CA-IDD: Cross-Attention Guided Identity-Conditional Diffusion for Identity-Consistent Face Swapping

Face swapping aims to optimize realistic facial image generation by leveraging the identity of a source face onto a target face while preserving pose, expression, and context. However, existing methods, especially GAN-based methods, often struggle to balance identity preservation and visual realism due to limited controllability and mode collapse. In this paper, we introduce CA-IDD (Cross-Attention Guided Identity-Conditional Diffusion), the first diffusion-based face swapping approach that integrates multi-modal guidance comprising gaze, identity, and facial parsing through multi-scale cross-attention. Precomputed identity embeddings are incorporated into the denoising process via hierarchical attention layers, resulting in accurate and consistent identity transfer. To improve semantic coherence and visual quality, we use expert-guided supervision, with facial parsing and gaze-consistency modules. Unlike GAN-based or implicit-fusion methods, our diffusion framework provides stable training, robust generalization, and spatially adaptive identity alignment, allowing for fine-grained regional control across pose and expression variations. CA-IDD achieves an FID of 11.73, exceeding established baselines such as FaceShifter and MegaFS. Qualitative results also reveal improved identity retention across diverse poses, establishing CA-IDD as a strong foundation for future diffusion-based face editing.

Comparative Analysis Based on DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini: Features, Techniques, Performance, Future Prospects

Nowadays, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini are the most trending and exciting Large Language Model (LLM) technologies for reasoning, multimodal capabilities, and general linguistic performance worldwide. DeepSeek employs a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) approach, activating only the parameters most relevant to the task at hand, which makes it especially effective for domain-specific work. On the other hand, ChatGPT relies on a dense transformer model enhanced through reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and then Google Gemini actually uses a multimodal transformer architecture that integrates text, code, and images into a single framework. However, by using those technologies, people can be able to mine their desired text, code, images, etc, in a cost-effective and domain-specific inference. People may choose those techniques based on the best performance. In this regard, we offer a comparative study based on the DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Gemini techniques in this research. Initially, we focus on their methods and materials, appropriately including the data selection criteria. Then, we present state-of-the-art features of DeepSeek, ChatGPT, and Gemini based on their applications. Most importantly, we show the technological comparison among them and also cover the dataset analysis for various applications. Finally, we address extensive research areas and future potential guidance regarding LLM-based AI research for the community.

Blockchain-based AI Methods for Managing Industrial IoT: Recent Developments, Integration Challenges and Opportunities

Currently, Blockchain (BC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and smart Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are not only leading promising technologies in the world, but also these technologies facilitate the current society to develop the standard of living and make it easier for users. However, these technologies have been applied in various domains for different purposes. Then, these are successfully assisted in developing the desired system, such as-smart cities, homes, manufacturers, education, and industries. Moreover, these technologies need to consider various issues-security, privacy, confidentiality, scalability, and application challenges in diverse fields. In this context, with the increasing demand for these issues solutions, the authors present a comprehensive survey on the AI approaches with BC in the smart IIoT. Firstly, we focus on state-of-the-art overviews regarding AI, BC, and smart IoT applications. Then, we provide the benefits of integrating these technologies and discuss the established methods, tools, and strategies efficiently. Most importantly, we highlight the various issues--security, stability, scalability, and confidentiality and guide the way of addressing strategy and methods. Furthermore, the individual and collaborative benefits of applications have been discussed. Lastly, we are extensively concerned about the open research challenges and potential future guidelines based on BC-based AI approaches in the intelligent IIoT system.

SMARD: A Cost Effective Smart Agro Development Technology for Crops Disease Classification

Agriculture has a significant role in a country's economy. The "SMARD" project aims to strengthen the country's agricultural sector by giving farmers with the information and tools they need to solve common difficulties and increase productivity. The project provides farmers with information on crop care, seed selection, and disease management best practices, as well as access to tools for recognizing and treating crop diseases. Farmers can also contact the expert panel through text message, voice call, or video call to purchase fertilizer, seeds, and pesticides at low prices, as well as secure bank loans. The project's goal is to empower farmers and rural communities by providing them with the resources they need to increase crop yields. Additionally, the "SMARD" will not only help farmers and rural communities live better lives, but it will also have a good effect on the economy of the nation. Farmers are now able to recognize plant illnesses more quickly because of the application of machine learning techniques based on image processing categorization. Our experiments' results show that our system "SMARD" outperforms the cutting-edge web applications by attaining 97.3% classification accuracy and 96% F1-score in crop disease classification. Overall, our project is an important endeavor for the nation's agricultural sector because its main goal is to give farmers the information, resources, and tools they need to increase crop yields, improve economic outcomes, and improve livelihoods.
