Dielectric permeability at accounting of electrons contribution into their own screening

In this paper the experimental fact of presence of ionic - sound oscillations in plasma of tokamak DIII-D is given for plasma with additional heating by means of a neutral hydrogen beam. It contradicts modern theoretical representations about an opportunity of the build-up of such type of oscillations in plasma, when an ionic temperature is biger than an electronic one. Inasmuch as electrons provide the own screening by means of pushing aside forcibly around of itself of electrons and by baring an ionic skeleton their polarizing cloud should be of bigger radius than radius of Debye. Therefore the authors have suggested search of the decision of a kinetic equation, by taking into account the electrons contribution into their own screening, by means of inserting of some multiplier for Debye radius and of appropriate dividing of frequency onto this factor. In result a new expression of dielectric permeability is received which pass into former when the entered multiplier is identically equal to unit. The analysis of this expression has shown, that frequencies characteristics of possible low-frequency and high-frequency fluctuations have remained with former plasma frequencies, ionic - sound fluctuations have received the same phase velocity, but the condition of their excitation became different which for pure deuterium plasmas now has got a view: relation of the ionic temperature to the electronic is smaller than ten, instead of a former condition - relation of the electronic temperature to ionic one is biger than ten.

Ocean Skeletal Structures Hypotheses and Interpretation

In this paper we discuss hypotheses on formation of ocean skeletal structures. These structures entered the ocean together with atmospheric precipitation and were assembled from fragments of skeletal structures present in clouds. We base interpretation of this phenomenon on surface tension forces between fundamental tubular blocks of the investigated structures that may also occur beneath the ocean surface. A capillary model is presented to explain formation of a network of interacting tubes. Data about the nature of ocean skeletal structures can be instrumental in modeling many processes associated with physics of the ocean.

Structures in the Universe and Origin of Galaxies

The analysis of images (of obtained in various ranges of the lengths of waves) of luminous objects in the Universe by means of a method of multilevel dynamic contrasting led author to the conclusions: a) the structures of all observable galaxies represents a complicated constructions which have the tendency to self-similarity and made of separate (basic) blocks, which are a coaxially tubular structures and a cartwheel-like structures; b) the majority of observable objects in the Universe are luminous butt-ends of almost invisible (of almost completely transparent) of filamentary formations which structures are seen only near to their luminous butt-ends; c) the result of analysis of images of cosmic objects show the structure of many pairs of cooperating galaxies point to opportunity of their formation at butt-ends generated in a place of break of the similar filament; d) the interacting galaxies (M 81 and M 82) show they are butt-ends of sawed off of two branches of a treelike filament and their interaction is coming out through this filament; e) as our Universe is in dynamics the processes of formation of stars, galaxies and their congestions can go presently by means of a fracturing of filaments with a corresponding diameters and of the time for their such formation is necessary much less, than along existing standard model.

Skeletal Structures of the Ocean, Hypotheses and Interpretation of the Phenomenon

In this paper bringing up hypothesis about self-formation of an ocean skeletal structures (OSS) assembled of fragments of a skeletal structures (SS) of clouds when they fall dawn on an ocean surface (OS) in a result of a certain atmospheric processes. It is given interpretation of an evidencing phenomenon basing on the possibility of the surface tension forces action even on the OSS blocks which are immersed in the sea. The capillary model of the observable phenomenon (the OSS) is offered on the basis of which calculations of durability and buoyancy of its separate blocks such as vertically floating cylinders are carried out. Data on the nature observable OSS can be useful at modelling many processes connected with Ocean.

Evidences for skeletal structures in tornado and the probable role of nanotubular dust in the origin of tornado

The results are presented of an analysis, with the help of the method of multilevel dynamical contrasting of the images, of available databases of the images of tornado. This analysis extends some preliminary results on identification of skeletal structures in tornadoes (Phys. Lett. A 306 (2002) 175) and enables us to apply to the case of tornado our former hypothesis for the probable role of nanotubular dust in the origin and stability/longevity of filamentary structures of a skeletal form in electric discharges. A hypothesis for the contribution of nanotubular dust to initiation of tornadoes is suggested, in which a key role is delivered to ability of the hypothetical skeleton inside the thundercloud to provide fast long-range transport of electricity. Thus, initiation of tornado is suggested to be an electrostatic instability caused exclusively by the presence and special structuring of a nanodust.

