Agent-Based ML-LLM Fusion with Self-Optimizing Prompts for Plateau Weather Alerts

To address insufficient contextualization, weak generalization, and poor scenario adaptation in tourism meteorological services, we propose SmartWeatherAgent--a unified three-stage architecture integrating intent recognition, hazard prediction, and reasoning-enhanced generation. The system fuses rule-based methods with large language models to parse queries at multiple granularities and employs a LightGBM model enriched with highland-specific features (e.g., wind speed abruptness rate), achieving an F1-Macro score of 0.605 with 1.60 ms latency on high-wind, precipitation, and low-temperature events. A 12-round micro-step prompt self-optimization loop boosts the composite warning quality score S_final from 4.2 (B01) to 8.9 (B12, +112%). Key improvements include a sharp rise in B08 from data source citation (6.5 -> 8.5), sustained high performance in B10 via physical mechanism explanation, and a peak scientific rigor score of 9.2 in B12 through explicit uncertainty statements. The system autonomously generates structured warnings that integrate causal mechanisms, spatiotemporal evolution, quantitative evidence, regulatory references, and confidence statements--enhancing professional depth, logical rigor, and scientific soundness, and advancing meteorological services toward proactive perception, explainable decision-making, and intelligent agency.

GP-DHT: A Dual-Head Transformer with Contras-tive Learning for Predicting Gene Regulatory Rela-tionships across Species from Single-Cell Data

Gene regulatory networks (GRNs) are essential for understanding cell fate decisions and disease mechanisms, yet cross-species GRN inference from single-cell RNA-seq data remains challenging due to noise, sparsity, and cross-species distribution shifts. We propose GP-DHT (GenePair DualHeadTransformer), a cross-species single-cell GRN inference framework that models genes and cells in a heterogeneous graph with multi-level expression relations and learns structured regulatory representations via multi-relational graph attention. A dual-head Transformer further captures local gene pair regulatory dependencies and global cross-cell interaction patterns. To improve robustness under sparse and cross-species settings, GP-DHT introduces gene pair level supervised contrastive learning. Experiments on seven BEELINE benchmark datasets show consistent gains over representative baselines, improving AUROC and AUPRC by approximately 5 to 7 percent on most datasets. GP-DHT also recovers known regulatory modules and helps distinguish conserved from species-specific regulations.

Supersonic jet dynamics from two-cavitation-bubble interactions: acceleration, tip fragmentation and penetration

This study experimentally and numerically investigates the dynamics of a high-speed liquid jet generated from the interaction of two tandem cavitation bubbles, termed bubble 1 and bubble 2, depending on their generation sequence. In our experiments, two near-identical, highly-energized cavitation bubbles were generated using an underwater electric discharge method, and their transient interactions were captured using a high-speed camera. We identify three distinct jet regimes that emerge from the tip of bubble 2: conical, umbrella-shaped, and spraying jets, characterized by variations in the initial bubble-bubble distance and the initiation time difference. Our numerical simulations using both Volume of Fluid and Boundary Integral methods reproduce the experimental observations quite well and explain the mechanism of jet acceleration. We show that the transition between the regimes is governed by the spatiotemporal characteristics of the pressure wave induced by the collapse of bubble 1, which impacts the high-curvature tip of bubble 2. Specifically, a conical jet forms when the pressure wave impacts the bubble tip prior to its contraction, while an umbrella-shaped jet develops when this impact occurs after the contraction. The spraying jets result from the breakup of the bubble tip, exhibiting mist-like and needle-like morphologies with velocities ranging from 10 to over 1200 m/s. Remarkably, we observe that the penetration distance of spraying jets exceeds ten times the maximum bubble radius, making them ideal for long-range, controlled fluid delivery. Finally, phase diagrams for jet velocity and penetration distance in the $\gamma-\theta$ parameter space are established to provide a practical reference for biomedical applications, such as needle-free injection and micro-pumping.

