Dual-Form ASR: Semantics-Aware Inverse Text Normalization for Chinese Speech Recognition

Modern automatic speech recognition (ASR) scenarios require both spoken-form transcripts for faithful transcription and readable written-form transcripts with inverse text normalization (ITN). However, these forms are typically produced by cascaded modules, where a spoken-form ASR output is rewritten by a separate ITN component, making written-form ASR-ITN vulnerable to recognition errors and decoupling normalization from acoustic-contextual modeling, especially for semantically dependent numeric expressions. In this paper, we propose Dual-Form ASR (DF-ASR), a framework that extends spoken-form ASR capability to semantics-aware written-form ITN through paired spoken-form and written-form supervision while retaining prompt-level selection between transcript forms. The dual-form supervision is constructed via a large language model (LLM)-driven generate-and-judge workflow, and training is further enhanced by ITN-MWER, a sequence-level objective that assigns higher cost to errors on normalization-sensitive spans. We also introduce a decision-aware REQUIRE-ITN/\FORBID-ITN protocol to separately measure required normalization and forbidden-span preservation. On manually annotated Chinese subsets from SpeechIO, DF-ASR consistently outperforms open-source ASR-ITN systems, remains competitive with strong closed-source references, and preserves reliable prompt-level control between spoken-form and written-form outputs.

CDCP: Conditional Diffusion Model with Contextual Prompts for Multi-task Offline Safe Reinforcement Learning

Multi-task offline safe reinforcement learning (RL) promises to learn a shared optimal safe policy from offline data across multiple tasks. This paradigm provides an effective means for the widespread application of RL in multi-task scenarios with high risk and interaction costs. However, the triple challenges of multi-tasking, safety constraints, and out-of-distribution (OOD) actions pose a significant hurdle for existing methods to ensure safety while maximizing reward returns. In this work, we propose a Conditional Diffusion model with Contextual Prompts (CDCP) to address these challenges. Concretely, we first rethink the requirements and challenges in current multi-task decision-making and control scenarios and establish the objectives of multi-task offline safe RL. Subsequently, we transform the multi-task constrained optimization problem into a conditional generation problem using the diffusion model. Based on this, we design a classifier-free guided cost-constraint strategy to provide flexible cost constraints and eliminate extrapolation errors from OOD actions via supervised learning. Additionally, we introduce a novel contextual prompting method to enhance multi-task representation accuracy and adaptability to unseen tasks. A gradient loss synchronization strategy is also introduced to eliminate gradient interference, improving training stability. Finally, extensive experiments demonstrate that the CDCP algorithm exhibits higher performance and safety in multi-task scenarios than the current state-of-the-art baseline methods. It meets different cost constraints without further training, providing a more flexible cost-constraint solution for the multi-task safe RL.

Structure-Centric Graph Foundation Model via Geometric Bases

Graph foundation models (GFMs) seek transferable representations across graph domains but are limited by structural heterogeneity and incompatible node feature spaces. We propose Structure-Centric Graph Foundation Models (SCGFM), which treat graph topology as the primary source of transferable knowledge. Modeling graphs as metric measure spaces, SCGFM introduces learnable geometric bases that define a shared structural coordinate system. Graphs are aligned to these bases via Gromov-Wasserstein distances, yielding structure-aligned latent representations that accommodate heterogeneous graph topologies. To address feature incompatibility, SCGFM employs a structure-aware feature re-encoding mechanism that unifies node representations without assuming a fixed feature dimensionality or requiring dataset-specific preprocessing. Experiments on graph- and node-level tasks demonstrate strong in-domain and cross-domain generalization, outperforming existing GFM approaches.

