The essence and origin of quantum theory

According to De Broglie's idea of analogy, the relation between quantum mechanics and classical mechanics is similar to that between wave optics and geometric optics, we have given the quantum equation of the gravitational field intensity $E_g(\vec{r},t)$ for matter particles, since the gravitational field intensity $E_g(\vec{r},t)$ relatives to the particle position distribution function $ψ(\vec{r},t)$, the quantum equation convert into the Schrodinger equation. In addition, we have further studied the essence and origin of quantum theory, and obtained some new results.

The generalized Hamilton principle and non-Hermitian quantum theory

The Hamilton principle is a variation principle describing the isolated and conservative systems, its Lagrange function is the difference between kinetic energy and potential energy. By Feynman path integration, we can obtain the Hermitian quantum theory, i.e., the standard Schrodinger equation. In this paper, we have given the generalized Hamilton principle, which can describe the open system (mass or energy exchange systems) and nonconservative force systems or dissipative systems. On this basis, we have given the generalized Lagrange function, it has to do with the kinetic energy, potential energy and the work of nonconservative forces to do. With the Feynman path integration, we have given the non-Hermitian quantum theory of the nonconservative force systems. Otherwise, we have given the generalized Hamiltonian function for the particle exchanging heat with the outside world, which is the sum of kinetic energy, potential energy and thermal energy, and further given the equation of quantum thermodynamics.

The quantum tunnel effect of photon in one-dimensional photonic crystals

In the paper, we have given the quantum transmissivity, probability density and probability current density of photon in one-dimensional photonic crystals $(AB)^N$ with the quantum theory approach. We find the quantum transmissivity is identical to the classical transmissivity. When the incident angle $θ$ and periodic number $N$ change the probability density and probability current density are approximate periodic change, and their amplitude are increased with the incident angles $θ$ and periodic number $N$ increasing. Otherwise, we find when the frequency of incident photon is corresponding to transmissivity $T=1$, the amplitude of the probability density is the largest. When the frequency of incident photon is corresponding to transmissivity $T=0$, the amplitude of the probability density attenuate rapidly to zero, it indicates that there is the quantum tunnel effect of photon in photonic crystals.

The design of ultra-strong laser with one-dimensional function photonic crystal

With the optical kerr effect, the conventional photonic crystal can be turned into the function photonic crystal under the action of pump light. In the paper, we have designed the ultra-strong light source and laser with one-dimensional function photonic crystal. When the incident light is the ordinary light, the output is ultra-strong light source, and when the incident light is the low power laser, the output is ultra-strong laser, the maximum magnification can be reached $10^{80}$ and even more. Otherwise, we analyzed the effect of period number, medium refractive index and thickness, incident angle, the pump light irradiation way and pump light intensity on the magnification, these results shall help to optimal design ultra-strong light source and laser.

We have given the quantum entanglement degrees curves with time evolution, and obtained some results, which should have been used in quantum computing and quantum information.

A new varied-time photonic crystals

In this paper, we have firstly proposed a new one-dimensional varied-time photonic crystals, i.e., the refractive indices of media $A$ and $B$ are the time functions. We consider the varied-time photonic crystals of refractive indices period variation and calculate the transmissivity and electronic field distribution with and without defect layer, which are different from the conventional photonic crystals, which transmissivity and electronic field distribution are static, but the varied-time photonic crystals transmissivity and electronic field distribution are dynamic. We have obtained some new results for the varied-time photonic crystals, which should be help to design new type dynamic optical devices, such as the accurate optical switch and so on.

Entanglement dynamics of electrons and photons

Entanglement is a fundamental feature of quantum theory as well as a key resource for quantum computing and quantum communication, but the entanglement mechanism has not been found at present. We think when the two subsystems exist interaction directly or indirectly, they can be in entanglement state. such as, in the Jaynes-Cummings model, the entanglement between an atom and light field comes from their interaction. In this paper, we have studied the entanglement mechanism of electron-electron and photon-photon, which are from the spin-spin interaction. We found their total entanglement states are relevant both space state and spin state. When two electrons or two photons are far away, their entanglement states should be disappeared even if their spin state is entangled.

Two-dimensional function photonic crystals

In this paper, we have firstly proposed two-dimensional function photonic crystals, which the dielectric constants of medium columns are the functions of space coordinates $\vec{r}$, it is different from the two-dimensional conventional photonic crystals constituting by the medium columns of dielectric constants are constants. We find the band gaps of two-dimensional function photonic crystals are different from the two-dimensional conventional photonic crystals, and when the functions form of dielectric constants are different, the band gaps structure should be changed, which can be designed into the appropriate band gaps structures by the two-dimensional function photonic crystals.

We obtain some valuable results, which shall help to optimal design optical triode.

Quantum entanglement degrees amplifier

The quantum entangled degrees of entangled states become smaller with the transmission distance increasing, how to keep the purity of quantum entangled states is the puzzle in quantum communication. In the paper, we have designed a new type entanglement degrees amplifier by one-dimensional photonic crystal, which is similar as the relay station of classical electromagnetic communication. We find when the entangled states of two-photon and three-photon pass through photonic crystal, their entanglement degrees can be magnified, which make the entanglement states can be long range propagation and the quantum communication can be really realized.

Quantum effect of one-dimensional photonic crystal

In this paper, we have studied the quantum transmission characteristics of one-dimensional photonic crystal with and without defect layer by the quantum theory approach, and compared the calculation results of classical with quantum theory. We have found some new quantum effects in the one-dimensional photonic crystal. When the incident angle $θ=0$, there is no quantum effect. When the incident angle $θ\neq0$, we find there are obvious quantum effect with the incident angle increase. At the incident angle $θ\neq0$, there are also quantum effect with the change of thickness and refractive indexes of medium $B$ or $A$. We think the new quantum effect of photonic crystal shall help us to design optical devices.
