CoverPrune: Coverage-Driven Token Pruning for 3D VLMs via Optimal Transport

While 3D Vision-Language Models (3D VLMs) have demonstrated remarkable spatial reasoning capabilities, they suffer from massive visual token counts that create severe computational bottlenecks during inference. Existing token pruning methods primarily rely on diversity-based selection, discarding similar tokens to maximize dispersion. However, in 3D environments, this approach frequently drops representative prototype tokens in favor of outliers, breaking the multi-view consistencies and geometric structures essential for spatial reasoning. In this paper, we propose a paradigm shift for 3D VLM token pruning: from maximizing diversity to preserving visual evidence coverage. We introduce CoverPrune, a training-free framework that formulates inference-time token pruning as an Optimal Transport (OT) problem. To overcome the intractable combinatorial subset selection inherent in this formulation, we design the Feature-Spatial-Temporal (FST) transport cost and target capacity, along with an efficient Spatial-Guided Greedy Selection (SGS) algorithm to approximate the OT objective. Furthermore, we propose CoverPrune-Lite, an accelerated variant utilizing spatially structured local matching for minimal overhead. Extensive experiments across multiple 3D visual-spatial reasoning benchmarks demonstrate that our methods achieve state-of-the-art token efficiency, maintaining robust reasoning performance even under highly aggressive pruning budgets. Scenix: Sparse-View 3D Scene Reconstruction via Executable Scene Programs

Synthesizing a structured and editable 3D indoor scene from a few uncalibrated RGB views requires more than generating high-quality individual assets: a system must infer the room structure, associate objects across incomplete observations, and recover a globally consistent spatial configuration. Previous methods mainly focus on 3D scene generation with text input or require continuous visual inputs with additional priors, \ e.g., human-annotated masks or accurate 3D layouts, which makes these methods labor demanding and hard to apply in general cases. We present \textsc{Scenix}, a sparse-view 3D scene reconstruction framework via executable scene programs, a structured representation that can be directly instantiated into editable 3D scenes. Given sparse views, \textsc{Scenix} predicts executable scene programs through perception-grounded asset instantiation and closed-loop spatial refinement. % We present \method, a framework that predicts an executable scene representation from sparse views and realizes it through perception-grounded asset instantiation and closed-loop spatial refinement. To support this task, we construct \dataset, a dataset of approximately 110,000 synthetic and real indoor scenes with multiview imagery, room structures, object-centric descriptions, and metric spatial annotations. We further introduce observation-consistent supervision that aligns each target scene with the visual evidence available in its input views. Experiments on held-out \textsc{XScene} scenes, real indoor images, and out-of-distribution SpatialGen cases evaluate structured scene prediction, object grounding, and spatial refinement.

MSVS-VAE: Multi-Scale Anchored VecSet for High-Fidelity 3D Reconstruction

High-fidelity 3D generative modeling increasingly relies on the latent diffusion paradigm, where the reconstruction quality of the underlying 3D VAE becomes a primary bottleneck. Existing approaches largely follow two paradigms: sparse voxel-based representations achieve strong reconstruction quality but incur significant memory and computational overhead, while set-based representations are compact and continuous yet typically lag in fidelity due to latent sparsity and excessive global smoothness. We propose MSVS-VAE, a hierarchical set-based VAE that closes this fidelity gap without sacrificing compactness. Our key idea is to progressively densify anchored VecSet latents via hierarchical point-shuffle upsampling, increasing spatial capacity for fine-grained geometry modeling. To efficiently decode from the densified hierarchy, we replace global cross-attention with AVS-Conv, a geometry-aware local aggregation operator operating within local neighborhoods rather than the exhaustive latent set. We further introduce multi-scale query decoding to fuse coarse-to-fine latent features, where coarse scales provide stable global context, and fine scales refine localized geometry, reducing artifacts from overly local receptive fields. Extensive experiments on Objaverse, ABO, and in-the-wild benchmarks demonstrate that MSVS-VAE consistently outperforms prior set-based and voxel-based VAEs, delivering approximately 10x faster decoding than prior set-based methods and approximately 10x higher compactness than voxel-based baselines.

