PyRUA-DataFarm: LLM Agent as a Cost-Efficient Teleoperator for Real-Ready Robot Data

Teleoperation remains the default way to collect robot demonstrations, but every episode costs robot and operator time, and every new task starts from scratch. We ask whether a coding agent can take over the teleoperator's job. In our DataFarm, the agent receives a data request and one calibration episode of the robot in the target scene and rebuilds the task in simulation: it writes the scene, an expert controller, and a success judge. The simulator supplies exact actions, and a video model conditioned on real images renders each rollout as photographic video, generating all camera views together consistently. The output is real-ready data: synchronized camera views labelled with the robot's actions, on which a policy can be trained directly and deployed on the real robot. Independent judges certify the expert and every rendered episode before admission. On five real-robot tasks, policies trained only on farm data match policies trained on as many teleoperated episodes (93 vs. 84 successes in 100 trials), and under an unseen tablecloth and coloured light they keep 87 successes where the teleoperation-trained policies fall to 46. Adapting a task is fully automatic and costs \$21 of API usage on average, paid once per task, plus \$5 for a render contract; every further episode costs \$0.80 on average for simulation, rendering, and review, with no robot or operator. One hour of three-view data for a task costs \$107 on average, these costs included, slightly below a quote of \$117 for teleoperation in China and below \$290 in labour alone in North America.

DiffAuction: An Auction-Driven Framework for Generative Image Advertising

Diffusion models enable multiple advertisers to compete for exposure within a shared generated image. Yet existing approaches are computationally costly when generating images under varying target-share configurations, and it remains unclear how the resulting outcomes should be evaluated and priced. To address these gaps, we propose DiffAuction, a framework integrating controllable generation, click-intent evaluation, and auction design. First, our training-free Residual Share Calibration (RSC) decomposes joint-attention updates into product-specific residuals and rescales them according to target shares. We further introduce Share-Conditioned Prompting (SCP) to adapt the viewpoint to each desired allocation. Second, we develop an evaluator that uses a VLM to extract visual evidence and an LLM to assess Click-Through Intent (CTI), a proxy for click propensity, along four dimensions: Product Prominence, Brand Recognizability, Scene Integration, and Contextual Value Communication. We validate its assessments against judgments from 10 trained annotators on 1000 images. Third, we formulate this advertising setting as an auction over jointly feasible generation configurations. Each configuration has a public expected CTI vector, while advertisers hold configuration-specific private values per unit of CTI that map click intent into commercial value. We adopt a learnable affine maximizer auction (AMA), which jointly selects a shared generation configuration and determines advertiser-specific payments to maximize expected platform revenue. The resulting allocation and payment rules guarantee dominant-strategy incentive compatibility (DSIC) and individual rationality (IR). Experiments show that our generation method strengthens the monotonic relationship between target shares and CTI relative to baselines, while the learned AMA achieves higher platform revenue in the resulting auction setting.

Fewer Tokens, Better Action: GPT-6 Astra Robot Agents with 14% Higher Success Rate but 65% Fewer Tokens

Vision-language model (VLM) agents can control robots through visual feedback and action primitives, but repeated LLM calls and redundant observations incur substantial token overhead. We introduce PyRUA-Lean, an interactive code-execution framework in which the agent composes robot primitives, including vision-language-action (VLA) policies, into Python cells that check and retry locally and return only the images and state they request. Across 700 simulated task instances from LIBERO-PRO, RoboTwin 2.0, and RoboCasa365, it raises success from 63.1% to 71.7% over tool calling with the same GPT-6 Astra planner and primitives, using 49% fewer LLM calls and 65% fewer input tokens on jointly solved instances. On RoboDojo, without any VLA policy or privileged information, it reaches 51.6% average success rate (Score 58.2), 19.4 points above the top entry of the public leaderboard. Based on the PyRUA-Lean framework, we train PyRUA-Lean Coder v0.1-4B, an open 4B model, with GRPO on 45 LIBERO-PRO instances; it improves from 18.8% to 44.1% on unseen task instances, surpassing the Qwen3.5-27B base model.

Object-AVEdit: An Object-level Audio-Visual Editing Model

There is a high demand for audio-visual editing in video post-production and the film making field. While numerous models have explored audio and video editing, they struggle with object-level audio-visual operations. Specifically, object-level audio-visual editing requires the ability to perform object addition, replacement, and removal across both audio and visual modalities, while preserving the structural information of the source instances during the editing process. In this paper, we present \textbf{Object-AVEdit}, achieving the object-level audio-visual editing based on the inversion-regeneration paradigm. To achieve the object-level controllability during editing, we develop a word-to-sounding-object well-aligned audio generation model, bridging the gap in object-controllability between audio and current video generation models. Meanwhile, to achieve the better structural information preservation and object-level editing effect, we propose an inversion-regeneration holistically-optimized editing algorithm, ensuring both information retention during the inversion and better regeneration effect. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our editing model achieved advanced results in both audio-video object-level editing tasks with fine audio-visual semantic alignment. In addition, our developed audio generation model also achieved advanced performance. More results on our project page: https://gewu-lab.github.io/Object_AVEdit-website/.
