Public Diffusion Models, Private Images: Key-Controlled Inversion for Conditional Reconstruction

Diffusion models are often deployed in settings where model parameters are publicly accessible (e.g., open-source libraries or released checkpoints). This white-box scenario creates a serious security risk: any user who obtains an intermediate latent representation can invert the process to recover the original input image. Most prior work on access control for generative models assumes a black-box model (i.e., parameters are kept secret), typically under an honest-but-curious adversary. By contrast, we address the more challenging and realistic white-box setting where all parameters are public. We present a key-controlled inversion framework that turns the inherent error propagation of diffusion models, which exponentially amplifies small perturbations, into a security asset. By injecting key-dependent noise into the inversion formula, we ensure that only a user with the correct key can reconstruct the original image; any other key yields unrecognizable output. Theoretically, by leveraging existing error-propagation theory for diffusion models, we prove that the resulting ciphertext distribution is IND-CPA secure and derive that the adversary's advantage is exponentially small in a tunable security parameter, hence negligible for any probabilistic polynomial-time (PPT) adversary. Experimentally, we validate these security guarantees across several models and datasets and further demonstrate cross-model robustness, that the injected key noise does not amplify the performance drop caused by model discrepancies.

SiGRRW: A Single-Watermark Robust Reversible Watermarking Framework with Guiding Strategy

Robust reversible watermarking (RRW) enables copyright protection for images while overcoming the limitation of distortion introduced by watermark itself. Current RRW schemes typically employ a two-stage framework, which fails to achieve simultaneous robustness and reversibility within a single watermarking, and functional interference between the two watermarks results in performance degradation in multiple terms such as capacity and imperceptibility. We propose SiGRRW, a single-watermark RRW framework, which is applicable to both generative models and natural images. We introduce a novel guiding strategy to generate guiding images, serving as the guidance for embedding and recovery. The watermark is reversibly embedded with the guiding residual, which can be calculated from both cover images and watermark images. The proposed framework can be deployed either as a plug-and-play watermarking layer at the output stage of generative models, or directly applied to natural images. Extensive experiments demonstrate that SiGRRW effectively enhances imperceptibility and robustness compared to existing RRW schemes while maintaining lossless recovery of cover images, with significantly higher capacity than conventional schemes.

ATDD: Fine-Grained Assured Time-Sensitive Data Deletion Scheme in Cloud Storage

With the rapid development of general cloud services, more and more individuals or collectives use cloud platforms to store data. Assured data deletion deserves investigation in cloud storage. In time-sensitive data storage scenarios, it is necessary for cloud platforms to automatically destroy data after the data owner-specified expiration time. Therefore, assured timesensitive data deletion should be sought. In this paper, a finegrained assured time-sensitive data deletion (ATDD) scheme in cloud storage is proposed by embedding the time trapdoor in Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE). Timesensitive data is self-destructed after the data owner-specified expiration time so that the authorized users cannot get access to the related data. In addition, a credential is returned to the data owner for data deletion verification. This proposed scheme provides solutions for fine-grained access control and verifiable data self-destruction. Detailed security and performance analysis demonstrate the security and the practicability of the proposed scheme.

Real-time Online Multi-Object Tracking in Compressed Domain

Recent online Multi-Object Tracking (MOT) methods have achieved desirable tracking performance. However, the tracking speed of most existing methods is rather slow. Inspired from the fact that the adjacent frames are highly relevant and redundant, we divide the frames into key and non-key frames respectively and track objects in the compressed domain. For the key frames, the RGB images are restored for detection and data association. To make data association more reliable, an appearance Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) which can be jointly trained with the detector is proposed. For the non-key frames, the objects are directly propagated by a tracking CNN based on the motion information provided in the compressed domain. Compared with the state-of-the-art online MOT methods, our tracker is about 6x faster while maintaining a comparable tracking performance.

Towards Generalizable and Robust Face Manipulation Detection via Bag-of-local-feature

Over the past several years, in order to solve the problem of malicious abuse of facial manipulation technology, face manipulation detection technology has obtained considerable attention and achieved remarkable progress. However, most existing methods have very impoverished generalization ability and robustness. In this paper, we propose a novel method for face manipulation detection, which can improve the generalization ability and robustness by bag-of-local-feature. Specifically, we extend Transformers using bag-of-feature approach to encode inter-patch relationships, allowing it to learn local forgery features without any explicit supervision. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method can outperform competing state-of-the-art methods on FaceForensics++, Celeb-DF and DeeperForensics-1.0 datasets.

Real-Time Anomaly Detection With HMOF Feature

Anomaly detection is a challenging problem in intelligent video surveillance. Most existing methods are computation consuming, which cannot satisfy the real-time requirement. In this paper, we propose a real-time anomaly detection framework with low computational complexity and high efficiency. A new feature, named Histogram of Magnitude Optical Flow (HMOF), is proposed to capture the motion of video patches. Compared with existing feature descriptors, HMOF is more sensitive to motion magnitude and more efficient to distinguish anomaly information. The HMOF features are computed for foreground patches, and are reconstructed by the auto-encoder for better clustering. Then, we use Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) Classifiers to distinguish anomalies from normal activities in videos. Experimental results show that our framework outperforms state-of-the-art methods, and can reliably detect anomalies in real-time.
