TailorCoPilot: Enabling Agentic Pattern Making with Version-Controlled State Tracking

Experience-driven manufacturing, such as garment pattern making, faces a severe generational skills gap because its core expertise relies on undocumented tacit knowledge forged through day-to-day practice. To address this challenge, we present TailorCoPilot, an agentic pattern-making system built upon a specially designed version-control backend TailorTrace. TailorTrace models sewing patterns as structured, discrete states and records their transformations during the pattern-making process as explicit operation sequences defined upon the geometry primitives in the sewing pattern (panels, edges, vertices and stitches). Integrated into a conventional pattern-making GUI, TailorTrace enables seamless documentation of senior experts' tacit pattern-making knowledge without breaking their daily workflow. The documented knowledge further offers interactive, pedagogical scaffolding for novices, while providing a robust foundation to power TailorCoPilot and train future generative AI models. In a user study with novices and advanced novices, TailorCoPilot improved task completion rates, reduced time and perceived workload, and yielded higher-quality artifacts compared to skill-appropriate baselines. Ultimately, TailorCoPilot demonstrates a viable pathway to capture practice-based expertise, operationalizing it to support both generative AI advancements and human apprenticeship.

TAMF-VTON: Texture-Aware Mask-Free Virtual Try-On via High-Fidelity Image Synthesis

Recent diffusion-based virtual try-on (VTON) methods remain limited by their reliance on segmentation masks, insufficient preservation of fine-grained textures, and limited support for arbitrary multi-garment compositions. Consequently, existing approaches still face significant challenges in real-world e-commerce deployment. We present TAMF-VTON, a texture-aware, mask-free framework that enables high-fidelity image synthesis under practical unconstrained conditions. Our method requires no human parsing or inpainting masks at inference time and supports diverse garment styles, categories, and quantities, enabling the simultaneous transfer of multiple items while preserving body structure and intricate texture details. This is achieved through a unified generative pipeline with three key components: (1) a lightweight Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) adaptation scheme that enables efficient fine-tuning without compromising the base model's general editing capabilities; (2) a frequency-domain supervision mechanism that explicitly optimizes high-frequency spectral consistency to preserve high-fidelity textures; and (3) a robust data curation pipeline employing an adaptive inpainting strategy to simulate the inverse VTON process for high-quality training pair generation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both quantitative metrics and perceptual quality. Optimized for efficiency, the model achieves inference in under 15 seconds per image on an NVIDIA RTX 4090 with INT4 quantization. By combining mask-free operation, flexible multi-garment composition, faithful texture preservation, and efficient inference on consumer hardware, TAMF-VTON demonstrates a commercially viable solution for scalable deployment in real-world digital fashion scenarios. Hole-doped superconductivity above 100 K in infinite-layer cuprate thin films

Since the discovery of superconductivity in (La,Ba)2CuO2 (Ref.~\cite{bednorz1986possible}), a broad family of structurally distinct cuprate superconductors has been proposed or engineered to elucidate the physics of high-temperature superconductivity~\cite{chu2015hole,plakida2010high}. Among them, the infinite-layer cuprate has the simplest structure, consisting only of the essential ingredients for superconductivity: CuO$_2$ square planes separated by spacer ions~\cite{siegrist1988parent}. Despite being proposed nearly 40 years ago, the hole-doped superconductivity via chemical substitution in this compound has not yet been achieved, a fundamental open question in the field. Here, we report the observation of superconductivity in the hole-doped infinite-layer cuprate thin film. Measurements of resistivity and magnetic-field response in Sr1-xRbxCuO2 single-crystal thin films show superconducting transitions with a high onset temperature of 100 K. Hole doping is achieved via the synergistic effect of rubidium substitution and apical oxygen incorporation, as evidenced by structural analysis and transport measurements. As the parent structure of the cuprate family~\cite{chu2015hole}, hole-doped infinite-layer cuprate provides a unique platform for revisiting key puzzles in cuprate superconductors~\cite{keimer2015quantum,tsuei2000pairing,armitage2010progress,dagotto1994correlated}, including strange metal~\cite{proust2019remarkable,taillefer2010scattering} and electron-hole symmetry~\cite{tohyama2004asymmetry,segawa2010zero,lee2014asymmetry}, while bridging to cuprate-nickelate symmetry~\cite{li2019superconductivity,zeng2022superconductivity,chow2025bulk,lechermann2020late}.

