On the Totik-Widom property for a Quasidisk

Let $K$ be a quasidisk on the complex plane. We construct a sequence of monic polynomials $p_n=p_n(\cdot,K)$ with zeros on $K$ such that $||p_n||_K \le O(1) \mathrm{cap}(K)^n$ as $n\to\infty.$
