Higher-order Changhee numbers and polynomials

In this paper, we consider the higher-order Changhee numbers and polynomials which are derived from the fermionic p-adic integral on Zp and give some relations between higher-order Changhee polynomials and special polynomials.

Higher-order Daehee numbers and polynomials

Recently, Daehee numbers and polynomials are introduced by the authors. In this paper, we consider the Daehee numbers and polynomials of order k and give some relation between Daehee polynomials of order k and special polynomials

Higher-order cauchy numbers and polynomials

Recently, Komatsu introduced the concept of poly-Cauchy numbers and polynomials which generalize Cauchy numbers and polynomials. In this paper, we consider the new concept of higher-order Cauchy numbers and polynomials which generalize Cauchy numbers and polynomials in different direction and investigate some properties of those new class of numbers and polynomials. From our investigation, we derive some identities involving higher-order Cauchy numbers and polynomials, which generalize some rela- tions between two kinds of Cauchy polynomials and some identities for Cauchy numbers and Stirling numbers.

Poly-Cauchy and Peters mixed-type polynomials

The Peters polynomials are a generalization of Boole polynomials. In this paper, we consider Peters and poly-Cauchy mixed type polynomials and investigate the properties of those polynomials which are derived from umbral calculus. Finally, we give various identities of those polynomials associated with special polynomials.

Daehee Numbers and polynomials

We consider the Witt-type formula for Daehee numbrers and polynomials and investigate some properties of those numbers and polynomials. In particular, Daehee numbers are closely related to higher-order Bernoulli numbers and Bernoulli numbers of the second kind.

Poly-Cauchy numbers and polynomials of the second kind

In this paper, we consider the poly-cauchy polynomials and numbers of the second kind which were studied by Komatsu in [10]. We note that the poly-Cauchy polynomials of the second kind are the special generalized Bernoulli polynomials of the second kind. The purpose of this paper is to give various identities of the poly-Cauchy polynomials of the second kind which are derived from umbral calculus.

On the q-analogue of Laplace transform

In this paper, we consider a q-analogue of Laplace transform and we investigate some properties of q-Laplace transform. From our investigation, we derive some interesting formulae related to q-Laplace transform.

A note on the new q-extension of Frobenius-Euler numbers and polynomials

In this paper, we consider the new q-extension of Frobenius-Euler numbers and polynomials and we derive some interesting identities from the orthogonality type properties for the new q-extension of Frobenius-Euler polynomials. Finally we suggest one open question related to orthogonality of polynomials.

q-Bernoulli polynomials and q-umbral calculus

In this paper, we investigate some properties of q-Bernoulli polynomi- als arising from q-umbral calculus. Finally, we derive some interesting identities of q-Bernoulli polynomials from our investigation.

Some identities of q-Euler polynomials arising from q-umbral calculus

Recently, Araci-Acikgoz-Sen derived some interesting identities on weighted q-Euler polynomials and higher-order q-Euler polynomials from the applications of umbral calculus (See [1]). In this paper, we develop the new method of q-umbral calculus due to Roman and we study new q-extension of Euler numbers and polynomials which are derived from q-umbral calculus. Finally, we give some interesting identities on our q-Euler polynomials related to the q-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials of Hegazi and Mansour.
