Rank-one geometry and mixed complexes in representations of Cartan type Lie algebras on a torus

In this paper, we develop a unified theory of reducibility and indecomposability for Shen-Larsson modules over the Witt, special and Hamiltonian type Lie algebras on a torus. Our approach is based on a rank-one mechanism governing irreducible submodules, Loewy filtrations, rank reduction, uniseriality and mixed complex structures. We first provide a uniform intrinsic characterization of the trivial and fundamental representations of $gl_N, sl_N, sp_{2n}$ in terms of quadratic relations satisfied by rank-one elements of these matrix Lie algebras and utilize it to determine the irreducibility of Shen-Larsson modules over $W_N, S_N, H_{2n}$. Using the rank-one operators arising from these relations, we then construct rank-reducing operators corresponding to distinguished lattice directions and apply them to show that the submodule structure of the reducible Shen-Larsson modules over $W_N, S_N, H_{2n}$ attached to the fundamental representations of $gl_N, sl_N, sp_{2n}$ respectively are generically uniserial. In the Hamiltonian case, we show that the submodules of these reducible Shen-Larsson modules come from kernels and images of differentials of the de Rham and Koszul-type complexes. These differentials anti-commute and thus endow the tensor field modules with a mixed complex structure, which also admit a natural interpretation formally analogous to the de Rham differential and co-differential type operator appearing in symplectic Hodge theory. In particular, we provide complete answers to the questions recently posed by Pei-Sheng-Tang-Zhao [J. Inst. Math. Jussieu 2023] concerning the structure of Shen-Larsson modules over $H_{2n}$.

Skew Symmetric Extended Affine Lie algebras

For any skew symmetric matrix over complex numbers, we introduce an EALA and it is called Skew Symmetric Extended Affine Lie Algebra (SSEALA). This way we get a large class of EALAs and most often they are non-isomorphic. In this paper we study irreducible integrable modules for SSEALA with finite dimensional weight spaces. We classify all such modules in the level zero case with non-degenerate skew symmetric matrix.

Representations of loop extended Witt algebras

In this paper, we classify irreducible modules for loop extended Witt algebras with finite dimensional weight spaces. They turn out to be either modules with uniformly bounded weight spaces or highest weight modules. We further prove that all these modules are single point evaluation modules ($n \geq 2$). So they are actually irreducible modules for extended Witt algebras.

Classification of level zero irreducible integrable modules for twisted full toroidal Lie algebras

In this paper, we first construct the twisted full toroidal Lie algebra by an extension of a centreless Lie torus $LT$ which is a multiloop algebra twisted by several automorphisms of finite order and equipped with a particular grading. We then provide a complete classification of all the irreducible integrable modules with finite dimensional weight spaces for this twisted full toroidal Lie algebra having a non-trivial $LT$-action and where the centre of the underlying Lie algebra acts trivially.

Generalized Casimir Operators for Lie Superalgebras

In this paper, we define generalized Casimir operators for a loop contragredient Lie superalgebra and prove that they commute with the underlying Lie superalgebra. These operators have applications in the decomposition of tensor product modules. We further introduce the notion of generalized Gelfand invariants for the loop general linear Lie superalgebra and show that they also commute with the underlying Lie superalgebra. These operators when applied to a highest weight vector in a tensor product module again induces a new highest weight vector.

Classification of bounded modules for the Twisted Full Toroidal Lie Algebras

In this paper, we study modules for the Twisted Full Toroidal Lie Algebras (TFTLA). We define a category of bounded modules for TFTLA and classify all the irreducible modules in that category. A class of irreducible bounded modules are explicitly constructed by Michael Lau and Yuly Billig using Vertex operator algebras. We show that they exhaust all the irreducible bounded modules. Our plan is to describe the top spaces of the bounded irreducible modules for TFTLA and prove they in fact coincide with the top spaces of the modules constructed by Lau and Billig. When the top spaces become isomorphic then the corresponding irreducible modules are also isomorphic.