Lance: Unified Multimodal Modeling by Multi-Task Synergy

We present Lance, a lightweight native unified model supporting multimodal understanding, generation, and editing for both images and videos. Rather than relying on model capacity scaling or text-image-dominant designs, Lance explores a practical paradigm for unified multimodal modeling via collaborative multi-task training. It is grounded in two core principles: unified context modeling and decoupled capability pathways. Specifically, Lance is trained from scratch and employs a dual-stream mixture-of-experts architecture on shared interleaved multimodal sequences, enabling joint context learning while decoupling the pathways for understanding and generation. We further introduce modality-aware rotary positional encoding to mitigate interference among heterogeneous visual tokens and boost cross-task alignment. During training, Lance adopts a staged multi-task training paradigm with capability-oriented objectives and adaptive data scheduling to strengthen both semantic comprehension and visual generation performance. Experimental results demonstrate that Lance substantially outperforms existing open-source unified models in image and video generation, while retaining strong multimodal understanding capabilities. FocalPolicy: Frequency-Optimized Chunking and Locally Anchored Flow Matching for Coherent Visuomotor Policy

Visuomotor policies aim to learn complex manipulation tasks from expert demonstrations. However, generating smooth and coherent trajectories remains challenging, as it requires balancing proximal precision with distal foresight. Existing approaches typically focus on optimizing intra-chunk action distributions, often neglecting the inter-chunk coherence. Consequently, inter-chunk discontinuities significantly impede the learning of coherent long-horizon actions. To overcome this limitation and achieve a synergetic balance between precision and foresight, we propose FocalPolicy, a foresight-aware visuomotor policy that combines Frequency-Optimized Chunking with Locally Anchored flow matching. We introduce a foresight composite objective that supervises time-domain alignment within the proximal actions while regularizing frequency-domain structure over multiple future action chunks to improve cross-chunk coherence. To efficiently learn complex action distributions, we design locally anchored sampling to enhance target signal propagation efficiency during consistency flow matching training. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FocalPolicy outperforms existing approaches and confirm the generalizability of our modules to other baselines. Project website: https://focalpolicy.github.io/

Programmable cavity-enhanced telecom quantum memory in thin-film lithium niobate

Spectrally multiplexed telecom quantum networks require quantum memories combining efficient storage with programmable frequency addressing. An integrated implementation should therefore unite a native telecom transition, efficient storage, and fast on-chip spectral control. Here we demonstrate a cavity-enhanced memory in an isotopically purified $^{167}\mathrm{Er}^{3+}$-doped thin-film lithium niobate microring. Long-lived hyperfine shelving states enable persistent, high-contrast atomic frequency comb preparation with a single-component lifetime of $277.6(52.6)$~s, while cavity impedance matching yields $23.3(5)\%$ on-chip efficiency for 100-ns storage. The intrinsic electro-optic response enables frequency-selective storage and routing at rates up to 20~MHz. We further store and retrieve time-energy-entangled telecom photons, violating an entanglement-witness bound by more than 11 standard deviations. Our results establish erbium-doped thin-film lithium niobate as a programmable light--matter interface for spectrally multiplexed quantum networks.

