Quasilinear Dirichlet systems with competing operators and convection

In this paper, we consider a quasi-linear Dirichlet system with possible competing $(p,q)$-Laplacians and convections. Due to the lack of ellipticity, monotonicity, and variational structure, the standard approaches to the existence of weak solutions cannot be adopted. Nevertheless, through an approximation procedure and a corollary of Brouwer's fixed point theorem we show that the problem admits a solution in a suitable sense.

Quantitative truncation estimates for fractional Hardy-Sobolev optimizers

The general stability problem of truncations for a family of functions concentrating mass at the origin is described and a concrete example in the framework of entire optimizers for the fractional Hardy-Sobolev inequality is given. In this short note we point out some quantitative stability estimates, useful in dealing with critical $p-q$ fractional equations.

Nodal solutions to a Neumann problem for a class of (p_1,p_2)-Laplacian systems

Nodal solutions of a parametric (p_1,p_2)-Laplacian system, with Neumann boundary conditions, are obtained by chiefly constructing appropriate sub-super-solution pairs.

Multiple nodal solutions to a Robin problem with sign-changing potential and locally defined reaction

A Robin boundary-value problem with non-homogeneous differential operator, indefinite potential, and reaction defined only near zero is investigated. The existence of one or more nodal solutions is achieved by using truncation, perturbation, and comparison techniques, results from Morse theory, besides variational methods.
