Toeplitz determinants of Logarithmic coefficients for Starlike and Convex functions

In this study, we deal with the sharp bounds of certain Toeplitz determinants whose entries are the logarithmic coefficients of analytic univalent functions $f$ such that the quantity $z f'(z)/f(z)$ takes values in a specific domain lying in the right half plane. The established results provide the bounds for the classes of starlike and convex functions, as well as various of their subclasses.

On a subfamily of starlike functions related to Hyperbolic Cosine function

We introduce and study a new Ma-Minda subclass of starlike functions $\mathcal{S}^*_{\varrho},$ defined as $$\mathcal{S}^{*}_{\varrho}:=\left\{f\in\mathcal{A}:\frac{zf'(z)}{f(z)} \prec \cosh \sqrt{z}=:\varrho(z), z\in\mathbb{D} \right\},$$ associated with an analytic univalent function $\cosh \sqrt{z},$ where we choose the branch of the square root function so that $\cosh\sqrt{z}=1+z/2!+z^{2}/{4!}+\cdots.$ We establish certain inclusion relations for $\mathcal{S}^{*}_{\varrho}$ and deduce sharp $\mathcal{S}^{*}_{\varrho}-$radii for certain subclasses of analytic functions.

On a Class of Non-Univalent functions Associated with a Parabolic Region

In the present investigation, we introduce and study the geometric properties of a class of analytic functions, associated with a parabolic region majorly lying in the left-half plane. Further we establish radius and majorization results for the class under study with pictorial illustrations of some of its special cases. Also we derive some sufficient conditions for the class under consideration.

Sharp upper and lower bounds for the second and third order Hermitian-Toepilitz determinants are obtained for some generalized subclasses of starlike and convex functions. Applications of these results are also discussed for several widely known classes.

Radius and Convolution problems of analytic functions involving Semigroup Generators

We establish the membership criteria in terms of Hadamard product for a normalized analytic function to be in the class of infinitesimal generators. Furthermore, the embedding of various subclasses of normalized univalent functions in the class of infinitesimal generators and the radii problems for this class are studied. The results derived, generalize the already known results.

Toeplitz Determinants in One and Higher Dimensions

In this study, we derive the sharp bounds of certain Toeplitz determinants whose entries are the coefficients of holomorphic functions belonging to a class defined on the unit disk $\mathbb{U}$. Further, these results are extended to a class of holomorphic functions on the unit ball in a complex Banach space and on the unit polydisc in $\mathbb{C}^n$. The obtained results provide the bounds of Toeplitz determinants for various subclasses of normalized univalent functions in higher dimensions.

Coefficient Functional and Bohr-Rogosinski Phenomenon for Analytic functions involving Semigroup Generators

This paper examines the coefficient problems for the class of semigroup generators, a topic in complex dynamics that has recently been studied in context of geometric function theory. Further, sharp bounds of coefficient functional such as second order Hankel determinant, third order Toeplitz and Hermitian-Toeplitz determinants are derived. Additionally, the sharp growth estimates and the bounds of difference of successive coefficients are determined, which are used to prove the Bohr and the Bohr-Rogosinski phenomenon for the class of semigroup generators.

Sharp Bounds of Fifth Coefficient and Hermitian-Toeplitz determinants for Sakaguchi Classes

For the classes of analytic functions $f$ defined on the unit disk satisfying $$\frac{z {f}'(z)}{f(z) - f(-z)} \prec φ(z) \quad \text{and} \quad \frac{(2 z {f}'(z))'}{(f(z) - f(-z))'} \prec φ(z),$$ denoted by $\mathcal{S}^*_s(φ)$ and $\mathcal{C}_s(φ)$ respectively, the sharp bound of the $n^{th}$ Taylor coefficients are known for $n=2,$ $3$ and $4$. In this paper, we obtain the sharp bound of the fifth coefficient. Additionally, the sharp lower and upper estimates of the third order Hermitian Toeplitz determinant for the functions belonging to these classes are determined. The applications of our results lead to the establishment of certain new and previously known results.

Toeplitz Determinants for a Class of Holomorphic Mappings in Higher Dimensions

In this paper, we establish the sharp bounds of certain Toeplitz determinants formed over the coefficients of mappings from a class defined on the unit ball of complex Banach space and on the unit polydisc in $\mathbb{C}^n$. Derived bounds provide certain new results for the subclasses of normalized univalent functions and extend some known results in higher dimensions.