DreamID-Omni: Unified Framework for Controllable Human-Centric Audio-Video Generation

Recent advancements in foundation models have revolutionized joint audio-video generation. However, existing approaches typically treat human-centric tasks including reference-based audio-video generation (R2AV), video editing (RV2AV) and audio-driven video animation (RA2V) as isolated objectives. Furthermore, achieving precise, disentangled control over multiple character identities and voice timbres within a single framework remains an open challenge. In this paper, we propose DreamID-Omni, a unified framework for controllable human-centric audio-video generation. Specifically, we design a Symmetric Conditional Diffusion Transformer that integrates heterogeneous conditioning signals via a symmetric conditional injection scheme. To resolve the pervasive identity-timbre binding failures and speaker confusion in multi-person scenarios, we introduce a Dual-Level Disentanglement strategy: Synchronized RoPE at the signal level to ensure rigid attention-space binding, and Structured Captions at the semantic level to establish explicit attribute-subject mappings. Furthermore, we devise a Multi-Task Progressive Training scheme that leverages weakly-constrained generative priors to regularize strongly-constrained tasks, preventing overfitting and harmonizing disparate objectives. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DreamID-Omni achieves comprehensive state-of-the-art performance across video, audio, and audio-visual consistency, even outperforming leading proprietary commercial models. We will release our code to bridge the gap between academic research and commercial-grade applications.

OmniTransfer: All-in-one Framework for Spatio-temporal Video Transfer

Videos convey richer information than images or text, capturing both spatial and temporal dynamics. However, most existing video customization methods rely on reference images or task-specific temporal priors, failing to fully exploit the rich spatio-temporal information inherent in videos, thereby limiting flexibility and generalization in video generation. To address these limitations, we propose OmniTransfer, a unified framework for spatio-temporal video transfer. It leverages multi-view information across frames to enhance appearance consistency and exploits temporal cues to enable fine-grained temporal control. To unify various video transfer tasks, OmniTransfer incorporates three key designs: Task-aware Positional Bias that adaptively leverages reference video information to improve temporal alignment or appearance consistency; Reference-decoupled Causal Learning separating reference and target branches to enable precise reference transfer while improving efficiency; and Task-adaptive Multimodal Alignment using multimodal semantic guidance to dynamically distinguish and tackle different tasks. Extensive experiments show that OmniTransfer outperforms existing methods in appearance (ID and style) and temporal transfer (camera movement and video effects), while matching pose-guided methods in motion transfer without using pose, establishing a new paradigm for flexible, high-fidelity video generation.

A Graph Prompt Fine-Tuning Method for WSN Spatio-Temporal Correlation Anomaly Detection

Anomaly detection of multi-temporal modal data in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) can provide an important guarantee for reliable network operation. Existing anomaly detection methods in multi-temporal modal data scenarios have the problems of insufficient extraction of spatio-temporal correlation features, high cost of anomaly sample category annotation, and imbalance of anomaly samples. In this paper, a graph neural network anomaly detection backbone network incorporating spatio-temporal correlation features and a multi-task self-supervised training strategy of "pre-training - graph prompting - fine-tuning" are designed for the characteristics of WSN graph structure data. First, the anomaly detection backbone network is designed by improving the Mamba model based on a multi-scale strategy and inter-modal fusion method, and combining it with a variational graph convolution module, which is capable of fully extracting spatio-temporal correlation features in the multi-node, multi-temporal modal scenarios of WSNs. Secondly, we design a three-subtask learning "pre-training" method with no-negative comparative learning, prediction, and reconstruction to learn generic features of WSN data samples from unlabeled data, and design a "graph prompting-fine-tuning" mechanism to guide the pre-trained self-supervised learning. The model is fine-tuned through the "graph prompting-fine-tuning" mechanism to guide the pre-trained self-supervised learning model to complete the parameter fine-tuning, thereby reducing the training cost and enhancing the detection generalization performance. The F1 metrics obtained from experiments on the public dataset and the actual collected dataset are up to 91.30% and 92.31%, respectively, which provides better detection performance and generalization ability than existing methods designed by the method.

