We introduce the weighted path homology on the category of weigh\-ted directed hypergraphs and describe conditions of homotopy invariance of weighted path homology groups. We give several examples that explain the nontriviality of the introduced notions.
For any graph G we define bigraded cohomology groups whose graded Euler characteristic is a multiple of the Yamada polynomial of G.
Construction of a semigroup with 15 generators and 84 relations is given. The center of this semigroup is in one-to-one correspondence with the set of all isotopy classes of non-oriented singular knots (links with finitely many double intersections in general position) in three-dimensional space.
