, and favors assigning the $P_c(4312)$ to be the $[ud][uc]\bar{c}$ pentaquark state with the $J^P={\frac{1}{2}}^-$. The hadronic coupling constants have the relation $|G_{PD^-Σ_c^{++}}|= \sqrt{2}|G_{P\bar{D}^0Σ_c^+}|\gg |G_{P\bar{D}^0Λ_c^+}|$, and favor the hadronic dressing mechanism. The $P_c(4312)$ maybe have a diquark-diquark-antiquark type pentaquark core with the typical size of the $qqq$-type baryon states, the strong couplings to the meson-baryon pairs $\bar{D}Σ_c$ lead to some pentaquark molecule components, and the $P_c(4312)$ maybe spend a rather large time as the $\bar{D}Σ_c$ molecular state.

Catalytically Potent and Selective Clusterzymes for Modulation of Neuroinflammation Through Single-Atom Substitutions

Emerging artificial enzymes with reprogrammed and augmented catalytic activity and substrate selectivity have long been pursued with sustained efforts. The majority of current candidates rely on noble metals or transition metal oxides with rather poor catalytic activity compared with natural molecules. To tackle this limitation, we strategically designed a novel artificial enzyme based on a structurally well-defined Au25 cluster, namely clusterzyme, which is endowed with intrinsic high catalytic activity and selectivity driven by single-atom substitutions with modulated bond lengths. The 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA)-stabilized Au24Cu1 and Au24Cd1 clusterzymes exhibit 137 and 160 times higher antioxidant capacities than the natural trolox, respectively. Meanwhile, the clusterzymes each demonstrate preferential enzyme-mimicking catalytic activities with compelling selectivity: Au25 exhibits superior glutathione peroxidase-like (GPx-like) activity; Au24Cu1 shows a distinct advantage towards catalase-like (CAT-like) activity by its Cu single active site; Au24Cd1 preferably acts as a superoxide dismutase-like (SOD-like) enzyme via the Cd single active site. This unique diversified catalytic landscape manifests distinctive reactions against inflammation in brain. Au24Cu1 behaves as an endogenous multi-enzyme mimic that directly decreases peroxide in injured brain via catalytic reactions, while Au24Cd1, catalyzes superoxide and nitrogenous signal molecules by preference, and significantly decreases inflammation factors such as IL-1\b{eta}, IL-6, and TNFα, indicative of an important role in mitigating neuroinflammation.

Revisiting ssFix for Better Program Repair

A branch of automated program repair (APR) techniques look at finding and reusing existing code for bug repair. ssFix is one of such techniques that is syntactic search-based: it searches a code database for code fragments that are syntactically similar to the bug context and reuses such retrieved code fragments to produce patches. Using such a syntactic approach, ssFix is relatively lightweight and was shown to outperform many other APR techniques. In this paper, to investigate the true effectiveness of ssFix, we conducted multiple experiments to validate ssFix's built-upon assumption (i.e., to see whether it is often possible to reuse existing code for bug repair) and evaluate its code search and code reuse approaches. Our results show that while the basic idea of ssFix, i.e., reusing existing code for bug repair, is promising, the approaches ssFix uses are not the best and can be significantly improved. We proposed a new repair technique sharpFix which follows ssFix's basic idea but differs in the code search and reuse approaches used. We evaluated sharpFix and ssFix on two bug datasets: Defects4J and Bugs.jar-ELIXIR. The results confirm that sharpFix is an improvement over ssFix. For the Defects4J dataset, sharpFix successfully repaired a total of 36 bugs and outperformed many existing repair techniques in repairing more bugs. For the Bugs.jar-ELIXIR dataset, we compared sharpFix, ssFix, and four other APR techniques, and found that sharpFix has the best repair performance. In essence, the paper shows how effective a syntactic search-based approach can be and what techniques should be used for such an approach.