Ocean's Skeletal Structures, Hypotheses and Interpretation of the Phenomenon

An analysis of databases of photographic images of ocean's surface, taken from various altitudes and for various types of rough ocean surface, revealed the presence of an ocean's skeletal structures (OSS). The OSSs differ from the formerly found skeletal structures (SS) only by the fact that OSS, in their interior, are filled in with closely packed blocks of a smaller size, up to thin capillaries of tens of micron in size. According to suggested hypothesis, the structure-forming dust is produced due to volcanic activity and atmospheric electricity. Such SS may fall on the ocean surface and produce an OSS. This idea is supported by the adsorption of air bubbles in the water by the SS to give a partial flotation of SS. In the sea water, various substances in different phase states of matter are in touch. This suggests the hypothesis, for the possibility of the action of surface tension even on the blocks of SS which is immersed in the sea. This phenomenon results in the aggregation of blocks deposited from the atmosphere on the ocean's surface, to form eventually an OSS. The skeletal structuring assumes that the individual straight and rather strong blocks may be joined flexibly, similarly to joints in a skeleton. We make a stress on the phenomenon of OSS's blocks in the form of vertically oriented floating cylinders because here we suggest the hypothesis that the VFC's strength and floating is determined by; a capillary model of an OSS.

"Waterspout" as a result of the Ocean's Skeletal Structures and a Special Type of Atmospheric Aerosol Dusty Plasma

An analysis of databases of photographic images of ocean's surface, taken from various altitudes and for various types of rough ocean surface, revealed the presence of an ocean's skeletal structures (OSS). We make a stress on the phenomenon of OSS's blocks in the form of vertically oriented floating cylinders (VFC) because here we suggest the hypothesis that the VFC is a stimulator of initial phase of the "waterspout" phenomenon (WS). An analysis of the fine structure of VFC suggests the OSS to be a carrier/source of major electrodynamical properties of initial phase of every WS. This implies that the main body of WS may be interpreted as a special type of atmospheric aerosol dusty plasma. In such a framework, the WS is considered as the long-lived filament, being formed in electric discharge in the presence of electric and magnetic fields in the course of electric breakdown between the cloud and ocean surface. In this case the charged water aerosol (formed by means of VFC's capillaries in the presence of very powerful electric field) may be an analog of a microdust which is lifting upward to the cloud due to effects of electrostatic forces. With such a capillary-electrostatic model of WS, it appears possible to interpret many effects related to WS. We suggest a hypothesis for dynamics of WS and a possible scenario of its transition to classical tornado.

Evidences for Skeletal Structures in the Ocean from the Images Analyzed by Multilevel Dynamical Contrasting Method

An analysis of databases of photographic images of ocean's surface, taken from various altitudes and for various types of rough ocean surface, revealed the presence of an ocean's skeletal structures (OSS), which exhibit a tendency toward self-similarity of structuring at various length scales (i.e., within various "generations"). The topology of OSS appears to be identical to that of skeletal structures (SS) which have been formerly found in a wide range of length scales, media and for various phenomena. The typical OSS consists of separate identical blocks which are linked together to form a network. Two types of such blocks are found: (i) coaxial tubular (CT) structures with internal radial bonds, and (ii) cartwheel-like (CW) structures, located either on an axle or in the edge of CT block. The OSSs differ from the formerly found SSs only by the fact that OSS, in their interior, are filled in with closely packed OSSs of a smaller size (i.e. OSSs of former "generations"). We specially discuss the phenomenon of skeletal blocks in the form of vertically/horizontally oriented floating cylinders (VFC/HFC). The size of these blocks is shown to grow with increasing rough water.

Similarity of skeletal structures in laboratory and space and the probable role of self-assembling of a fractal dust in fusion devices

This papers briefly reviews the progress in studying the long-lived filamentary structures of a skeletal form (namely, tubules and cartwheels, and their simple combinations) in electric discharges in various fusion devices. These include fast Z-pinch, tokamak and laser produced plasmas. We also report on the results of a search for the phenomenon of skeletal structures -- formerly revealed in laboratory data from fusion devices -- at larger and much larger length scales, including the powerful electromagnetic phenomena in the Earth atmosphere and cosmic space. It is found that the similarity of, and a trend toward self-similarity in, the observed skeletal structures more or less uniformly covers the range 10^{-5} cm - 10^{23} cm. These evidences suggest all these skeletal structures, similarly to skeletons in the particles of dust and hail, to possess a fractal condensed matter of particular topology of the fractal. The probable role of the phenomenon of self-assembling of a fractal dust in fusion devices and outside the fusion is discussed briefly.