On a Class of certain Non-Univalent Functions

In this paper, we introduce a family of analytic functions given by $$ψ_{A,B}(z):= \dfrac{1}{A-B}\log{\dfrac{1+Az}{1+Bz}},$$ which maps univalently the unit disk onto either elliptical or strip domains, where either $A=-B=α$ or $A=αe^{iγ}$ and $B=αe^{-iγ}$ ($α\in(0,1]$ and $γ\in(0,π/2]$). We study a class of non-univalent analytic functions defined by \begin{equation*} \mathcal{F}[A,B]:=\left\{f\in\mathcal{A}:\left( \dfrac{zf'(z)}{f(z)}-1\right)\precψ_{A,B}(z)\right \}. \end{equation*} Further, we investigate various characteristic properties of $ψ_{A,B}(z)$ as well as functions in the class $\mathcal{F}[A,B]$ and obtain the sharp radius of starlikeness of order $δ$ and univalence for the functions in $\mathcal{F}[A,B]$. Also, we find the sharp radii for functions in $\mathcal{BS}(α):=\{f\in\mathcal{A}:zf'(z)/f(z)-1\prec z/(1-αz^2),\;α\in(0,1)\}$, $\mathcal{S}_{cs}(α):=\{f\in\mathcal{A}:zf'(z)/f(z)-1\prec z/((1-z)(1+αz)),\;α\in(0,1)\}$ and others to be in the class $\mathcal{F}[A,B].$

Coefficient problems for starlike functions associated with a petal shaped domain

In the present investigation, we consider a subclass of starlike functions associated with a petal shaped domain, recently introduced and defined by $$\mathcal{S}^{*}_ρ:=\{f\in \mathcal{A}:zf'(z)/f(z) \prec 1+\sinh^{-1} z\}.$$ We establish certain coefficient related problems such as sharp first five coefficient bounds along with sharp second and third order Hankel determinants for $\mathcal{S}^{*}_ρ$. Also, sixth and seventh coefficient bounds are estimated to obtain the fourth Hankel determinant bound for the same class.

A Conjecture on $H_3(1)$ For Certain Starlike Functions

We prove a conjecture concerning the third Hankel determinant, proposed in ``Anal. Math. Phys., https://doi.org/10.1007/s13324-021-00483-7", which states that $|H_3(1)|\leq 1/9$ is sharp for the class $\mathcal{S}_{\wp}^{*}=\{zf'(z)/f(z) \prec φ(z):=1+ze^z\}$. In addition, we also establish bounds for sixth and seventh coefficient, and $|H_4(1)|$ for functions in $\mathcal{S}_{\wp}^{*}$. The general bounds for two and three-fold symmetric functions related to the Ma-Minda classes $\mathcal{S}^*(φ)$ of starlike functions are also obtained.

Radii problems for Ma-Minda Starlikeness

For the standard Ma-Minda class $\mathcal{S}^{*}(ψ)$ of univalent starlike functions, we derive $\mathcal{S}^{*}(ψ)$-radii for some well-known special functions. In addition, we obtain the set of extremal functions for the classical problem $$\max_{f\in \mathcal{S}^{*}(ψ)}^{}\left|Φ\left(\log{(f(z)/z)}\right)\right| \quad \text{or} \quad \max_{f\in \mathcal{S}^{*}(ψ)}^{}\ReΦ\left(\log{(f(z)/z)}\right),$$ where $Φ$ is a non-constant entire function. Moreover, we prove certain results on convolution and radius estimates for the case when $ψ(\mathbb{D})$ is starlike.

Third Hankel Determinant For A Class Of Starlike Functions Associated With Exponential Function

Recently, the subclass of starlike functions associated with exponential function $e^z$, given by ${S}^*_e = \{f(z)\in {S}:{zf'(z)}/{f(z)} \prec e^z, (z\in \mathbb{D}) \}$ was introduced and studied by Mendiratta $et$ $al.$ ~\cite{mendiratta2015subclass}. In this article, we obtain sharp bound for third Hankel determinant for the class $S_e^\ast$, by improving the already known results, in this direction. In our methodology, we use the newly obtained expression for the fourth coefficient of Carathéodory functions.

On A Special Type Of Ma-Minda Function

This paper deals with a special type of Ma-Minda function introduced here with many fascinating facts and interesting applications. It is much akin in all aspects but differs by a condition from its Ma-Minda counterpart. Further, we consider the function:~$1-\log(1+z)$, a special Ma-Minda of the type introduced here, to define a subclass of starlike functions in a similar fashion as we do with Ma-Minda function and is studied for establishing inclusion and radius results. Apart from that, we also deal with the majorization and Bloch function norm problems for the same class. In addition, we obtain the bounds of fourth coefficient:~$a_4$ and second Hankel determinant:~$H_2(2)$ for the functions belonging to a newly defined class using convolution, which generalizes many earlier known results and its association with the special type of Ma-Minda function is also pointed out.