HyboWaveNet: Hyperbolic Graph Neural Networks with Multi-Scale Wavelet Transform for Protein-Protein Interaction Prediction

Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) are fundamental for deciphering cellular functions, disease pathways, and drug discovery.Although existing neural networks and machine learning methods have achieved high accuracy in PPI prediction, their black-box nature leads to a lack of causal interpretation of the prediction results and difficulty in capturing hierarchical geometries and multi-scale dynamic interaction patterns among proteins. To address these challenges, we propose HyboWaveNet,a novel deep learning framework that collaborates with hyperbolic graphical neural networks (HGNNs) and multiscale graphical wavelet transform for robust PPI prediction. Mapping protein features to Lorentz space simulates hierarchical topological relationships among biomolecules via a hyperbolic distance metric, enabling node feature representations that better fit biological a priori.HyboWaveNet inherently simulates hierarchical and scale-free biological relationships, while the integration of wavelet transforms enables adaptive extraction of local and global interaction features across different resolutions. Our framework generates node feature representations via a graph neural network under the Lorenz model and generates pairs of positive samples under multiple different views for comparative learning, followed by further feature extraction via multi-scale graph wavelet transforms to predict potential PPIs. Experiments on public datasets show that HyboWaveNet improves over both existing state-of-the-art methods. We also demonstrate through ablation experimental studies that the multi-scale graph wavelet transform module improves the predictive performance and generalization ability of HyboWaveNet. This work links geometric deep learning and signal processing to advance PPI prediction, providing a principled approach for analyzing complex biological systems

Heterogeneous network drug-target interaction prediction model based on graph wavelet transform and multi-level contrastive learning

Drug-target interaction (DTI) prediction is a core task in drug development and precision medicine in the biomedical field. However, traditional machine learning methods generally have the black box problem, which makes it difficult to reveal the deep correlation between the model decision mechanism and the interaction pattern between biological molecules. This study proposes a heterogeneous network drug target interaction prediction framework, integrating graph neural network and multi scale signal processing technology to construct a model with both efficient prediction and multi level interpretability. Its technical breakthroughs are mainly reflected in the following three dimensions:Local global feature collaborative perception module. Based on heterogeneous graph convolutional neural network (HGCN), a multi order neighbor aggregation strategy is designed.Multi scale graph signal decomposition and biological interpretation module. A deep hierarchical node feature transform (GWT) architecture is proposed.Contrastive learning combining multi dimensional perspectives and hierarchical representations. By comparing the learning models, the node representations from the two perspectives of HGCN and GWT are aligned and fused, so that the model can integrate multi dimensional information and improve the prediction robustness. Experimental results show that our framework shows excellent prediction performance on all datasets. This study provides a complete solution for drug target discovery from black box prediction to mechanism decoding, and its methodology has important reference value for modeling complex biomolecular interaction systems.

With the development of the modern social economy, tourism has become an important way to meet people's spiritual needs, bringing development opportunities to the tourism industry. However, existing large language models (LLMs) face challenges in personalized recommendation capabilities and the generation of content that can sometimes produce hallucinations. This study proposes an optimization scheme for Tibet tourism LLMs based on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology. By constructing a database of tourist viewpoints and processing the data using vectorization techniques, we have significantly improved retrieval accuracy. The application of RAG technology effectively addresses the hallucination problem in content generation. The optimized model shows significant improvements in fluency, accuracy, and relevance of content generation. This research demonstrates the potential of RAG technology in the standardization of cultural tourism information and data analysis, providing theoretical and technical support for the development of intelligent cultural tourism service systems.

In order to carry out inelastic X-ray scattering (IXS) experiment at BL15U1 beamline of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), the data acquisition and control system based on SPEC software has been developed. The IXS experimental method needs linkage control of monochromator, silicon drift detector (SDD) and ionization chamber on continuous segment-scan mode with variable step size, and gains the data of energy, spectrum and light intensity synchronously. A method is presented for achieving this function which was not realized only by using SSCAN of Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS). This paper shows work details including control system description, SPEC configurations for EPICS devices, macro definitions and applications in the BL15U1. An IXS experiment was executed by using the SPEC control system, its results prove that the method is feasible to perform the experiment.