ARDepth: Auto-regressive Monocular Depth Estimation with Progressive Visual Conditioning

Diffusion models have recently become the dominant paradigm for monocular depth estimation (MDE). However, they implicitly assume that depth can be recovered as a globally smooth field through iterative denoising, which does not explicitly reflect the piecewise and scale-dependent organization of scene geometry. In practice, geometric structure emerges progressively across spatial scales, where coarse layout, surfaces, and boundaries are constructed in a hierarchical manner. Motivated by this observation, we introduce ARDepth, which formulates depth estimation as structured auto-regressive generation. Instead of recovering depth through global refinement, ARDepth progressively constructs depth representations as spatial resolution increases. To support this generative process, we introduce Scale-Progressive Conditioning (SPC) to inject multi-scale visual features at each generation stage, and Semantic-Aware Guidance (SAG) to provide scene-level semantic priors that enhance global structural consistency. Together, these designs enable the model to capture fine-grained local details while maintaining coherent global geometry. Empirical results demonstrate that our approach achieves strong performance and produces structurally consistent depth predictions across scales, validating auto-regressive generation as a promising alternative paradigm for geometric modeling.

PatternGSL: A Structured Specification Language for Template-Free and Simulation-Ready 3D Garments

Reconstructing realistic, physically plausible garments from a single image remains a fundamental challenge. Template-free methods capture surface geometry but lack explicit sewing structure for simulation; while programmatic systems are simulation-ready but constrained by predefined templates. This reveals a fundamental representation gap between geometric reconstruction and structured garment construction. We present PatternGSL, a structured garment representation in the form of a template-free and learnable specification language that encodes complete sewing patterns, including panel boundaries, parameterized seams, and explicit stitch topology, in a compact and standardized form. PatternGSL preserves the physical rigor of pattern-based models while removing template dependence, elevating sewing structure as a first-class target for generative modeling. We further propose a vision-language framework that predicts PatternGSL specifications directly from a single image and decodes them into garments using lightweight deterministic validity handling, without optimization-based refinement or manual cleanup. In addition, we introduce PatternGSLData, the first large-scale image-to-GSL paired dataset comprising 300K samples with complete sewing pattern annotations, enabling supervised VLM training for structured garment reconstruction. Experiments demonstrate improved pattern accuracy over prior baselines, explicit sewing-structure recovery, reliable cloth simulation, and pattern-level editing through the same deterministic decoding pipeline. Code and data-processing scripts will be released at https://lagrangeli.github.io/PatternGSL/.

OASIS: On-Demand Hierarchical Event Memory for Streaming Video Reasoning

Streaming video reasoning requires models to operate in a setting where history grows without bound while meaningful evidence remains scarce. In such a landscape, relevant signal is like an oasis-small, critical, and easily lost in a desert of redundancy. Enlarging memory only widens the desert; aggressive compression dries up the oasis. The real difficulty lies in discovering where to look, not how much to remember. We therefore introduce OASIS, a novel framework for streaming video reasoning that tackles this challenge through structured, on-demand retrieval. It organizes streaming history into hierarchical events and performs reasoning as controlled refinement-short-context inference first, followed by semantically grounded retrieval only when uncertainty arises. As the retrieval is driven by high-level intent rather than embedding similarity, the retrieved memory is substantially more accurate and less noisy. Additionally, the mechanism is plug-and-play, training-free, and readily attaches to different streaming MLLM backbones. Experiments across multiple benchmarks and backbones show that OASIS achieves strong gains in long-horizon accuracy and compositional reasoning with bounded token cost and low request delay. Code is available at https://github.com/Solus-sano/OASIS.

GUIDED: Granular Understanding via Identification, Detection, and Discrimination for Fine-Grained Open-Vocabulary Object Detection

