Double lines on quadric hypersurfaces

We study double line structures in projective spaces and quadric hypersurfaces, and investigate the geometry of irreducible components of Hilbert scheme of curves and moduli of stable sheaves of pure dimension 1 on a smooth quadric threefold.

Globally generated vector bundles on complete intersection Calabi-Yau threefolds

We investigate the globally generated vector bundles on complete intersection Calabi-Yau threefolds with the first Chern class at most 2. We classify all the globally generated vector bundles of an arbitrary rank on quintic in $\mathbb{P}^4$ and investigate the globally generated vector bundles of rank 2 on complete intersection Calabi-Yau threefolds of codimension 2.

Globally generated vector bundles on a smooth quadric surface

We give the classification of globally generated vector bundles of rank $2$ on a smooth quadric surface with $c_1\le (2,2)$ in terms of the indices of the bundles, and extend the result to arbitrary higher rank case. We also investigate their indecomposability and give the sufficient and necessary condition on numeric data of vector bundles for indecomposability.

Reflexive and spanned sheaves on $\mathbb{P}^3$

We investigate the reflexive sheaves on $\PP^3$ spanned in codimension 2 with very low first Chern class $c_1$. We also give the sufficient and necessary conditions on numeric data of such sheaves for indecomposabiity. As a by-product we obtain that every reflexive sheaf on $\PP^3$ spanned in codimension 2 with $c_1=2$ is spanned.

On higher rank globally generated vector bundles over a smooth quadric threefold

We give a complete classification of globally generated vector bundles of rank 3 on a smooth quadric threefold with $c_1\leq 2$ and extend the result to arbitrary higher rank case. We also investigate the existence of globally generated indecomposable vector bundles, and give the sufficient and necessary conditions on numeric data of vector bundles for indecomposability.

Cubic symmetroids and vector bundles on a quadric surface

We investigate the jumping conics of stable vector bundles $\Ee$ of rank 2 on a smooth quadric surface $Q$ with the Chern classes $c_1=\Oo_Q(-1,-1)$ and $c_2=4$ with respect to the ample line bundle $\Oo_Q(1,1)$. We describe the set of jumping conics of $\Ee$, a cubic symmetroid in $\PP_3$, in terms of the cohomological properties of $\Ee$. As a consequence, we prove that the set of jumping conics, $S(\Ee)$, uniquely determines $\Ee$. Moreover we prove that the moduli space of such vector bundles is rational.

On Triple Veronese Embeddings of $\PP_n$ in the Grassmannians

We classify all the embeddings of $\mathbb{P}_n$ in a Grassmannian $Gr(1,N)$ such that the composition with Plücker embedding is given by a linear system of cubics on $\mathbb{P}_n$. As a corollary in the direction of the Hartshorne conjecture, we prove that every vector bundle giving such an embedding, splits if $n\geq 3$.

Jumping conics on a smooth quadric in $\PP_3$

We investigate the jumping conics of stable vector bundles $E$ of rank 2 on a smooth quadric surface $Q$ with the first Chern class $c_1=\Oo_Q(-1,-1)$ with respect to the ample line bundle $\Oo_Q(1,1)$. We show that the set of jumping conics of $E$ is a hypersurface of degree $c_2(E)-1$ in $\PP_3^*$. Using these hypersurfaces, we describe moduli spaces of stable vector bundles of rank 2 on $Q$ in the cases of lower $c_2(E)$.

Moduli of Stable Sheaves on a Smooth Quadric in $\PP_3$

We prove that the moduli space of stable sheaves of rank 2 with a certain Chern classes on a smooth quadric $Q$ in $\PP_3$, is isomorphic to $\PP_3$. Using this identification, we give a new proof that a certain Brill-Noether locus on a non-hyperelliptic curve of genus 4, is isomorphic to the Donagi-Izadi cubic threefold.

Dominance of a Rational Map to the Coble Quartic

We show the dominance of the restriction map from a moduli space of stable sheaves on the projective plane to the Coble quartic. With the dominance and the interpretation of a stable sheaf on the plane in terms of the hyperplane arrangements, we expect to investigate the geometry of the Coble quartic.
