Asymptotics of phase and wave functions

For single and twochannel nucleon-nucleon scattering the asymptotic form of the phase function for r->0 were taken into account for the asymptotic behavior of the wave function. Asymptotics of the wave function will not r^(l+1), and will have a more complex view and be also determined by the behavior of the potential near the origin. Have examined the cases for nonsingular (weakly singular) and strongly singular potentials. Were the numerical calculations of phase, amplitude and wave functions for the nucleon-nucleon potential Argonne v18. Considered 1S0-, 3P0-, 3P1- states of the np- system.

Calculation of phases of np- scattering for potentials Reid93 and Argonne v18 on the phase-function method

A known phase-functions method has been considered for calculation of a single-channel nucleon-nucleon scattering. The phase shifts of np- scattering turn out for modern realistic phenomenological nucleon-nucleon potentials Reid93 but Argonne v18. Influence of choice of numeral method is explored on the decision of phase equation. For the decision of phase equation as differential equation of 1th order numeral methods are used: Euler method and Runge-Kutta methods 2-, 3-, 4- and 5th orders of exactness. Numerically calculated phase shifts of np- scattering for potentials Reid93 and Argonne v18 are in good agreement with the results obtained with the other methods of original works. Based on the known phases of scattering one can obtain the full amplitude, the full cross-section and the partial scattering amplitude accordingly. The used Runge-Kutta methods can be applied for finding of phases shifts of the mixed channels of nucleon-nucleon scattering.

New parametrization of the deuteron wave function and calculations of the tensor polarization

The coefficients of new analytical forms for the deuteron wave function in coordinate space for NijmI, NijmII, Nijm93, Reid93 and Argonne v18 potentials have been numerically calculated. The obtained wave functions do not contain any superfluous knots. The designed parameters of the deuteron are in good agreement with the experimental and theoretical data. The new parameterization of the deuteron wave function in momentum space is obtained. The tensor polarization t20 calculated based on the wave functions is proportionate to the earlier published results.

The phase-functions method and full cross-section of nucleon-nucleon scattering

For calculation of the single-channel nucleon-nucleon scattering a phase-functions method has been considered. Using a phase-functions method the following phase shifts of a nucleon-nucleon scattering are calculated numerically: nn (1S0-, 3P0-, 3P1-, 1D2-, 3F3- state), pp (1S0-, 3P0-, 3P1-, 1D2- state) and np (1S0-, 1P1-, 3P0-, 3P1-, 1D2-, 3D2- state). The calculations has been performed using realistic nucleon-nucleon potentials Nijmegen groups (NijmI, NijmII, Reid93) and potential Argonne v18. Obtained phase shifts are in good agreement with the results obtained in the framework of other methods. Using the obtained phase shifts we have calculated the full cross-section. Our results are in good agreement with those obtained by using known phases published in literature. The odds between calculations depending on a computational method of phases of scattering makes: 0,2-6,3% for pp- and 0,1-5,3% for np- scatterings (NijmI, NijmII), 0,1-4,1% for pp- and 0,1-0,4% for np- scatterings (Reid93), no more than 4,5% (Argonne v18).

New analytical forms of wave function in coordinate space and tensor polarization of deuteron

Numerically coefficients of the new analytical forms for deuteron wave function in coordinate space for NijmI, NijmII, Nijm93, Reid93 and Argonne v18 potentials are designed. The obtained wave functions do not contain superfluous knots. The designed parameters of a deuteron well agree with the experimental and theoretical data. The tensor polarization t20 designed on wave functions is proportionate to earlier published outcomes.