Fine-grained open-vocabulary object detection (FG-OVD) aims to detect novel object categories described by attribute-rich texts. While existing open-vocabulary detectors show promise at the base-category level, they underperform in fine-grained settings due to the semantic entanglement of subjects and attributes in pretrained vision-language model (VLM) embeddings -- leading to over-representation of attributes, mislocalization, and semantic drift in embedding space. We propose GUIDED, a decomposition framework specifically designed to address the semantic entanglement between subjects and attributes in fine-grained prompts. By separating object localization and fine-grained recognition into distinct pathways, HUIDED aligns each subtask with the module best suited for its respective roles. Specifically, given a fine-grained class name, we first use a language model to extract a coarse-grained subject and its descriptive attributes. Then the detector is guided solely by the subject embedding, ensuring stable localization unaffected by irrelevant or overrepresented attributes. To selectively retain helpful attributes, we introduce an attribute embedding fusion module that incorporates attribute information into detection queries in an attention-based manner. This mitigates over-representation while preserving discriminative power. Finally, a region-level attribute discrimination module compares each detected region against full fine-grained class names using a refined vision-language model with a projection head for improved alignment. Extensive experiments on FG-OVD and 3F-OVD benchmarks show that GUIDED achieves new state-of-the-art results, demonstrating the benefits of disentangled modeling and modular optimization. Our code will be released at https://github.com/lijm48/GUIDED.

DualPrim: Compact 3D Reconstruction with Positive and Negative Primitives

Neural reconstructions often trade structure for fidelity, yielding dense and unstructured meshes with irregular topology and weak part boundaries that hinder editing, animation, and downstream asset reuse. We present DualPrim, a compact and structured 3D reconstruction framework. Unlike additive-only implicit or primitive methods, DualPrim represents shapes with positive and negative superquadrics: the former builds the bases while the latter carves local volumes through a differentiable operator, enabling topology-aware modeling of holes and concavities. This additive-subtractive design increases the representational power without sacrificing compactness or differentiability. We embed DualPrim in a volumetric differentiable renderer, enabling end-to-end learning from multi-view images and seamless mesh export via closed-form boolean difference. Empirically, DualPrim delivers state-of-the-art accuracy and produces compact, structured, and interpretable outputs that better satisfy downstream needs than additive-only alternatives.

SAP: Segment Any 4K Panorama

Promptable instance segmentation is widely adopted in embodied and AR systems, yet the performance of foundation models trained on perspective imagery often degrades on 360° panoramas. In this paper, we introduce Segment Any 4K Panorama (SAP), a foundation model for 4K high-resolution panoramic instance-level segmentation. We reformulate panoramic segmentation as fixed-trajectory perspective video segmentation, decomposing a panorama into overlapping perspective patches sampled along a continuous spherical traversal. This memory-aligned reformulation preserves native 4K resolution while restoring the smooth viewpoint transitions required for stable cross-view propagation. To enable large-scale supervision, we synthesize 183,440 4K-resolution panoramic images with instance segmentation labels using the InfiniGen engine. Trained under this trajectory-aligned paradigm, SAP generalizes effectively to real-world 360° images, achieving +17.2 zero-shot mIoU gain over vanilla SAM2 of different sizes on real-world 4K panorama benchmark.

CanoVerse: 3D Object Scalable Canonicalization and Dataset for Generation and Pose

3D learning systems implicitly assume that objects occupy a coherent reference frame. Nonetheless, in practice, every asset arrives with an arbitrary global rotation, and models are left to resolve directional ambiguity on their own. This persistent misalignment suppresses pose-consistent generation, and blocks the emergence of stable directional semantics. To address this issue, we construct \methodName{}, a massive canonical 3D dataset of 320K objects over 1,156 categories -- an order-of-magnitude increase over prior work. At this scale, directional semantics become statistically learnable: Canoverse improves 3D generation stability, enables precise cross-modal 3D shape retrieval, and unlocks zero-shot point-cloud orientation estimation even for out-of-distribution data. This is achieved by a new canonicalization framework that reduces alignment from minutes to seconds per object via compact hypothesis generation and lightweight human discrimination, transforming canonicalization from manual curation into a high-throughput data generation pipeline. The Canoverse dataset will be publicly released upon acceptance. Project page: https://github.com/123321456-gif/Canoverse

CoSMo3D: Open-World Promptable 3D Semantic Part Segmentation through LLM-Guided Canonical Spatial Modeling

Open-world promptable 3D semantic segmentation remains brittle as semantics are inferred in the input sensor coordinates. Yet, humans, in contrast, interpret parts via functional roles in a canonical space -- wings extend laterally, handles protrude to the side, and legs support from below. Psychophysical evidence shows that we mentally rotate objects into canonical frames to reveal these roles. To fill this gap, we propose \methodName{}, which attains canonical space perception by inducing a latent canonical reference frame learned directly from data. By construction, we create a unified canonical dataset through LLM-guided intra- and cross-category alignment, exposing canonical spatial regularities across 200 categories. By induction, we realize canonicality inside the model through a dual-branch architecture with canonical map anchoring and canonical box calibration, collapsing pose variation and symmetry into a stable canonical embedding. This shift from input pose space to canonical embedding yields far more stable and transferable part semantics. Experimental results show that \methodName{} establishes new state of the art in open-world promptable 3D segmentation.

