Avalanche consumption and the stationary regions of the density profile around the droplets in the theory of condensation

The contradiction between the stationary aproach to the density profile and the avalanche character of the metastable phase consumption is investigated. The exact solution for the metastable phase profile is obtained. The reconsidered value for the special parameter responsible for the hierarchy in the structure of the density profile around the droplet is presented.

Some simplifications of the theory of the density profiles of condensation are discussed. The role of the additive effects is outlined.

Decay of metastable multicomponent mixture

The kinetics of the multicomponent condensation after the instantaneous creation of the metastable state is described analytically. Manydimensional problem is reduced to the one-dimensional case. All the main characteristics of the process are obtained analytically with the help of iteration procedure. As the result the analytical theory for the decay of the metastable phase in completely constructed for vapor with many components.
