Modified rational six vertex model on a rectangular lattice : new formula, homogeneous and thermodynamic limits

We continue the work of Belliard, Pimenta and Slavnov (2024) studying the modified rational six vertex model. We find another formula of the partition function for the inhomogeneous model, in terms of a determinant that mix the modified Izergin one and a Vandermonde one. This expression enables us to compute the partition function in the homogeneous limit for the rectangular lattice, and then to study the thermodynamic limit. It leads to a new result, we obtain the first order of free energy with boundary effects in the thermodynamic limit.

Scalar product for the XXZ spin chain with general integrable boundaries

We calculate the scalar product of Bethe states of the XXZ spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ chain with general integrable boundary conditions. The off-shell equations satisfied by the transfer matrix and the off-shell Bethe vectors allow one to derive a linear system for the scalar product of off-shell and on-shell Bethe states. We show that this linear system can be solved in terms of a compact determinant formula that involves the Jacobian of the transfer matrix eigenvalue and certain q-Pochhammer polynomials of the boundary couplings.

Scalar Products in Twisted XXX Spin Chain. Determinant Representation

We consider XXX spin-$1/2$ Heisenberg chain with non-diagonal boundary conditions. We obtain a compact determinant representation for the scalar product of on-shell and off-shell Bethe vectors. In the particular case when both Bethe vectors are on shell, we obtain a determinant representation for the norm of on-shell Bethe vector and prove orthogonality of the on-shell vectors corresponding to the different eigenvalues of the transfer matrix.

Modified Algebraic Bethe Ansatz: Twisted XXX Case

We prove the modified algebraic Bethe Ansatz characterization of the spectral problem for the closed XXX Heisenberg spin chain with an arbitrary twist and arbitrary positive (half)-integer spin at each site of the chain. We provide two basis to characterize the spectral problem and two families of inhomogeneous Baxter T-Q equations. The two families satisfy an inhomogeneous quantum Wronskian equation.

FRT presentation of the Onsager algebras

A presentation à la Faddeev-Reshetikhin-Takhtajan (FRT) of the Onsager, augmented Onsager and sl(2)-invariant Onsager algebras is given, using the framework of the non-standard classical Yang-Baxter algebras. Associated current algebras are identified, and generating functions of mutually commuting quantities are obtained.

An attractive basis for the $q-$Onsager algebra

Let $\textsf{A},\textsf{A}^*$ be the fundamental generators of the $q-$Onsager algebra. A linear basis for the $q-$Onsager algebra is known as the `zig-zag' basis [IT09]. In this letter, an attractive basis for the $q-$Onsager algebra is conjectured, based on the relation between the $q-$Onsager algebra and a quotient of the infinite dimensional algebra ${\cal A}_q$ introduced in [BK05].

Drinfeld J Presentation of Twisted Yangians

We present a quantization of a Lie coideal structure for twisted half-loop algebras of finite-dimensional simple complex Lie algebras. We obtain algebra closure relations of twisted Yangians in Drinfeld J presentation for all symmetric pairs of simple Lie algebras and for simple twisted even half-loop Lie algebras. We provide the explicit form of the closure relations for twisted Yangians in Drinfeld J presentation for the ${\mathfrak{sl}}_3$ Lie algebra.

Non-Abelian symmetries of the half-infinite XXZ spin chain

The non-Abelian symmetries of the half-infinite XXZ spin chain for all possible types of integrable boundary conditions are classified. For each type of boundary conditions, an analog of the Chevalley-type presentation is given for the corresponding symmetry algebra. In particular, two new algebras arise that are, respectively, generated by the symmetry operators of the model with triangular and special $U_q(gl_2)-$invariant integrable boundary conditions.

Slavnov and Gaudin-Korepin Formulas for Models without ${\rm U}(1)$ Symmetry: the Twisted XXX Chain

We consider the XXX spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ Heisenberg chain on the circle with an arbitrary twist. We characterize its spectral problem using the modified algebraic Bethe anstaz and study the scalar product between the Bethe vector and its dual. We obtain modified Slavnov and Gaudin-Korepin formulas for the model. Thus we provide a first example of such formulas for quantum integrable models without ${\rm U}(1)$ symmetry characterized by an inhomogenous Baxter T-Q equation.

Modified algebraic Bethe ansatz for XXZ chain on the segment - II - general cases

The spectral problem of the Heisenberg XXZ spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ chain on the segment is investigated within a modified algebraic Bethe ansatz framework. We consider in this work the most general boundaries allowed by integrability. The eigenvalues and the eigenvectors are obtained. They are characterised by a set of Bethe roots with cardinality equal to $N$, the length of the chain, and which satisfies a set of Bethe equations with an additional term.

Modified algebraic Bethe ansatz for XXZ chain on the segment - I - triangular cases

The modified algebraic Bethe ansatz, introduced by Crampé and the author [8], is used to characterize the spectral problem of the Heisenberg XXZ spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ chain on the segment with lower and upper triangular boundaries. The eigenvalues and the eigenvectors are conjectured. They are characterized by a set of Bethe roots with cardinality equal to $N$ the length of the chain and which satisfies a set of Bethe equations with an additional term. The conjecture follows from exact results for small chains. We also present a factorized formula for the Bethe vectors of the Heisenberg XXZ spin-$\frac{1}{2}$ chain on the segment with two upper triangular boundaries.

Heisenberg XXX Model with General Boundaries: Eigenvectors from Algebraic Bethe Ansatz

We propose a generalization of the algebraic Bethe ansatz to obtain the eigenvectors of the Heisenberg spin chain with general boundaries associated to the eigenvalues and the Bethe equations found recently by Cao et al. The ansatz takes the usual form of a product of operators acting on a particular vector except that the number of operators is equal to the length of the chain. We prove this result for the chains with small length. We obtain also an off-shell equation (i.e. satisfied without the Bethe equations) formally similar to the ones obtained in the periodic case or with diagonal boundaries.

Bethe Vectors of Quantum Integrable Models with GL(3) Trigonometric $R$-Matrix

We study quantum integrable models with GL(3) trigonometric $R$-matrix and solvable by the nested algebraic Bethe ansatz. Using the presentation of the universal Bethe vectors in terms of projections of products of the currents of the quantum affine algebra $U_q(\hat{\mathfrak{gl}}_3)$ onto intersections of different types of Borel subalgebras, we prove that the set of the nested Bethe vectors is closed under the action of the elements of the monodromy matrix.

Coideal algebras from twisted Manin triples

We propose a new approach to study coideal algebras. It is well-known that Manin triples (or equivalently Lie bi-algebra structures) are the requirement to deform Lie algebras and to obtain quantum groups. In this paper, introducing some particular automorphisms of Manin triples, we define new structures that we call Lie bi-ideal structures. A link with coisotropic subalgebras is explained. We show that their deformation provide coideal algebras. As examples, we recover from our general construction the twisted Yangians, the q-Onsager algebra and the augmented q-Onsager algebra. As an important by-product, we find a new presentation for the twisted Yangians.

Bethe Ansatz and Bethe Vectors Scalar Products

An integral presentation for the scalar products of nested Bethe vectors for the quantum integrable models associated with the quantum affine algebra $U_q(\hat{\mathfrak{gl}}_3)$ is given. This result is obtained in the framework of the universal Bethe ansatz, using presentation of the universal Bethe vectors in terms of the total currents of a "new" realization of the quantum affine algebra $U_q(\hat{\mathfrak{gl}}_3)$.