DeepShield: Fortifying Deepfake Video Detection with Local and Global Forgery Analysis

Recent advances in deep generative models have made it easier to manipulate face videos, raising significant concerns about their potential misuse for fraud and misinformation. Existing detectors often perform well in in-domain scenarios but fail to generalize across diverse manipulation techniques due to their reliance on forgery-specific artifacts. In this work, we introduce DeepShield, a novel deepfake detection framework that balances local sensitivity and global generalization to improve robustness across unseen forgeries. DeepShield enhances the CLIP-ViT encoder through two key components: Local Patch Guidance (LPG) and Global Forgery Diversification (GFD). LPG applies spatiotemporal artifact modeling and patch-wise supervision to capture fine-grained inconsistencies often overlooked by global models. GFD introduces domain feature augmentation, leveraging domain-bridging and boundary-expanding feature generation to synthesize diverse forgeries, mitigating overfitting and enhancing cross-domain adaptability. Through the integration of novel local and global analysis for deepfake detection, DeepShield outperforms state-of-the-art methods in cross-dataset and cross-manipulation evaluations, achieving superior robustness against unseen deepfake attacks. ReVSeg: Incentivizing the Reasoning Chain for Video Segmentation with Reinforcement Learning

Reasoning-centric video object segmentation is an inherently complex task: the query often refers to dynamics, causality, and temporal interactions, rather than static appearances. Yet existing solutions generally collapse these factors into simplified reasoning with latent embeddings, rendering the reasoning chain opaque and essentially intractable. We therefore adopt an explicit decomposition perspective and introduce ReVSeg, which executes reasoning as sequential decisions in the native interface of pretrained vision language models (VLMs). Rather than folding all reasoning into a single-step prediction, ReVSeg executes three explicit operations -- semantics interpretation, temporal evidence selection, and spatial grounding -- aligning pretrained capabilities. We further employ reinforcement learning to optimize the multi-step reasoning chain, enabling the model to self-refine its decision quality from outcome-driven signals. Experimental results demonstrate that ReVSeg attains state-of-the-art performances on standard video object segmentation benchmarks and yields interpretable reasoning trajectories. CaliTex: Geometry-Calibrated Attention for View-Coherent 3D Texture Generation

Despite major advances brought by diffusion-based models, current 3D texture generation systems remain hindered by cross-view inconsistency -- textures that appear convincing from one viewpoint often fail to align across others. We find that this issue arises from attention ambiguity, where unstructured full attention is applied indiscriminately across tokens and modalities, causing geometric confusion and unstable appearance-structure coupling. To address this, we introduce CaliTex, a framework of geometry-calibrated attention that explicitly aligns attention with 3D structure. It introduces two modules: Part-Aligned Attention that enforces spatial alignment across semantically matched parts, and Condition-Routed Attention which routes appearance information through geometry-conditioned pathways to maintain spatial fidelity. Coupled with a two-stage diffusion transformer, CaliTex makes geometric coherence an inherent behavior of the network rather than a byproduct of optimization. Empirically, CaliTex produces seamless and view-consistent textures and outperforms both open-source and commercial baselines.

LumiTex: Towards High-Fidelity PBR Texture Generation with Illumination Context

Physically-based rendering (PBR) provides a principled standard for realistic material-lighting interactions in computer graphics. Despite recent advances in generating PBR textures, existing methods fail to address two fundamental challenges: 1) materials decomposition from image prompts under limited illumination cues, and 2) seamless and view-consistent texture completion. To this end, we propose LumiTex, an end-to-end framework that comprises three key components: (1) a multi-branch generation scheme that disentangles albedo and metallic-roughness under shared illumination priors for robust material understanding, (2) a lighting-aware material attention mechanism that injects illumination context into the decoding process for physically grounded generation of albedo, metallic, and roughness maps, and (3) a geometry-guided inpainting module based on a large view synthesis model that enriches texture coverage and ensures seamless, view-consistent UV completion. Extensive experiments demonstrate that LumiTex achieves state-of-the-art performance in texture quality, surpassing both existing open-source and commercial methods.

