Kinetic formulation of irreversible evolution of the two-nucleus spin systems

The time irreversible evolution of the two-nucleus spin systems interacting with a magnetic field is analyzed in the framework of the subdynamics theory. The spin systems are determined by the H(1) and C(13) nuclei. The investigation is based on the complex spectral representation of the Liouvillian which gives a rigorous description of irreversibility. The evolution of the density matrix is analyzed for the short and long time region. Quantum Zeno effect is discussed.

Irreversible evolution of a charged spin 1/2 particle analyzed on the basis of subdynamics theory

The time evolution of a charged spin 1/2 particle interacting with a magnetic field is analyzed in the framework of the complex spectral theory, based on Prigogine's principles that provide a rigorous description of irreversibility. A detailed survey of the irreversible relaxation process of the spin 1/2 particle is carried out on the basis of the subdynamics theory. We obtain the results for the Markovian and the non-Markovian evolution of the charged particle.

Kinetic, time irreversible evolution of the unstable $π^{\pm}$ - meson

In Liouville formalism the expression for density matrix, determining the time evolution of unstable $π^{\pm}$ - meson in the framework of unified formulation of quantum and kinetic dynamics is defined. The eigenvalues problem is investigated in the framework of Prigogine's principles of description of nonequilibrium processes at microscopic level. The problem was solved on the basis of complex spectral representation. It was shown that the approach leads to Pauli master equation for the weakly interacting system.

Time evolution of the relativistic excited state in the unified formulation of quantum and kinetics dynamics

Description of time evolution of the relativistic unstable electromagnetic system consisting of Fermi-Dirac particle interacting with electromagnetic field, in the framework of the Liouville space extension of quantum mechanics is done. The work was carried out on the basis of Prigogine's unified formulation of quantum and kinetic dynamics. The eigenvalues problem for the relativistic Hamiltonian of the electromagnetic system was solved. The obtained results can be used as the ground for the further studies of the observed physical processes such as bremsstrahlung, relaxation of excited states of atoms and atomic nuclei, particles decay.

Relativistic Contributions to Deuteron Photodisintegration in the Bethe-Salpeter Formalism

In plane wave one-body approximation the reaction of deuteron photodisintegration is considered in the framework of the Bethe-Salpeter formalism for two-nucleon system. Results are obtained for deuteron vertex function, which is the solution of the homogeneous Bethe-Salpeter equation with a multi-rank separable interaction kernel, with a given analytical form. A comparison is presented with predictions of non-relativistic, quasipotential approaches and the equal time approximation. It is shown that important contributions come from the boost in the arguments of the initial state vertex function and the boost on the relative energy in the one-particle propagator due to recoil.
