Mean Field Asymptotics of Generalized Quantum Kinetic Equation

We construct the mean field asymptotics of a solution of initial-value problem of the generalized quantum kinetic equation and a sequence of explicitly defined unctionals of a solution of stated kinetic equation. As a result the quantum Vlasov kinetic equation is rigorously derived. Moreover, in case of the presence of correlations of particles at initial time the mean field limit of a solution of the generalized quantum kinetic equation is constructed.

Quantum Kinetic Equations of Many-Particle Systems in Condensed States

This paper is devoted to the description of the evolution of states of quantum many-particle systems within the framework of a one-particle density operator, which enables to construct the kinetic equations in scaling limits in the presence of correlations of particle states at initial time, for instance, correlations characterizing the condensed states.

On Rigorous Derivation of the Enskog Kinetic Equation

We develop a rigorous formalism for the description of the kinetic evolution of infinitely many hard spheres. On the basis of the kinetic cluster expansions of cumulants of groups of operators of finitely many hard spheres the nonlinear kinetic Enskog equation and its generalizations are justified. It is established that for initial states which are specified in terms of one-particle distribution functions the description of the evolution by the Cauchy problem of the BBGKY hierarchy and by the Cauchy problem of the generalized Enskog kinetic equation together with a sequence of explicitly defined functionals of a solution of stated kinetic equation is an equivalent. For the initial-value problem of the generalized Enskog equation the existence theorem is proved in the space of integrable functions.

On Evolution Equations for Marginal Correlation Operators

This paper is devoted to the problem of the description of nonequilibrium correlations in quantum many-particle systems. The nonlinear quantum BBGKY hierarchy for marginal correlation operators is rigorously derived from the von Neumann hierarchy for correlation operators that give an alternative approach to the description of states in comparison with the density operators. A nonperturbative solution of the Cauchy problem of the nonlinear quantum BBGKY hierarchy for marginal correlation operators is constructed.

Evolution Equations in Functional Derivatives of Many-Particle Systems

The hierarchies of evolution equations of classical many-particle systems are formulated as evolution equations in functional derivatives. In particular the BBGKY hierarchy for marginal distribution functions, the dual BBGKY hierarchy for marginal observables, the Liouville hierarchy for correlation functions and the nonlinear BBGKY hierarchy for the marginal correlation functions are considered. The nonperturbative solution expansions of the Cauchy problem of these hierarchies are constructed on the basis of established relations between the generating functionals of corresponding functions. The obtained results are generalized on systems of particles interacting via many-body potentials.

Quantum Kinetic Evolution of Marginal Observables

We develop a rigorous formalism for the description of the evolution of observables of quantum systems of particles in the mean-field scaling limit. The corresponding asymptotics of a solution of the initial-value problem of the dual quantum BBGKY hierarchy is constructed. Moreover, links of the evolution of marginal observables and the evolution of quantum states described in terms of a one-particle marginal density operator are established. Such approach gives the alternative description of the kinetic evolution of quantum many-particle systems to generally accepted approach on basis of kinetic equations.

Towards Rigorous Derivation of Quantum Kinetic Equations

We develop a rigorous formalism for the description of the evolution of states of quantum many-particle systems in terms of a one-particle density operator. For initial states which are specified in terms of a one-particle density operator the equivalence of the description of the evolution of quantum many-particle states by the Cauchy problem of the quantum BBGKY hierarchy and by the Cauchy problem of the generalized quantum kinetic equation together with a sequence of explicitly defined functionals of a solution of stated kinetic equation is established in the space of trace class operators. The links of the specific quantum kinetic equations with the generalized quantum kinetic equation are discussed.

Dynamics of Correlations of Bose and Fermi Particles

We discuss the origin of the microscopic description of correlations in quantum many-particle systems obeying Fermi-Dirac and Bose-Einstein statistics. For correlation operators that give the alternative description of the quantum state evolution of Bose and Fermi particles, we deduce the von Neumann hierarchy of nonlinear equations and construct the solution of its initial-value problem in the corresponding spaces of sequences of trace class operators. The links of constructed solution both with the solution of the quantum BBGKY hierarchy and with the nonlinear BBGKY hierarchy for marginal correlation operators are discussed. The solutions of the Cauchy problems of these hierarchies are constructed for initial data satisfying a chaos property.

From BBGKY Hierarchy to Non-Markovian Evolution Equations

The problem of description of the evolution of the microscopic phase density and its generalizations is discussed. With this purpose, the sequence of marginal microscopic phase densities is introduced, and the appropriate BBGKY hierarchy for these microscopic distributions and their average values is formulated. The microscopic derivation of the generalized evolution equation for average value of the microscopic phase density is given and the non-Markovian generalization of the Fokker-Planck collision integral is deduced.

On Evolution Equations of Quantum-Classical Systems

We consider the links between consistent and approximate descriptions of the quantum-classical systems, i.e. systems are composed of two interacting subsystems, one of which behaves almost classically while the other requires a quantum description.

Hydrodynamic Equations for Microscopic Phase Densities

The evolution equations for the generalized microscopic phase densities are introduced. The evolution equations of average values of microscopic phase densities are derived and a solution of the initial-value problem of the obtained hydrodynamic type hierarchy is constructed.

Quantum Kinetic Equations and Evolution of Many-Particle Systems

In the paper we discuss possible approaches to the problem of the rigorous derivation of quantum kinetic equations from underlying many-particle dynamics. For the description of a many-particle evolution we construct solutions of the Cauchy problems of the BBGKY hierarchy and the dual BBGKY hierarchy in suitable Banach spaces. In the framework of the conventional approach to the description of kinetic evolution the mean-field asymptotics of the quantum BBGKY hierarchy solution is constructed. We develop also alternative approaches. One method is based on the construction of the solution asymptotics of the initial-value problem of the quantum dual BBGKY hierarchy. One more approach is based on the generalized quantum kinetic equation that is a consequence of the equivalence of the Cauchy problems of such evolution equation and the BBGKY hierarchy with initial data determined by the one-particle density operator.

Groups of Operators for Evolution Equations of Quantum Many-Particle Systems

The aim of this work is to study the properties of groups of operators for evolution equations of quantum many-particle systems, namely, the von Neumann hierarchy for correlation operators, the BBGKY hierarchy for marginal density operators and the dual BBGKY hierarchy for marginal observables. We show that the concept of cumulants (semi-invariants) of groups of operators for the von Neumann equations forms the basis of the expansions for one-parametric families of operators for evolution equations of infinitely many particles.

The von Neumann Hierarchy for Correlation Operators of Quantum Many-Particle Systems

The Cauchy problem for the von Neumann hierarchy of nonlinear equations is investigated. One describes the evolution of all possible states of quantum many-particle systems by the correlation operators. A solution of such nonlinear equations is constructed in the form of an expansion over particle clusters whose evolution is described by the corresponding order cumulant (semi-invariant) of evolution operators for the von Neumann equations. For the initial data from the space of sequences of trace class operators the existence of a strong and a weak solution of the Cauchy problem is proved. We discuss the relationships of this solution both with the $s$-particle statistical operators, which are solutions of the BBGKY hierarchy, and with the $s$-particle correlation operators of quantum systems.
