SAFECAST: Robust Failure Detection for VLA Policies with Contrast-Set Training and Calibration

Vision-language-action policies often fail under deployment-time distribution shifts such as clutter, distractor objects, lighting changes, novel objects, altered initial states, and reworded instructions. Hidden-state-based risk probes combined with functional conformal prediction can detect rollout failures, but their reliability depends on calibration data matching deployment conditions. We introduce SAFECAST, which leverages contrast set perturbations to improve hidden-state probe training and calibration for deployment time shift. SAFECAST statistically significantly improves failure detection ROC-AUC scores over a state of the art baseline in both real-world DROID and LIBERO simulation experiments across multiple VLM backbones. We further find that SAFECAST benefits most when both visual and language contrast set perturbations are used to augment data, and that with contrast set perturbations, sim-to-real calibration leads to better probes than using real rollout data only.

RoboDream: Compositional World Models for Scalable Robot Data Synthesis

Scaling robot learning requires large-scale, diverse demonstrations, yet real-world data collection via teleoperation remains prohibitively expensive and time-consuming. While video diffusion models offer a promising avenue for data scaling, existing generative approaches are often limited to superficial visual augmentation, or suffer from embodiment hallucinations that yield physically infeasible motions. We present a generalizable embodiment-centric world model that achieves scalable data generation by synthesizing photorealistic demonstrations with novel objects, in novel scenes, and from novel viewpoints. Our approach anchors generation to rendered robot motion while conditioning on explicit scene and object priors, effectively decoupling trajectory execution from environment synthesis. This formulation has the potential to unlock two powerful data scaling capabilities: (1) retrieval and rebirth, which repurposes existing trajectories into entirely new contexts without new motion data; and (2) prop-free teleoperation, where operators manipulate empty air and the model hallucinates the target objects and scene afterwards, eliminating reset time. We demonstrate with real-world experiments that our generated data consistently improves downstream policy performance and significantly reduces real-world data requirements across diverse manipulation tasks.

AnchorDream: Repurposing Video Diffusion for Embodiment-Aware Robot Data Synthesis

The collection of large-scale and diverse robot demonstrations remains a major bottleneck for imitation learning, as real-world data acquisition is costly and simulators offer limited diversity and fidelity with pronounced sim-to-real gaps. While generative models present an attractive solution, existing methods often alter only visual appearances without creating new behaviors, or suffer from embodiment inconsistencies that yield implausible motions. To address these limitations, we introduce AnchorDream, an embodiment-aware world model that repurposes pretrained video diffusion models for robot data synthesis. AnchorDream conditions the diffusion process on robot motion renderings, anchoring the embodiment to prevent hallucination while synthesizing objects and environments consistent with the robot's kinematics. Starting from only a handful of human teleoperation demonstrations, our method scales them into large, diverse, high-quality datasets without requiring explicit environment modeling. Experiments show that the generated data leads to consistent improvements in downstream policy learning, with relative gains of 36.4% in simulator benchmarks and nearly double performance in real-world studies. These results suggest that grounding generative world models in robot motion provides a practical path toward scaling imitation learning.

SeFA-Policy: Fast and Accurate Visuomotor Policy Learning with Selective Flow Alignment

Developing efficient and accurate visuomotor policies poses a central challenge in robotic imitation learning. While recent rectified flow approaches have advanced visuomotor policy learning, they suffer from a key limitation: After iterative distillation, generated actions may deviate from the ground-truth actions corresponding to the current visual observation, leading to accumulated error as the reflow process repeats and unstable task execution. We present Selective Flow Alignment (SeFA), an efficient and accurate visuomotor policy learning framework. SeFA resolves this challenge by a selective flow alignment strategy, which leverages expert demonstrations to selectively correct generated actions and restore consistency with observations, while preserving multimodality. This design introduces a consistency correction mechanism that ensures generated actions remain observation-aligned without sacrificing the efficiency of one-step flow inference. Extensive experiments across both simulated and real-world manipulation tasks show that SeFA Policy surpasses state-of-the-art diffusion-based and flow-based policies, achieving superior accuracy and robustness while reducing inference latency by over 98%. By unifying rectified flow efficiency with observation-consistent action generation, SeFA provides a scalable and dependable solution for real-time visuomotor policy learning. Code is available on https://github.com/RongXueZoe/SeFA.