Mobility Inequity and Risk Response After Hurricane Helene: Evidence from Real-Time Travel and Social Sentiment Data

Hurricanes severely disrupt infrastructure and restrict access to essential services. While the physical impacts on post-disaster mobility are well studied, less is known about how individual travel behaviors change during and after disasters, and how these responses are shaped by social and geographic disparities. This study examines mobility patterns following Hurricane Helene, a Category 4 storm that struck six southeastern U.S. states on September 26, 2024, causing over 230 fatalities. Using anonymized GPS mobility data, hurricane severity metrics, and county-level social media sentiment, we examine shifts in travel behavior and their implications for equity. We ask two questions: How do post-hurricane mobility patterns reflect community vulnerability and adaptive capacity? and How do sociodemographic conditions and public sentiment factors shape the direction and extent of mobility change? Results from robust linear and ordered logistic regressions indicate that evacuation orders increase mobility; however, severe storm conditions, particularly high wind speeds, can limit travel. Communities with lower incomes, located in rural areas, and with higher percentages of Black populations exhibit the steepest declines in mobility, suggesting resource constraints and infrastructural barriers, while wealthier, urban, and higher-education areas maintain greater flexibility. Results also show that positive social sentiment is associated with higher mobility and a greater likelihood of increased travel during the hurricane. Our findings highlight the need to address structural barriers and social conditions in post-disaster mobility and disaster response.

DreamStyle: A Unified Framework for Video Stylization

Video stylization, an important downstream task of video generation models, has not yet been thoroughly explored. Its input style conditions typically include text, style image, and stylized first frame. Each condition has a characteristic advantage: text is more flexible, style image provides a more accurate visual anchor, and stylized first frame makes long-video stylization feasible. However, existing methods are largely confined to a single type of style condition, which limits their scope of application. Additionally, their lack of high-quality datasets leads to style inconsistency and temporal flicker. To address these limitations, we introduce DreamStyle, a unified framework for video stylization, supporting (1) text-guided, (2) style-image-guided, and (3) first-frame-guided video stylization, accompanied by a well-designed data curation pipeline to acquire high-quality paired video data. DreamStyle is built on a vanilla Image-to-Video (I2V) model and trained using a Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) with token-specific up matrices that reduces the confusion among different condition tokens. Both qualitative and quantitative evaluations demonstrate that DreamStyle is competent in all three video stylization tasks, and outperforms the competitors in style consistency and video quality.

NextFlow: Unified Sequential Modeling Activates Multimodal Understanding and Generation

We present NextFlow, a unified decoder-only autoregressive transformer trained on 6 trillion interleaved text-image discrete tokens. By leveraging a unified vision representation within a unified autoregressive architecture, NextFlow natively activates multimodal understanding and generation capabilities, unlocking abilities of image editing, interleaved content and video generation. Motivated by the distinct nature of modalities - where text is strictly sequential and images are inherently hierarchical - we retain next-token prediction for text but adopt next-scale prediction for visual generation. This departs from traditional raster-scan methods, enabling the generation of 1024x1024 images in just 5 seconds - orders of magnitude faster than comparable AR models. We address the instabilities of multi-scale generation through a robust training recipe. Furthermore, we introduce a prefix-tuning strategy for reinforcement learning. Experiments demonstrate that NextFlow achieves state-of-the-art performance among unified models and rivals specialized diffusion baselines in visual quality.

DreamID-V:Bridging the Image-to-Video Gap for High-Fidelity Face Swapping via Diffusion Transformer

Video Face Swapping (VFS) requires seamlessly injecting a source identity into a target video while meticulously preserving the original pose, expression, lighting, background, and dynamic information. Existing methods struggle to maintain identity similarity and attribute preservation while preserving temporal consistency. To address the challenge, we propose a comprehensive framework to seamlessly transfer the superiority of Image Face Swapping (IFS) to the video domain. We first introduce a novel data pipeline SyncID-Pipe that pre-trains an Identity-Anchored Video Synthesizer and combines it with IFS models to construct bidirectional ID quadruplets for explicit supervision. Building upon paired data, we propose the first Diffusion Transformer-based framework DreamID-V, employing a core Modality-Aware Conditioning module to discriminatively inject multi-model conditions. Meanwhile, we propose a Synthetic-to-Real Curriculum mechanism and an Identity-Coherence Reinforcement Learning strategy to enhance visual realism and identity consistency under challenging scenarios. To address the issue of limited benchmarks, we introduce IDBench-V, a comprehensive benchmark encompassing diverse scenes. Extensive experiments demonstrate DreamID-V outperforms state-of-the-art methods and further exhibits exceptional versatility, which can be seamlessly adapted to various swap-related tasks.

