Asymptotic distribution of least squares estimators for linear models with dependent errors : regular designs

In this paper, we consider the usual linear regression model in the case where the error process is assumed strictly stationary. We use a result from Hannan, who proved a Central Limit Theorem for the usual least squares estimator under general conditions on the design and on the error process. We show that for a large class of designs, the asymptotic covariance matrix is as simple as the independent and identically distributed case. We then estimate the covariance matrix using an estimator of the spectral density whose consistency is proved under very mild conditions.

Moderate deviations for stationary sequences of Hilbert valued bounded random variables

In this paper, we derive the moderate deviation principle for stationary sequences of bounded random variables with values in a Hilbert space. The conditions obtained are expressed in terms of martingale-type conditions. The main tools are martingale approximations and a new Hoeffding inequality for non adpated sequences of Hilbert-valued random variables. Applications to Cramer-Von Mises statistics, functions of linear processes and stable Markov chains are given.

An empirical central limit theorem in L^1 for stationary sequences

In this paper, we derive asymptotic results for L^1-Wasserstein distance between the distribution function and the corresponding empirical distribution function of a stationary sequence. Next, we give some applications to dynamical systems and causal linear processes. To prove our main result, we give a Central Limit Theorem for ergodic stationary sequences of random variables with values in L^1. The conditions obtained are expressed in terms of projective-type conditions. The main tools are martingale approximations.