MonkeyOCR v1.5 Technical Report: Unlocking Robust Document Parsing for Complex Patterns

Document parsing is a core task in document intelligence, supporting applications such as information extraction, retrieval-augmented generation, and automated document analysis. However, real-world documents often feature complex layouts with multi-level tables, embedded images or formulas, and cross-page structures, which remain challenging for existing OCR systems. We introduce MonkeyOCR v1.5, a unified vision-language framework that enhances both layout understanding and content recognition through a two-stage pipeline. The first stage employs a large multimodal model to jointly predict layout and reading order, leveraging visual information to ensure sequential consistency. The second stage performs localized recognition of text, formulas, and tables within detected regions, maintaining high visual fidelity while reducing error propagation. To address complex table structures, we propose a visual consistency-based reinforcement learning scheme that evaluates recognition quality via render-and-compare alignment, improving structural accuracy without manual annotations. Additionally, two specialized modules, Image-Decoupled Table Parsing and Type-Guided Table Merging, are introduced to enable reliable parsing of tables containing embedded images and reconstruction of tables crossing pages or columns. Comprehensive experiments on OmniDocBench v1.5 demonstrate that MonkeyOCR v1.5 achieves state-of-the-art performance, outperforming PPOCR-VL and MinerU 2.5 while showing exceptional robustness in visually complex document scenarios. AvatarTex: High-Fidelity Facial Texture Reconstruction from Single-Image Stylized Avatars

We present AvatarTex, a high-fidelity facial texture reconstruction framework capable of generating both stylized and photorealistic textures from a single image. Existing methods struggle with stylized avatars due to the lack of diverse multi-style datasets and challenges in maintaining geometric consistency in non-standard textures. To address these limitations, AvatarTex introduces a novel three-stage diffusion-to-GAN pipeline. Our key insight is that while diffusion models excel at generating diversified textures, they lack explicit UV constraints, whereas GANs provide a well-structured latent space that ensures style and topology consistency. By integrating these strengths, AvatarTex achieves high-quality topology-aligned texture synthesis with both artistic and geometric coherence. Specifically, our three-stage pipeline first completes missing texture regions via diffusion-based inpainting, refines style and structure consistency using GAN-based latent optimization, and enhances fine details through diffusion-based repainting. To address the need for a stylized texture dataset, we introduce TexHub, a high-resolution collection of 20,000 multi-style UV textures with precise UV-aligned layouts. By leveraging TexHub and our structured diffusion-to-GAN pipeline, AvatarTex establishes a new state-of-the-art in multi-style facial texture reconstruction. TexHub will be released upon publication to facilitate future research in this field.

AdaDrive: Self-Adaptive Slow-Fast System for Language-Grounded Autonomous Driving

Effectively integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous driving requires a balance between leveraging high-level reasoning and maintaining real-time efficiency. Existing approaches either activate LLMs too frequently, causing excessive computational overhead, or use fixed schedules, failing to adapt to dynamic driving conditions. To address these challenges, we propose AdaDrive, an adaptively collaborative slow-fast framework that optimally determines when and how LLMs contribute to decision-making. (1) When to activate the LLM: AdaDrive employs a novel adaptive activation loss that dynamically determines LLM invocation based on a comparative learning mechanism, ensuring activation only in complex or critical scenarios. (2) How to integrate LLM assistance: Instead of rigid binary activation, AdaDrive introduces an adaptive fusion strategy that modulates a continuous, scaled LLM influence based on scene complexity and prediction confidence, ensuring seamless collaboration with conventional planners. Through these strategies, AdaDrive provides a flexible, context-aware framework that maximizes decision accuracy without compromising real-time performance. Extensive experiments on language-grounded autonomous driving benchmarks demonstrate that AdaDrive state-of-the-art performance in terms of both driving accuracy and computational efficiency. Code is available at https://github.com/ReaFly/AdaDrive.
