A Minkowski Theory for the Exterior Capacitary Volumes and A Resolution of the Pólya-Szegö Conjecture
This paper establishes a unified Minkowski theory for exterior p-capacitary volumes and resolves the classical Pólya-Szegö conjecture on the electrostatic capacity of convex bodies.
