G-ReAct: Graph-Guided Deep Search via Structure-State Co-Evolution

Deep search has become a fundamental capability of large language models (LLMs) for solving open-domain complex tasks. However, existing approaches typically rely on linear sequential reasoning for both trajectory generation and inference, making it difficult to consistently preserve intermediate states and constraints throughout long-horizon multi-hop search. Consequently, they often suffer from context forgetting, search drift, and inefficient exploration. To address these limitations, we propose $\textbf{G-ReAct}$, a reasoning framework for deep search that organizes reasoning as $\textbf{state evolution over a fixed-topology query graph}$. The evolving graph state explicitly tracks search progress and guides subsequent decisions, transforming exploratory search driven by textual history into graph-guided reasoning under explicit constraints. G-ReAct supports both training and inference: it generates high-quality deep-search trajectories for supervised fine-tuning and provides structured guidance for inference-time search without additional fine-tuning. Experiments demonstrate that with only 1.9K generated trajectories for fine-tuning, Qwen3-30B-A3B-Thinking-2507 achieves $52.6\%$ accuracy on BrowseComp-ZH and $79.0\%$ on XBench, outperforming comparable open-source methods trained on substantially larger datasets, including RL-enhanced methods. Furthermore, when applied at inference time, G-ReAct consistently improves the performance of existing strong LLMs on deep-search tasks. We will publicly release all code and model weights.

FutureMind: Equipping Small Language Models with Strategic Thinking-Pattern Priors via Adaptive Knowledge Distillation

Small Language Models (SLMs) are attractive for cost-sensitive and resource-limited settings due to their efficient, low-latency inference. However, they often struggle with complex, knowledge-intensive tasks that require structured reasoning and effective retrieval. To address these limitations, we propose FutureMind, a modular reasoning framework that equips SLMs with strategic thinking-pattern priors via adaptive knowledge distillation from large language models (LLMs). FutureMind introduces a dynamic reasoning pipeline composed of four key modules: Problem Analysis, Logical Reasoning, Strategy Planning, and Retrieval Guidance. This pipeline is augmented by three distinct retrieval paradigms that decompose complex queries into tractable subproblems, ensuring efficient and accurate retrieval execution. Extensive experiments on multi-hop QA benchmarks, including 2WikiMultihopQA, MuSiQue, Bamboogle, and Frames, demonstrate the superiority of FutureMind. It consistently outperforms strong baselines such as Search-o1, achieving state-of-the-art results under free training conditions across diverse SLM architectures and scales. Beyond empirical gains, our analysis reveals that the process of thinking-pattern distillation is restricted by the cognitive bias bottleneck between the teacher (LLMs) and student (SLMs) models. This provides new perspectives on the transferability of reasoning skills, paving the way for the development of SLMs that combine efficiency with genuine cognitive capability.

FlexiTex: Enhancing Texture Generation via Visual Guidance

Recent texture generation methods achieve impressive results due to the powerful generative prior they leverage from large-scale text-to-image diffusion models. However, abstract textual prompts are limited in providing global textural or shape information, which results in the texture generation methods producing blurry or inconsistent patterns. To tackle this, we present FlexiTex, embedding rich information via visual guidance to generate a high-quality texture. The core of FlexiTex is the Visual Guidance Enhancement module, which incorporates more specific information from visual guidance to reduce ambiguity in the text prompt and preserve high-frequency details. To further enhance the visual guidance, we introduce a Direction-Aware Adaptation module that automatically designs direction prompts based on different camera poses, avoiding the Janus problem and maintaining semantically global consistency. Benefiting from the visual guidance, FlexiTex produces quantitatively and qualitatively sound results, demonstrating its potential to advance texture generation for real-world applications.

End-to-End Optimization of LLM-Driven Multi-Agent Search Systems via Heterogeneous-Group-Based Reinforcement Learning

Large language models (LLMs) are versatile, yet their deployment in complex real-world settings is limited by static knowledge cutoffs and the difficulty of producing controllable behavior within a single inference. Multi-agent search systems (MASS), which coordinate specialized LLM agents equipped with search tools, mitigate these issues via task decomposition and retrieval-augmented problem solving. However, optimizing LLMs for agent-specific roles remains labor-intensive with prompt engineering or supervised fine-tuning, motivating automated end-to-end training. Existing multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) methods such as Multi-Agent Proximal Policy Optimization (MAPPO) typically depend on large critic networks to evaluate joint actions, leading to instability and high memory costs. We introduce Multi-Agent Heterogeneous Group Policy Optimization (MHGPO), which updates policies by estimating relative advantages across heterogeneous groups of multi-agent rollouts, shifting the optimization focus from local agent performance to global system success. We further study three group rollout sampling strategies to trade off sample efficiency and optimization quality. Experiments show that MHGPO captures implicit inter-agent dependencies and consistently outperforms strong baselines in both task performance and computational efficiency.

Hunyuan3D 1.0: A Unified Framework for Text-to-3D and Image-to-3D Generation

While 3D generative models have greatly improved artists' workflows, the existing diffusion models for 3D generation suffer from slow generation and poor generalization. To address this issue, we propose a two-stage approach named Hunyuan3D 1.0 including a lite version and a standard version, that both support text- and image-conditioned generation. In the first stage, we employ a multi-view diffusion model that efficiently generates multi-view RGB in approximately 4 seconds. These multi-view images capture rich details of the 3D asset from different viewpoints, relaxing the tasks from single-view to multi-view reconstruction. In the second stage, we introduce a feed-forward reconstruction model that rapidly and faithfully reconstructs the 3D asset given the generated multi-view images in approximately 7 seconds. The reconstruction network learns to handle noises and in-consistency introduced by the multi-view diffusion and leverages the available information from the condition image to efficiently recover the 3D structure. Our framework involves the text-to-image model, i.e., Hunyuan-DiT, making it a unified framework to support both text- and image-conditioned 3D generation. Our standard version has 3x more parameters than our lite and other existing model. Our Hunyuan3D 1.0 achieves an impressive balance between speed and quality, significantly reducing generation time while maintaining the quality and diversity of the produced assets.

Hunyuan3D 2.0: Scaling Diffusion Models for High Resolution Textured 3D Assets Generation

We present Hunyuan3D 2.0, an advanced large-scale 3D synthesis system for generating high-resolution textured 3D assets. This system includes two foundation components: a large-scale shape generation model -- Hunyuan3D-DiT, and a large-scale texture synthesis model -- Hunyuan3D-Paint. The shape generative model, built on a scalable flow-based diffusion transformer, aims to create geometry that properly aligns with a given condition image, laying a solid foundation for downstream applications. The texture synthesis model, benefiting from strong geometric and diffusion priors, produces high-resolution and vibrant texture maps for either generated or hand-crafted meshes. Furthermore, we build Hunyuan3D-Studio -- a versatile, user-friendly production platform that simplifies the re-creation process of 3D assets. It allows both professional and amateur users to manipulate or even animate their meshes efficiently. We systematically evaluate our models, showing that Hunyuan3D 2.0 outperforms previous state-of-the-art models, including the open-source models and closed-source models in geometry details, condition alignment, texture quality, and etc. Hunyuan3D 2.0 is publicly released in order to fill the gaps in the open-source 3D community for large-scale foundation generative models. The code and pre-trained weights of our models are available at: https://github.com/Tencent/Hunyuan3D-2
