The finite mass calculations for Gamma Gamma --> L+ L- Gamma process
The process $γγ\to l^+ l^- γ$ will be used for the photon beams luminosity measurement when the total angular momentum of colliding photons equals zero. The previous studies of this process were performed in the chiral limit. But the mass contribution should be taken into account.
