Some remarks on $p$-median problem

It is shown that for a given Banach space $X$ and a subspace $Y$ weakly $\mathcal{K}$-analytic, $L_p(μ,Y)$ is $p$-simultaneously proximinal in $L_p(μ,X)$ whenever $Y$ is $p$-simultaneously proximinal in $X$.

Simultaneously proximinality in $L_\infty(μ, X)$

It is shown that for any W weakly compact set of a real Banach space X, the set $L_\infty(μ,W)$ is N-simultaneously proximinal in $L_\infty(μ,X)$ for arbitrary monotonous norm N in $\mathbb{R}^n$.