DreaMontage: Arbitrary Frame-Guided One-Shot Video Generation

The "one-shot" technique represents a distinct and sophisticated aesthetic in filmmaking. However, its practical realization is often hindered by prohibitive costs and complex real-world constraints. Although emerging video generation models offer a virtual alternative, existing approaches typically rely on naive clip concatenation, which frequently fails to maintain visual smoothness and temporal coherence. In this paper, we introduce DreaMontage, a comprehensive framework designed for arbitrary frame-guided generation, capable of synthesizing seamless, expressive, and long-duration one-shot videos from diverse user-provided inputs. To achieve this, we address the challenge through three primary dimensions. (i) We integrate a lightweight intermediate-conditioning mechanism into the DiT architecture. By employing an Adaptive Tuning strategy that effectively leverages base training data, we unlock robust arbitrary-frame control capabilities. (ii) To enhance visual fidelity and cinematic expressiveness, we curate a high-quality dataset and implement a Visual Expression SFT stage. In addressing critical issues such as subject motion rationality and transition smoothness, we apply a Tailored DPO scheme, which significantly improves the success rate and usability of the generated content. (iii) To facilitate the production of extended sequences, we design a Segment-wise Auto-Regressive (SAR) inference strategy that operates in a memory-efficient manner. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach achieves visually striking and seamlessly coherent one-shot effects while maintaining computational efficiency, empowering users to transform fragmented visual materials into vivid, cohesive one-shot cinematic experiences.

Checkerboard-type Zhang-Rice States in Overdoped Cuprate Superconductors

Cuprate superconductors remain central to condensed matter physics due to their technological relevance and unconventional, incompletely understood electronic behavior. While the canonical phase diagram and low-energy models have been shaped largely by studies of underdoped and moderately doped cuprates, the overdoped regime has received comparatively limited attention. Here, we track the evolution of the electronic structure from optimal to heavy overdoping in La2-xSrxCuO4(LSCO) using broadband optical spectroscopy across x=0.15-0.60. The measured spectral changes--including the redistribution of Zhang-Rice-related spectral weigh--are in qualitative agreement with determinant quantum Monte Carlo simulations of the three-orbital Emery model, which together indicate a pronounced reconstruction of the electronic structure beyond hole concentrations x>0.2. Guided by these observations, we propose a spontaneous checkerboard-type Zhang-Rice electronic configuration that captures the coexistence of itinerant and localized carriers characteristic of the heavily overdoped state. Our results refine the doping-dependent Zhang-Rice-based framework for cuprates, illuminate how correlations persist deep into the overdoped regime, and provide new constraints on microscopic mechanisms of high-temperature superconductivity, with broader implications for correlated transition-metal oxides.

InstructX: Towards Unified Visual Editing with MLLM Guidance

With recent advances in Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) showing strong visual understanding and reasoning, interest is growing in using them to improve the editing performance of diffusion models. Despite rapid progress, most studies lack an in-depth analysis of MLLM design choices. Moreover, the integration of MLLMs and diffusion models remains an open challenge in some difficult tasks, such as video editing. In this paper, we present InstructX, a unified framework for image and video editing. Specifically, we conduct a comprehensive study on integrating MLLMs and diffusion models for instruction-driven editing across diverse tasks. Building on this study, we analyze the cooperation and distinction between images and videos in unified modeling. (1) We show that training on image data can lead to emergent video editing capabilities without explicit supervision, thereby alleviating the constraints imposed by scarce video training data. (2) By incorporating modality-specific MLLM features, our approach effectively unifies image and video editing tasks within a single model. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method can handle a broad range of image and video editing tasks and achieves state-of-the-art performance.
