Full counting statistics for twisted XXX spin chains

Full counting statistics for an arbitrary spin operator is considered for the twisted XXX spin one-half chain. We use the quantum inverse scattering formalism and the modified algebraic Bethe ansatz to construct an explicit formula, given by a form factor expansion.

Modified rational six vertex model on the rectangular lattice

We consider a rational six vertex model on a rectangular lattice with boundary conditions that generalize the usual domain wall type. We find that the partition function of the inhomogeneous version of this model is given by a modified Izergin determinant. The proofs are based on the quantum inverse scattering method and its representation theory together with elementary linear algebra.

Overlap between usual and modified Bethe vectors

We consider the overlap of Bethe vectors of the XXX spin chain with a diagonal twist and the modified Bethe vectors with a general twist. We find a determinant representation for this overlap under one additional condition on the twist parameters. Such objects arise in the calculations of nonequilibrium physics.

Scalar product of twisted XXX modified Bethe vectors

We consider closed XXX spin chains with broken total spin $U(1)$ symmetry within the framework of the modified algebraic Bethe ansatz. We study multiple actions of the modified monodromy matrix entries on the modified Bethe vectors. The obtained formulas of the multiple actions allow us to calculate the scalar products of the modified Bethe vectors. We find an analog of Izergin-Korepin formula for the scalar products. This formula involves modified Izergin determinants and can be expressed as sums over partitions of the Bethe parameters.

Ground state solutions of inhomogeneous Bethe equations

The distribution of Bethe roots, solution of the inhomogeneous Bethe equations, which characterize the ground state of the periodic XXX Heisenberg spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ chain is investigated. Numerical calculations shows that, for this state, the new inhomogeneous term does not contribute to the Baxter T-Q equation in the thermodynamic limit. Different families of Bethe roots are identified and their large N behaviour are conjectured and validated.

A note on $\mathfrak{gl}_2$-invariant Bethe vectors

We consider $\mathfrak{gl}_2$-invariant quantum integrable models solvable by the algebraic Bethe ansatz. We show that the form of on-shell Bethe vectors is preserved under certain twist transformations of the monodromy matrix. We also derive the actions of the twisted monodromy matrix entries onto twisted off-shell Bethe vectors.

Modified algebraic Bethe ansatz for XXZ chain on the segment - III - Proof

In this paper, we prove the off-shell equation satisfied by the transfer matrix associated with the XXZ spin-$\frac12$ chain on the segment with two generic integrable boundaries acting on the Bethe vector. The essential step is to prove that the expression of the action of a modified creation operator on the Bethe vector has an off-shell structure which results in an inhomogeneous term in the eigenvalues and Bethe equations of the corresponding transfer matrix.

The half-infinite XXZ chain in Onsager's approach

The half-infinite XXZ open spin chain with general integrable boundary conditions is considered within the recently developed `Onsager's approach'. Inspired by the finite size case, for any type of integrable boundary conditions it is shown that the transfer matrix is simply expressed in terms of the elements of a new type of current algebra recently introduced. In the massive regime $-1<q<0$, level one infinite dimensional representation ($q-$vertex operators) of the new current algebra are constructed in order to diagonalize the transfer matrix. For diagonal boundary conditions, known results of Jimbo {\it et al.} are recovered. For upper (or lower) non-diagonal boundary conditions, a solution is proposed. Vacuum and excited states are formulated within the representation theory of the current algebra using $q-$bosons, opening the way for the calculation of integral representations of correlation functions for a non-diagonal boundary. Finally, for $q$ generic the long standing question of the hidden non-Abelian symmetry of the Hamiltonian is solved: it is either associated with the $q-$Onsager algebra (generic non-diagonal case) or the augmented $q-$Onsager algebra (generic diagonal case).

Form factors in SU(3)-invariant integrable models

We study SU(3)-invariant integrable models solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. We obtain determinant representations for form factors of diagonal entries of the monodromy matrix. This representation can be used for the calculation of form factors and correlation functions of the XXX SU(3)-invariant Heisenberg chain.

Bethe vectors of GL(3)-invariant integrable models

We study SU(3)-invariant integrable models solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. Different formulas are given for the Bethe vectors and the actions of the generators of the Yangian Y(sl(3)) on Bethe vectors are considered. These actions are relevant for the calculation of correlation functions and form factors of local operators of the underlying quantum models.

Algebraic Bethe ansatz for open XXX model with triangular boundary matrices

We consider open XXX spins chain with two general boundary matrices submitted to one constraint, which is equivalent to the possibility to put the two matrices in a triangular form. We construct Bethe vectors from a generalized algebraic Bethe ansatz. As usual, the method also provides Bethe equations and transfer matrix eigenvalues.

Highest coefficient of scalar products in SU(3)-invariant integrable models

We study SU(3)-invariant integrable models solvable by nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. Scalar products of Bethe vectors in such models can be expressed in terms of a bilinear combination of their highest coefficients. We obtain various different representations for the highest coefficient in terms of sums over partitions. We also obtain multiple integral representations for the highest coefficient.

Central extension of the reflection equations and an analog of Miki's formula

Two different types of centrally extended quantum reflection algebras are introduced. Realizations in terms of the elements of the central extension of the Yang-Baxter algebra are exhibited. A coaction map is identified. For the special case of $U_q(\hat{sl_2})$, a realization in terms of elements satisfying the Zamolodchikov-Faddeev algebra - a `boundary' analog of Miki's formula - is also proposed, providing a free field realization of $O_q(\hat{sl_2})$ (q-Onsager) currents.

Generalized q-Onsager Algebras and Dynamical K-matrices

A procedure to construct $K$-matrices from the generalized $q$-Onsager algebra $\cO_{q}(\hat{g})$ is proposed. This procedure extends the intertwiner techniques used to obtain scalar (c-number) solutions of the reflection equation to dynamical (non-c-number) solutions. It shows the relation between soliton non-preserving reflection equations or twisted reflection equations and the generalized $q$-Onsager algebras. These dynamical $K$-matrices are important to quantum integrable models with extra degrees of freedom located at the boundaries: for instance, in the quantum affine Toda field theories on the half-line they yield the boundary amplitudes. As examples, the cases of $\cO_{q}(a^{(2)}_{2})$ and $\cO_{q}(a^{(1)}_{2})$ are treated in details.

Nested Bethe ansatz for Y(gl(n)) open spin chains with diagonal boundary conditions

In this proceeding we present the nested Bethe ansatz for open spin chains of XXX-type, with arbitrary representations (i.e. `spins') on each site of the chain and diagonal boundary matrices $(K^+(u),K^-(u))$. The nested Bethe anstaz applies for a general $K^-(u)$, but a particular form of the $K^+(u)$ matrix. We give the eigenvalues, Bethe equations and the form of the Bethe vectors for the corresponding models. The Bethe vectors are expressed using a trace formula.
