SkyChain Intelligence: A Blockchain-Secured Multi-Agent DRL Framework for Low-Altitude Embodied Artificial Intelligence

With the rapid development of the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) ecosystem, Low-Altitude Embodied Artificial Intelligence (LAEAI) agents have become the core carriers of autonomous aerial services, thereby enabling dynamic Low-altitude Computility Networks (LACNets) for distributed computing resource sharing. However, resource-constrained LAEAI agents in decentralized LACNets face a fundamental trilemma of autonomy, security, and efficiency. Existing solutions primarily focus on either optimizing computational performance or enhancing security in isolation, failing to address the inherent trade-offs among trust, performance, and overhead in untrusted dynamic environments with malicious agents. To tackle this challenge, this paper proposes SkyChain Intelligence, a holistic framework that synergistically integrates agentic AI, consortium blockchain, and Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning (MADRL). We design a lightweight blockchain-based decentralized trust management system with a dynamic reputation mechanism and develop a hybrid-action-space MADDPG algorithm that embeds on-chain reputation scores into the reward function to jointly optimize offloading decisions, resource allocation, and drone 3D trajectories. Extensive simulations demonstrate that our framework outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in task completion latency and energy consumption, while achieving a 94.1% task completion rate in the baseline scenario and stable convergence within 300 training episodes. This work provides a viable path for building secure, autonomous, and efficient machine-to-machine computing ecosystems in the low-altitude domain.

OverFlowLight: Real-Time Gridlock Prevention and Traffic Signal Optimization for Urban Intersections

Queue overflow, a severe consequence of urban traffic congestion, occurs when vehicle queues exceed intersection capacity, obstructing upstream traffic and triggering cascading gridlocks. Prevailing traffic signal control (TSC) algorithms, primarily optimized for throughput, often fail to address overflow during peak hours, exacerbating congestion and creating safety hazards. We propose OverFlowLight, a real-time framework designed to preemptively resolve overflow and enhance overall TSC performance. It first introduces a mechanism to accurately detect overflow in real-time by leveraging multi-modal sensing from cameras and radars. Upon detection, it dynamically generates and inserts dedicated overflow phases into the signal cycle to clear the blocking queues. This is orchestrated by a hybrid control design that combines rapid rule-based overflow intervention with controller back ends such as reinforcement learning (RL) for longer-horizon efficiency. We conducted extensive real-world deployments of OverFlowLight across 43 intersections in three major cities. The framework demonstrates seamless integration with existing RL-based TSC agents, highlighting its modularity and practical applicability. Empirical results show that OverFlowLight reduces overflow incidents by 60.4% and increases network throughput by 18.2% compared to deployed baselines. Furthermore, it substantially diminishes the need for manual intervention common with expert-tuned signal plans. This work presents the first practical, scalable, and data-driven framework for actively preventing traffic gridlock, offering a crucial component for building resilient and efficient urban transportation systems. Veri-Sure: A Contract-Aware Multi-Agent Framework with Temporal Tracing and Formal Verification for Correct RTL Code Generation

In the rapidly evolving field of Electronic Design Automation (EDA), the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) for Register-Transfer Level (RTL) design has emerged as a promising direction. However, silicon-grade correctness remains bottlenecked by: (i) limited test coverage and reliability of simulation-centric evaluation, (ii) regressions and repair hallucinations introduced by iterative debugging, and (iii) semantic drift as intent is reinterpreted across agent handoffs. In this work, we propose Veri-Sure, a multi-agent framework that establishes a design contract to align agents' intent and uses a patching mechanism guided by static dependency slicing to perform precise, localized repairs. By integrating a multi-branch verification pipeline that combines trace-driven temporal analysis with formal verification consisting of assertion-based checking and boolean equivalence proofs, Veri-Sure enables functional correctness beyond pure simulations. We also introduce VerilogEval-v2-EXT, extending the original benchmark with 53 more industrial-grade design tasks and stratified difficulty levels, and show that Veri-Sure achieves state-of-the-art verified-correct RTL code generation performance, surpassing standalone LLMs and prior agentic systems.

Applying Ensemble Models based on Graph Neural Network and Reinforcement Learning for Wind Power Forecasting

Accurately predicting the wind power output of a wind farm across various time scales utilizing Wind Power Forecasting (WPF) is a critical issue in wind power trading and utilization. The WPF problem remains unresolved due to numerous influencing variables, such as wind speed, temperature, latitude, and longitude. Furthermore, achieving high prediction accuracy is crucial for maintaining electric grid stability and ensuring supply security. In this paper, we model all wind turbines within a wind farm as graph nodes in a graph built by their geographical locations. Accordingly, we propose an ensemble model based on graph neural networks and reinforcement learning (EMGRL) for WPF. Our approach includes: (1) applying graph neural networks to capture the time-series data from neighboring wind farms relevant to the target wind farm; (2) establishing a general state embedding that integrates the target wind farm's data with the historical performance of base models on the target wind farm; (3) ensembling and leveraging the advantages of all base models through an actor-critic reinforcement learning framework for WPF.

DST-GTN: Dynamic Spatio-Temporal Graph Transformer Network for Traffic Forecasting

Accurate traffic forecasting is essential for effective urban planning and congestion management. Deep learning (DL) approaches have gained colossal success in traffic forecasting but still face challenges in capturing the intricacies of traffic dynamics. In this paper, we identify and address this challenges by emphasizing that spatial features are inherently dynamic and change over time. A novel in-depth feature representation, called Dynamic Spatio-Temporal (Dyn-ST) features, is introduced, which encapsulates spatial characteristics across varying times. Moreover, a Dynamic Spatio-Temporal Graph Transformer Network (DST-GTN) is proposed by capturing Dyn-ST features and other dynamic adjacency relations between intersections. The DST-GTN can model dynamic ST relationships between nodes accurately and refine the representation of global and local ST characteristics by adopting adaptive weights in low-pass and all-pass filters, enabling the extraction of Dyn-ST features from traffic time-series data. Through numerical experiments on public datasets, the DST-GTN achieves state-of-the-art performance for a range of traffic forecasting tasks and demonstrates enhanced stability.
