In this work, we compute the effective cone of the space of $n$ pointed genus 0 rational curves, $\bar{M}_{0,n}$ for odd $n$. We will, in fact, use the equivalence of $\bar{M}_{0,n}$ and the space of (semi) stable configurations of $n$ weighted points on $\mathbb{CP}^{1}$ with special weight $(1,..., 1)$ up to symmetric group action.
We compute the cohomology of polygon spaces using their identification to (semi) stable configuration of weighted points on complex projective line. This cohomology is already given by J.C.Hausmann and A. Knutson but we use a different approach. We also give a condition for being Fano.
We obtain A- and B- series of flag manifolds for T-equivariant tangent bundles and equivariant Chern polynomial following the arguments of Lian, Liu, Yau.
