Solution Representations of Solving Problems for the Black-Scholes equations and Application to the Pricing Options on Bond with Credit Risk

In this paper is investigated the pricing problem of options on bonds with credit risk based on analysis on two kinds of solving problems for the Black-Scholes equations. First, a solution representation of the Black-Scholes equation with the maturity payoff function which is the product of the power function, normal distribution function and characteristic function is provided. Then a solution representation of a special terminal boundary value problem of the Black-Sholes equation is provided and its monotonicity is proved. The simplest case of the structural model of the credit bond is studied and its pricing formula is provided, and based on the results, the pricing model of option on corporate bond with credit risk is transformed into a terminal boundary value problem of the Black-Scholes equation with some special maturity payoff functions and the solution formula is obtained. Using it, we provide the pricing formulae of the puttable and callable bonds with credit risk.

Classical Equation of Electromagnetic Field in the Higgs Boson Field and Estimation on the Static Electrical Polarizability of Leptons

In our paper we derived the classical motion equation of electromagnetic field in space with Higgs field and by means of it discussed the distributions of charge and current formed when the static electrical and magnetic fields are interacting with the spherically symmetrical Higgs field, and predicted the electrical polarizability of electron.

Path Integral by Space-time Slicing Approximation In Open Bosonic String Field

In our paper, we considered how to apply the traditional Feynman path integral to string field. By constructing the complete set in Fock space of non-relativistic and relativistic open bosonic string fields, we extended Feynman path integral to path integral on functional field and use it to quantize open bosonic string field.

Perturbation Series in Light-Cone Diagrams of Green Function of String Field

In this paper, we proved the correspondence between Feynman diagrams in space-time and light-cone diagrams in world-sheet by using only path integral representation on free Green function in the first quantization theory. We also obtained general representation on perturbation series of light-cone diagrams describing split and join of strings.

Generating Functional in String Field Theory

In our paper, we introduce a path integral of general functional field in order to build the path integral formalism in string field theory from the fact that a string field is a functional field, and describe a method for calculating it in the case of "Gauss-type". We also obtain the generating functional of an open bosonic string and the corresponding Feynman diagram.