Humanoid Everyday: A Comprehensive Robotic Dataset for Open-World Humanoid Manipulation

From loco-motion to dextrous manipulation, humanoid robots have made remarkable strides in demonstrating complex full-body capabilities. However, the majority of current robot learning datasets and benchmarks mainly focus on stationary robot arms, and the few existing humanoid datasets are either confined to fixed environments or limited in task diversity, often lacking human-humanoid interaction and lower-body locomotion. Moreover, there are a few standardized evaluation platforms for benchmarking learning-based policies on humanoid data. In this work, we present Humanoid Everyday, a large-scale and diverse humanoid manipulation dataset characterized by extensive task variety involving dextrous object manipulation, human-humanoid interaction, locomotion-integrated actions, and more. Leveraging a highly efficient human-supervised teleoperation pipeline, Humanoid Everyday aggregates high-quality multimodal sensory data, including RGB, depth, LiDAR, and tactile inputs, together with natural language annotations, comprising 10.3k trajectories and over 3 million frames of data across 260 tasks across 7 broad categories. In addition, we conduct an analysis of representative policy learning methods on our dataset, providing insights into their strengths and limitations across different task categories. For standardized evaluation, we introduce a cloud-based evaluation platform that allows researchers to seamlessly deploy their policies in our controlled setting and receive performance feedback. By releasing Humanoid Everyday along with our policy learning analysis and a standardized cloud-based evaluation platform, we intend to advance research in general-purpose humanoid manipulation and lay the groundwork for more capable and embodied robotic agents in real-world scenarios. Our dataset, data collection code, and cloud evaluation website are made publicly available on our project website.

Robot Learning from Any Images

We introduce RoLA, a framework that transforms any in-the-wild image into an interactive, physics-enabled robotic environment. Unlike previous methods, RoLA operates directly on a single image without requiring additional hardware or digital assets. Our framework democratizes robotic data generation by producing massive visuomotor robotic demonstrations within minutes from a wide range of image sources, including camera captures, robotic datasets, and Internet images. At its core, our approach combines a novel method for single-view physical scene recovery with an efficient visual blending strategy for photorealistic data collection. We demonstrate RoLA's versatility across applications like scalable robotic data generation and augmentation, robot learning from Internet images, and single-image real-to-sim-to-real systems for manipulators and humanoids. Neutron particle transport 3D method of characteristic Multi GPU platform Parallel Computing

Three-dimensional neutron transport calculations using the Method of Characteristics (MOC) are highly regarded for their exceptional computational efficiency, precision, and stability. Nevertheless, when dealing with extensive-scale computations, the computational demands are substantial, leading to prolonged computation times. To address this challenge while considering GPU memory limitations, this study transplants the real-time generation and characteristic line computation techniques onto the GPU platform. Empirical evidence emphasizes that the GPU-optimized approach maintains a heightened level of precision in computation results and produces a significant acceleration effect. Furthermore, to fully harness the computational capabilities of GPUs, a dual approach involving characteristic line preloading and load balancing mechanisms is adopted, further enhancing computational efficiency. The resulting increase in computational efficiency, compared to traditional methods, reaches an impressive 300 to 400-fold improvement.

Fully connected entanglement-based quantum communication network without trusted node

Quantum communication is developed owing to the theoretically proven security of quantum mechanics, which may become the main technique in future information security. However, most studies and implementations are limited to two or several parties. Herein, we propose a fully connected quantum communication network without a trusted node for a large number of users. Using flexible wavelength demultiplex/multiplex and space multiplex technologies, 40 users are fully connected simultaneously without a trusted node by a broadband energy-time entangled photon pair source. This network architecture may be widely deployed in real scenarios such as companies, schools, and communities owing to its simplicity, scalability, and high efficiency.

An entanglement-based quantum network based on symmetric dispersive optics quantum key distribution

Quantum key distribution (QKD) is a crucial technology for information security in the future. Developing simple and efficient ways to establish QKD among multiple users are important to extend the applications of QKD in communication networks. Herein, we proposed a scheme of symmetric dispersive optics QKD (DO-QKD) and demonstrated an entanglement-based quantum network based on it. In the experiment, a broadband entanglement photon pair source was shared by end users via wavelength and space division multiplexing. The wide spectrum of generated entangled photon pairs was divided into 16 combinations of frequency-conjugate channels. Photon pairs in each channel combination supported a fully-connected subnet with 8 users by a passive beam splitter. Eventually, it showed that an entanglement-based QKD network over 100 users could be supported by one entangled photon pair source in this architecture. It has great potential on applications of local quantum networks with large user number.

Multi-bit quantum digital signature based on quantum temporal ghost imaging

Digital signature scheme is commonly employed in modern electronic commerce and quantum digital signature (QDS) offers the information-theoretical security by the laws of quantum mechanics against attackers with unreasonable computation resources. The focus of previous QDS was on the signature of 1-bit message. In contrast, based on quantum ghost imaging with security test, we propose a scheme of QDS in which a multi-bit message can be signed at a time. Our protocol is no more demanding than the traditional cases for the requirements of quantum resources and classical communications. The multi-bit protocol could simplify the procedure of QDS for long messages in practical applications.
