Modular affine Hecke category and regular unipotent centralizer

In this paper we provide, under some mild explicit assumptions, a geometric description of the category of representations of the centralizer of a regular unipotent element in a reductive algebraic group in terms of perverse sheaves on the Langlands dual affine flag variety. This equivalence is suggested and motivated by the "geometric Langlands" philosophy, and is used in later work to construct equivalences of categories relating various geometric incarnations of the affine Hecke algebra of the given reductive group.

0-cycles on Grassmannians as representations of projective groups

Let $F$ be an infinite division ring, $V$ be a left $F$-vector space, $r>0$ be an integer. We study the structure of the representation of the linear group $\mathrm{GL}_F(V)$ in the vector space of formal finite linear combinations of $r$-dimensional vector subspaces of $V$ with coefficients in a field $K$. This gives a series of natural examples of irreducible infinite-dimensional representations of projective groups. These representations are non-smooth if $F$ is locally compact and non-discrete.

McKay equivalence for symplectic resolutions of singularities

Let $V$ be a finite-dimensional symplectic vector space over a field of characteristic 0, and let $G \subset Sp(V)$ be a finite subgroup. We prove that for any crepant resolution $X \to V/G$, the bounded derived category $D^b(Coh(X))$ of coherent sheaves on $X$ is equivalent to the bounded derived category $D^b_G(Coh(V))$ of $G$-equivariant coherent sheaves on $V$.

Fedosov quantization in positive characteristic

We study the problem of deformation quantization for (algebraic) symplectic manifolds over a base field of positive characteristic. We prove a reasonably complete classification theorem for one class of such quantizations; in the course of doing it, we also introduce a notion of a restricted Poisson algebra -- the Poisson analog of the standard notion of a restrictted Lie algebra -- and we prove a version of Darboux Theorem valid in positive characteristic setting.

Modules over the small quantum group and semi-infinite flag manifold

We develop a theory of perverse sheaves on the semi-infinite flag manifold $G((t))/N((t))\cdot T[[t]]$, and show that the subcategory of Iwahori-monodromy perverse sheaves is equivalent to the regular block of the category of representations of the small quantum group at an even root of unity.

Fedosov quantization in algebraic context

We consider the problem of quantization of smooth symplectic varieties in the algebro-geometric setting. We show that, under appropriate cohomological assumptions, the Fedosov quantization procedure goes through with minimal changes. The assumptions are satisfied, for example, for affine and for projective varieties. We also give a classification of all possible quantizations.

Tilting exercises

This is an application of the theory of tilting objects to the geometric setting of perverse sheaves. We show that this theory is a natural framework for Beilinson's gluing of perverse sheaves construction. In the special case of Schubert stratification of a flag variety we get a short proof of Soergel's "Struktursatz", and describe (following a conjecture of Kapranov) Serre functor for category O. Some of our results were obtained independently by Rouquier.