Similarity of structuring in the range 10^{-5} cm to 10^23 cm hints at a baryonic cold dark skeleton of the Universe

The presence of skeletal structures of the same distinctive topology (cartwheels, tubules, etc.), in the range 10^{-5} - 10^23 cm, and a trend toward self-similarity of these structures are found. These evidences come from the electron micrography of dust deposits in tokamak (10^{-6} - 10^{-3}cm), the images of plasma taken in laboratory electric discharges -- tokamaks, Z-pinches, plasma focus and vacuum spark (10^{-2} - 10 cm), hail particles (1-10 cm), the images of tornado (10^3 - 10^5 cm), the Hubble Space Telescope and Chandra X-Ray Observatory public archives' images (up to 10^23 cm). The redshift surveys of galaxies and quasars suggests the possibility to draw the above similarity farther, up to 10^26 cm. The above similarity hints at the presence of a baryonic cold dark skeleton (BCDS) of the Universe, which -- in the entire range 10^{-5} - 10^26 cm -- may contain ordinary matter in a fractal condensed form like that in the above-mentioned dust skeletons and hail particles. The probable compatibility of the BCDS with the major cosmological facts (Hubble's expansion and cosmic microwave background) is suggested. Our former hypotheses (and the respective proof-of-concept studies) for the probable microscopic mechanisms of skeleton's assembling, chemical composition, and survivability in ambient hot plasmas are discussed briefly. The respective major cosmological implication is that the purely gravitational description of the large-scale structure of the Universe is likely to be appended with a contribution of quantum electromagnetism, presumably in the form of a skeleton self-assembled from tubular nanostructures (carbon nanotubes or similar nanostructures of other chemical elements).

"Wild Cables" in Fusion Plasmas and their Diagnostics with Spectral Line Stark Broadening

We discuss the opportunities of diagnosing the parameters of hypothetical "wild cables" in fusion plasmas via analyzing the Stark broadening of hydrogen spectral lines. The "wild cables" concept have suggested the observed long-lived skeletal structures in tokamaks and Z-pinches to be caused by a microdust-assembled skeleton. We present the results of calculating the widths of vacuum channels produced by the pressure of on-skeleton high-frequency (HF) electromagnetic waves of the TEM type, which thus might protect the skeletons from ambient high-temperature plasma. The values of amplitude of such wave appear to be compatible with the measurements of those in-plasma HF electric fields in tokamak T-10 and a gaseous Z-pinch which give observable Stark broadening of hydrogen spectral lines.

Long-lived filaments in fusion plasmas: review of observations and status of hypothesis of microdust-assembled skeletons

A brief review is given of the progress in studying the long-lived filaments (LLFs) in fusion plasmas (tokamaks, Z-pinch, plasma focus). The paper reports on (i) resolving the fine structure of LLFs, and (ii) verification of our hypothesis (1998) which suggested the LLFs to possess a microsolid skeleton. The recent proof-of-concept studies showed the presence of tubular and cartwheel-like structures in (i) various dust deposits in tokamak T-10, in the range 10 nm - 10 mcm, and (ii) visible light images of plasma, in the range 100 mcm - 10 cm, at initial stage of discharge (e.g., before appearance of discharge electric current) in tokamak, plasma focus and vacuum spark. The topological similarity of the above structures (especially, "cartwheels") and the observed trend of assembling bigger tubules from smaller ones (i.e. the self-similarity) allow to draw a bridge between the microdust skeletons in the dust deposits and the centimeter scale LLFs in fusion plasmas.

Wild cables and survivability of macroscopic molecular structures in hot tokamak plasmas

The evidences for tubular rigid-body structures are found in tokamak plasmas, which are similar to long-living filaments observed in a Z-pinch ([1] Kukushkin, Rantsev-Kartinov, Proc. 26-th EPS conf., http://epsppd.epfl.ch/cross/p2087.htm). These structures are suggested to be a "wild cables" produced by the channelling of EM energy pumped from the external electric circuit and propagated to the plasma core in the form of the high frequency EM waves along hypothetical (carbon) microsolid skeletons [1] which are assembled during electric breakdown. It is shown that such skeletons may be protected from the high-temperature ambient plasma by the TEM waves produced thanks to the presence of microsolid skeletons.