Modules for loop Affine-Virasoro Algebras

In this paper we study the representations of loop Affine-Virasoro Algebras. As they have canonical triangular decomposition, we define Verma modules and its irreducible quotients. We give necessary and sufficient condition for an irreducible highest weight module to have finite dimensional weight spaces. We prove that an irreducible integrable module is either an highest weight module or a lowest weight module whenever the canonical central element acts non trivially. At the end we construct Affine central operators for each integer and they commute with the action of the Affine Lie Algebra.

Generalized Casimir Operators

Let G be symmetrizable Kac-Moody Lie algebra. In this paper we describe a new class of central operators generalising the Casimir operator. We also prove some properties of these operators and show that these operators move highest weight vectors to new highest weight vectors.

On Integrable modules for the twisted full toroidal Lie algebra

The paper is to classify irreducible integrable modules for the twisted full toroidal Lie algebra with some technical conditions. The twisted full toroidal Lie algebra are extensions of multiloop algebra twisted by sevaral finite order automorphisms. The result genaralizes a result by Fu Jiayuan and Cuipo Jiang, where they consider only one automorphism.

The irreducible modules for the derivations of the rational quantum torus

Let $\bbcq$ be the quantum torus associated with the $d \times d$ matrix $q = (q_{ij})$, $q_{ii} = 1$, $q_{ij}^{-1} = q_{ji}$, $q_{ij}$ are roots of unity, for all $1 \leq i, j \leq d.$ Let $\Der(\bbcq)$ be the Lie algebra of all the derivations of $\bbcq$. In this paper we define the Lie algebra $\Der(\bbcq) \ltimes \bbcq$ and classify its modules which are irreducible and have finite dimensional weight spaces. These modules under certain conditions turn out to be of the form $V \otimes \bbcq$, where $V$ is a finite dimensional irreducible $gl_d$-module.

Integrable modules for Lie Torus

In the last two decades the structure of Extended Affine Lie algebras (EALA) is extensively studied. In explicitly constructing an EALA, the centerless Lie Torus play an important role. In this paper we consider the Universal central extension of a centerless Lie Torus and classify the irreducible integrable modules for them when the center acts non-trivially. They turn out to be "highest weight modules" for direct sum of finitely many affine Lie algebras.

Weyl modules associated to Kac-Moody Lie algebras

Weyl modules were originally defined for affine Lie algebras by Chari and Pressley in \cite{CP}. In this paper we extend the notion of Weyl modules for a Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g} \otimes A$, where $\mathfrak{g}$ is any Kac-Moody algebra and A is any finitely generated commutative associative algebra with unit over $\mathbb{C}$, and prove a tensor product decomposition theorem generalizing \cite{CP}.

Representations of Loop Kac-Moody Lie Algebras

We study representations of the Loop Kac-Moody Lie algebra g \otimes A, where g is any Kac-Moody algebra and A is a ring of Laurent polynomials in n commuting variables. In particular, we study representations with finite dimensional weight spaces and their graded versions. When we specialize g to be a finite dimensional or affine Lie algebra we obtain modules for toroidal Lie algebras.

A new class of modules for Toroidal Lie Superalgebras

In this paper we construct a large class of modules for toroidal Lie superalgebras. Toroidal Lie superalgebras are universal central extension of G tensor A where G is a basic classical Lie superalgebra and A is a Laurent polynomial ring in sevaral variables. The case where G is simple finite dimensional Lie algebra is included.

Toroidal Z-Algebras

The Toroidal Lie algebras are n variable genaralizations of Affine Kac-Moody Lie algebras. As in the affine Lie algebras there exists finite order auto= morphisms corresponding to Dynkin diagram automorphisms. The fixed point sub= algebras are called twisted toroidal Lie algebras. In this paper we construt faithfull representations for the twisted toroidal Lie algebras (this includes the non-twisted case also) useing methods developed by Lepowsky-Wilson [LW]. This construction recovers the result by Eswara Rao-Moody [EM] in the homogeneous picture and by Yuly Billig [B1] in the principal picture. The proofs given in this paper are much shorter than the above works. The results for the twisted case are compleetly new.
