The Four-Loop Konishi in N=4 SYM

We present the result of a full direct component calculation for the planar four-loop anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator in N =4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. Our result confirms the results obtained from superfield (arXiv:0712.3522, arXiv:0806.2095) and superstring (arXiv:0807.0399) computations, which take into account finite size corrections to the all-loop asymptotic Bethe ansatz for the integrable models describing the spectrum of the anomalous dimensions of the gauge-invariant operators and the spectrum of the string states in the framework of the gauge/string duality.

Dressing and Wrapping

We prove that the validity of the recently proposed dressed, asymptotic Bethe ansatz for the planar AdS/CFT system is indeed limited at weak coupling by operator wrapping effects. This is done by comparing the Bethe ansatz predictions for the four-loop anomalous dimension of finite-spin twist-two operators to BFKL constraints from high-energy scattering amplitudes in N=4 gauge theory. We find disagreement, which means that the ansatz breaks down for length-two operators at four-loop order. Our method supplies precision tools for multiple all-loop tests of the veracity of any yet-to-be constructed set of exact spectral equations. Finally we present a conjecture for the exact four-loop anomalous dimension of the family of twist-two operators, which includes the Konishi field.

Reflexive Numbers and Berger Graphs from Calabi-Yau Spaces

We review the Batyrev approach to Calabi-Yau spaces based on reflexive weight vectors. The Universal CY algebra gives a possibility to construct the corresponding reflexive numbers in a recursive way. A physical interpretation of the Batyrev expression for the Calabi-Yau manifolds is presented. Important classes of these manifolds are related to the simple-laced and quasi-simple-laced numbers. We discuss the classification and recurrence relations for them in the framework of quantum field theory methods. A relation between the reflexive numbers and the so-called Berger graphs is studied. In this correspondence the role played by the generalized Coxeter labels is highlighted. Sets of positive roots are investigated in order to connect them to possible new algebraic structures stemming from the Berger matrices.

Three-loop universal anomalous dimension of the Wilson operators in N=4 SUSY Yang-Mills model

We present results for the three-loop universal anomalous dimension of Wilson twist-2 operators in the N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills model. These results are obtained by extracting the most complicated contributions from the three loop non-singlet anomalous dimensions in QCD which were calculated recently. Their singularities at j=1 agree with the predictions obtained from the BFKL equation for N=4 SYM in the next-to-leading order. The asymptotics of universal anomalous dimension at large j is in an agreement with the expectations based on an interpolation between weak and strong coupling regimes in the framework of the AdS/CFT correspondence.

Three-loop universal anomalous dimension of the Wilson operators in N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory

We present results for the three-loop universal anomalous dimension of Wilson twist-2 operators in the N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. These expressions are obtained by extracting the most complicated contributions from the three-loop anomalous dimensions in QCD. This result is in an agreement with the hypothesis of the integrability of N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory in the context of AdS/CFT-correspondence.

Nonforward anomalous dimensions of Wilson operators in N=4 super-Yang-Mills theory

We present the next-to-leading order results for universal non-forward anomalous dimensions of Wilson twist-2 operators in N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. The whole calculation was performed using supersymmetric Ward identities derived in this paper together with already known QCD results and does not involve any additional calculation of diagrams. We also considered one particular limit of our result, which could potentially be interesting in the context of AdS/CFT correspondence.

Anomalous dimensions of twist-2 conformal operators in supersymmetric Wess-Zumino model

We are studying scale properties of twist-2 conformal operators in supersymmetric Wess-Zumino model. In particular, we are interested in a construction of multiplicatively renormalized conformal operators. We show, that in order to find multiplicatively renormalized operators in this model, it is sufficient to find multiplicatively renormalized operators only for one member of operator supermultiplet. We found a closed analytical solution for fermionic conformal operator, which together with supersymmetry transformations could be used to find remained multiplicatively renormalized bosonic operators. Moreover, we found, that the knowledge of fermionic diagonal and non-diagonal anomalous dimensions matrices allows us completely reconstruct the forward anomalous dimensions matrix in singlet case.

Anomalous dimensions of Wilson operators in N=4 SYM theory

We present the results of two-loop calculations of the anomalous dimension matrix for the Wilson twist-2 operators in the N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory for polarized and unpolarized cases. This matrix can be transformed to a triangle form by the same similarity transformation as in the leading order. The eigenvalues of the anomalous dimension matrix are expressed in terms of an universal function with its argument shifted by integer numbers. In the conclusion we discuss relations between the weak and strong coupling regimes in the framework of the AdS/CFT correspondence.

Renormalization of the Fayet-Iliopoulos Term in Softly Broken SUSY Gauge Theories

It is shown that renormalization of the Fayet-Iliopoulos term in a softly broken SUSY gauge theory, in full analogy with all the other soft terms renormalizations, is completely defined in a rigid or an unbroken theory. However, contrary to the other soft renormalizations, there is no simple differential operator that acts on the renormalization functions of a rigid theory and allows one to get the renormalization of the F-I term. One needs an analysis of the superfield diagrams and some additional diagram calculations in components. The method is illustrated by the four loop calculation of some part of renormalization proportional to the soft scalar masses and the soft triple couplings.

Massive Ghosts in Softly Broken SUSY Gauge Theories

It is shown that, due to soft supersymmetry breaking in gauge theories within the superfield formalism, there appears the mass for auxiliary gauge fields. It enters into the RG equations for soft masses of physical scalar particles and can be eliminated by solving its own RG equation. Explicit solutions up to the three-loop order in the general case and in the MSSM are given. The arbitrariness in choosing the initial condition is discussed.
