Physics-Driven Zero-Shot MRI Reconstruction with Non-local Image Priors

Zero-Shot Self-Supervised Learning (ZS-SSL) has emerged as a promising paradigm for accelerated Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) reconstruction, eliminating the reliance on fully-sampled external datasets. However, learning solely from a single under-sampled scan suffers from supervision scarcity and optimization instability, often leading to overfitting or artifacts. To address these challenges, we propose a robust physics-driven ZS-SSL framework that synergizes physical consistency with image-domain non-local priors. Our method introduces three core innovations: (1) a Coil Sensitivity Map (CSM)-Guided Dynamic Repository, which stabilizes the training trajectory by filtering physically inconsistent artifacts based on coil sensitivity constraints; (2) a SPIRiT-based regularization, which enforces k-space self-consistency via a learned correlation kernel and stochastic masking; (3) a Non-Local Self-Similarity (NSS) Pixel Bank, which leverages the high-fidelity reference established by the former modules to explicitly mine non-local anatomical similarities, thereby augmenting supervision in the image domain. Extensive experiments on the FastMRI dataset demonstrate that our approach achieves state-of-the-art performance, particularly under high acceleration factors, effectively bridging the gap between zero-shot learning and supervised methods. The code is available at https://github.com/Zolento/NS-SSL.

Necessary conditions for existence of tensor invariants for general nonlinear dynamical systems

The integrability has been playing an essential role in the field of differential equations. This property may better help us obtain the topological structure and even the global dynamics for the considered system. A system is called integrable if it has a number of tensor invariants, which can comprehensively define the integrability problem. In this paper, we give necessary conditions for existence of tensor invariants for general nonlinear systems, especially semi-quasihomogeneous systems. Our results may be viewed as a generalization of Poincaré and Kozlov's work.

Local first integrals for stochastic differential equations

Poincaré's classical results [H. Poincaré, Sur l'intégration des équations différentielles du premier order et du premier degré I and II, Rend. Circ. Mat. Palermo 5 (1891) 161-191; 11 (1897) 193-239] first provide a link between the existence of analytic first integrals and the resonant relations for analytic dynamical systems. In this paper, we show that by appropriately selecting the definition of the stochastic local first integrals, we are able to obtain the stochastic version of Poincaré non-integrability theorem. More specifically, we introduce two definitions of local first integrals for stochastic differential equations (SDEs) in the sense of probability one and expectation, respectively. We present the necessary conditions for the existence of functionally independent analytic or rational first integrals of SDEs via the resonances. We also show that for given integrable ordinary differential equations with some nondegeneracy conditions, there exists a linear stochastic perturbation such that the corresponding disturbed SDEs have no any analytic first integrals. Some examples are given to illustrate our results.

Real-time Characterization of Transient Double-Soliton Dynamics in a Mode-Locked Fiber Laser

By means of the emerging Dispersive Fourier transformation technique, we captured the pulse-resolved spectral evolution dynamics of the double-soliton (DS) states in a single-walled carbon nanotube based Er-doped fiber laser from the initial fluctuations, monitoring the evolution process up to 10 seconds (corresponding to ~260 million roundtrips) discontinuously. Two distinctly different evolutionary types of DS states have been investigated in detail: splitting from one pulse and forming simultaneously. Relaxation oscillations, beating, transient bound state, spectral broadening and pulse interval dynamics have been observed in the evolution process of the DS operation. Our study will be helpful for the further research of mode-locking operation.
