Exact Analytical Phase Transitions, Horizon Bistability, and Thermodynamic State-Space Representation of Regular Hayward Black Holes

We establish exact analytical thresholds and present a unified thermodynamic state-space representation for the regular Hayward black hole, resolving the full phase structure without reliance on numerical approximations. By evaluating the Hawking temperature, Helmholtz free energy, and heat capacity against the classical Schwarzschild baseline, we derive the exact geometric watershed for the zero-temperature extremal remnant at $r_h = \sqrt3l$, along with the exact Davies critical transition at $r_h = 3l$. Within the intermediate regime $\sqrt{3}l < r_h < 3l$, we uncover a distinct horizon bistability where two distinct horizon radii share identical free energy and temperature profiles. We demonstrate that the Davies singularity acts as a precise thermodynamic divide, separating a locally stable ($C_V > 0$) quantum Small Black Hole branch from an unstable ($C_V < 0$) Large Black Hole branch. Furthermore, we evaluate the exact integrated non-area law entropy at the critical turning point, yielding $S_{turn} = \pi l^2 \left[ \frac{63}{8} + 2\ln(8l^2) \right]$. Finally, we introduce a compact, 3-parameter thermodynamic state-space diagnostic that tracks the continuous evolution of regular black holes from classical thermal evaporation to cold remnant lock, offering a quantitative framework for quantum-gravity phenomenology.

Phase transitions and Geometrothermodynamics of Regular black holes

In this paper we study the thermodynamics and state space geometry of regular black hole solutions such as Bardeen black hole, Ayón-Beato and García black hole, Hayward black hole and Berej-Matyjasek-Trynieki-Wornowicz black hole. We find that all these black holes show second order thermodynamic phase transitions(SOTPT) by observing discontinuities in heat capacity-entropy graphs as well as the cusp type double point in free energy-temperature graph. Using the formulation of geometrothermodynamics we again find the singularities in the heat capacity of the black holes by calculating the curvature scalar of the Legendre invariant metric.

Thermodynamic Geometry of Reissener-Nordström-de Sitter black hole and its extremal case

We study the thermodynamics and the different thermodynamic geometric methods of Reissener-Nordström-de Sitter black hole and its extremal case, which is similar to the de Sitter black hole coupled to a scalar field, rather called an MTZ black hole. While studying the thermodynamics of the systems, we could find some abnormalities. In both cases, the thermodynamic geometric methods could give the correct explanation for the all abnormal thermodynamic behaviors in the system.

Phase transition, Quasinormal modes and Hawking radiation of Schwarzschild black hole in Quintessence field

Black hole thermodynamic stability can be determined by studying the nature of heat capacity of the system. For Schwarzschild black hole the heat capacity is negative, but in the quintessence field this system shows a second order phase transition, implying the existence of a stable phase. We further discuss the equation of state of the present system. While analyzing the quasinormal modes, we find that the massive scalar quasinormal mode frequencies in the complex $ω$ plane shows a dramatic change when we plot it as a progressive function of quintessence state parameter. We also find the Hawking temperature of the system via the method of tunneling.

Thermodynamics and Spectroscopy of charged Dilaton black holes

The Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rule is useful to study the area spectrum of black holes by employing adiabatic invariants. This method is extended to charged dilaton black holes in 2+1 dimensions. We put the background space-time into the Kruskal-like coordinate to find the period with respect to Euclidian time. Also assuming that the adiabatic invariant obeys Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rule, detailed study of area and entropy spectrum has been done. It is dependent on the charge and is equally spaced as well. We also investigate the thermodynamics of the charged dilaton black hole.
