Principal subspaces for the quantum affine vertex algebra in type $A_1^{(1)}$

By using the ideas of Feigin and Stoyanovsky and Calinescu, Lepowsky and Milas we introduce and study the principal subspaces associated with the Etingof-Kazhdan quantum affine vertex algebra of integer level $k\geqslant 1$ and type $A_1^{(1)}$. We show that the principal subspaces possess the quantum vertex algebra structure, which turns to the usual vertex algebra structure of the principal subspaces of generalized Verma and standard modules at the classical limit. Moreover, we find their topological quasi-particle bases which correspond to the sum sides of certain Rogers-Ramanujan-type identities.

Parafermionic bases of standard modules for affine Lie algebras

In this paper we construct combinatorial bases of parafermionic spaces associated with the standard modules of the rectangular highest weights for the untwisted affine Lie algebras. Our construction is a modification of G. Georgiev's construction for the affine Lie algebra $\widehat{\mathfrak sl}(n+1,\mathbb C)$---the constructed parafermionic bases are projections of the quasi-particle bases of the principal subspaces, obtained previously in a series of papers by the first two authors. As a consequence we prove the character formula of A. Kuniba, T. Nakanishi and J. Suzuki for all non-simply-laced untwisted affine Lie algebras.

On the quantum affine vertex algebra associated with trigonometric $R$-matrix

We apply the theory of $ϕ$-coordinated modules, developed by H.-S. Li, to the Etingof--Kazhdan quantum affine vertex algebra associated with the trigonometric $R$-matrix of type $A$. We prove, for a certain associate $ϕ$ of the one-dimensional additive formal group, that any $ϕ$-coordinated module for the level $c\in\mathbb{C}$ quantum affine vertex algebra is naturally equipped with a structure of restricted level $c$ module for the quantum affine algebra in type $A$ and vice versa. Moreover, we show that any $ϕ$-coordinated module is irreducible with respect to the action of the quantum affine vertex algebra if and only if it is irreducible with respect to the corresponding action of the quantum affine algebra. In the end, we discuss relation between the centers of the quantum affine algebra and the quantum affine vertex algebra.

Quantum current algebras associated with rational $R$-matrix

We study quantum current algebra $\textrm{A}(\overline{R})$ associated with the rational $R$-matrix of $\mathfrak{gl}_N$ and we give explicit formulae for the elements of its center at the critical level. Due to Etingof--Kazhdan's construction, the level $c$ vacuum module $\mathcal{V}_c(\overline{R})$ for the algebra $\textrm{A}(\overline{R})$ possesses a quantum vertex algebra structure for any complex number $c$. We prove that any module for the quantum vertex algebra $\mathcal{V}_c(\overline{R})$ is naturally equipped with a structure of restricted $\textrm{A}(\overline{R})$-module of level $c$ and vice versa.

$h$-adic quantum vertex algebras associated with rational $R$-matrix in types $B$, $C$ and $D$

We introduce the $h$-adic quantum vertex algebras associated with the rational $R$-matrix in types $B$, $C$ and $D$, thus generalizing the Etingof--Kazhdan's construction in type $A$. Next, we construct the algebraically independent generators of the center of the $h$-adic quantum vertex algebra in type $B$ at the critical level, as well as the families of central elements in types $C$ and $D$. Finally, as an application, we obtain commutative subalgebras of the dual Yangian and the families of central elements of the appropriately completed double Yangian at the critical level, in types $B$, $C$ and $D$.

Principal subspaces for the affine Lie algebras in types $D$, $E$ and $F$

We consider the principal subspaces of certain level $k\geqslant 1$ integrable highest weight modules and generalized Verma modules for the untwisted affine Lie algebras in types $D$, $E$ and $F$. Generalizing the approach of G. Georgiev we construct their quasi-particle bases. We use the bases to derive presentations of the principal subspaces, calculate their character formulae and find some new combinatorial identities.

Quasi modules for the quantum affine vertex algebra in type $A$

We consider the quantum affine vertex algebra $\mathcal{V}_{c}(\mathfrak{gl}_N)$ associated with the rational $R$-matrix, as defined by Etingof and Kazhdan. We introduce certain subalgebras $\textrm{A}_c (\mathfrak{gl}_N)$ of the completed double Yangian $\widetilde{\textrm{DY}}_{c}(\mathfrak{gl}_N)$ at the level $c\in\mathbb{C}$, associated with the reflection equation, and we employ their structure to construct examples of quasi $\mathcal{V}_{c}(\mathfrak{gl}_N)$-modules. Finally, we use the quasi module map, together with the explicit description of the center of $\mathcal{V}_{c}(\mathfrak{gl}_N)$, to obtain formulae for families of central elements in the completed algebra $\widetilde{\textrm{A}}_c (\mathfrak{gl}_N)$.

Center of the quantum affine vertex algebra in type A

We consider the quantum vertex algebra associated with the double Yangian in type A as defined by Etingof and Kazhdan. We show that its center is a commutative associative algebra and construct algebraically independent families of topological generators of the center at the critical level.