JoyAI-LLM Flash: Advancing Mid-Scale LLMs with Token Efficiency

We introduce JoyAI-LLM Flash, an efficient Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) language model designed to redefine the trade-off between strong performance and token efficiency in the sub-50B parameter regime. JoyAI-LLM Flash is pretrained on a massive corpus of 20 trillion tokens and further optimized through a rigorous post-training pipeline, including supervised fine-tuning (SFT), Direct Preference Optimization (DPO), and large-scale reinforcement learning (RL) across diverse environments. To improve token efficiency, JoyAI-LLM Flash strategically balances \emph{thinking} and \emph{non-thinking} cognitive modes and introduces FiberPO, a novel RL algorithm inspired by fibration theory that decomposes trust-region maintenance into global and local components, providing unified multi-scale stability control for LLM policy optimization. To enhance architectural sparsity, the model comprises 48B total parameters while activating only 2.7B parameters per forward pass, achieving a substantially higher sparsity ratio than contemporary industry leading models of comparable scale. To further improve inference throughput, we adopt a joint training-inference co-design that incorporates dense Multi-Token Prediction (MTP) and Quantization-Aware Training (QAT). We release the checkpoints for both JoyAI-LLM-48B-A3B Base and its post-trained variants on Hugging Face to support the open-source community.

Fibration Policy Optimization

Large language models are increasingly trained as heterogeneous systems spanning multiple domains, expert partitions, and agentic pipelines, yet prevalent proximal objectives operate at a single scale and lack a principled mechanism for coupling token-level, trajectory-level, and higher-level hierarchical stability control. To bridge this gap, we derive the Aggregational Policy Censoring Objective (APC-Obj), the first exact unconstrained reformulation of sample-based TV-TRPO, establishing that clipping-based surrogate design and trust-region optimization are dual formulations of the same problem. Building on this foundation, we develop Fiber Bundle Gating (FBG), an algebraic framework that organizes sampled RL data as a fiber bundle and decomposes ratio gating into a base-level gate on trajectory aggregates and a fiber-level gate on per-token residuals, with provable first-order agreement with the true RL objective near on-policy. From APC-Obj and FBG we derive Fibration Policy Optimization (or simply, FiberPO), a concrete objective whose Jacobian is block-diagonal over trajectories, reduces to identity at on-policy, and provides better update direction thus improving token efficiency. The compositional nature of the framework extends beyond the trajectory-token case: fibrations compose algebraically into a Fibration Gating Hierarchy (FGH) that scales the same gating mechanism to arbitrary hierarchical depth without new primitives, as demonstrated by FiberPO-Domain, a four-level instantiation with independent trust-region budgets at the domain, prompt group, trajectory, and token levels. Together, these results connect the trust-region theory, a compositional algebraic structure, and practical multi-scale stability control into a unified framework for LLM policy optimization.

JoyStreamer: Unlocking Highly Expressive Avatars via Harmonized Text-Audio Conditioning

Existing video avatar models have demonstrated impressive capabilities in scenarios such as talking, public speaking, and singing. However, the majority of these methods exhibit limited alignment with respect to text instructions, particularly when the prompts involve complex elements including large full-body movement, dynamic camera trajectory, background transitions, or human-object interactions. To break out this limitation, we present JoyAvatar, a framework capable of generating long duration avatar videos, featuring two key technical innovations. Firstly, we introduce a twin-teacher enhanced training algorithm that enables the model to transfer inherent text-controllability from the foundation model while simultaneously learning audio-visual synchronization. Secondly, during training, we dynamically modulate the strength of multi-modal conditions (e.g., audio and text) based on the distinct denoising timestep, aiming to mitigate conflicts between the heterogeneous conditioning signals. These two key designs serve to substantially expand the avatar model's capacity to generate natural, temporally coherent full-body motions and dynamic camera movements as well as preserve the basic avatar capabilities, such as accurate lip-sync and identity consistency. GSB evaluation results demonstrate that our JoyStreamer model outperforms the state-of-the-art models such as Omnihuman-1.5 and KlingAvatar 2.0. Moreover, our approach enables complex applications including multi-person dialogues and non-human subjects role-playing. Some video samples are provided on https://joystreamer.github.io/.

AdaMorph: Unified Motion Retargeting via Embodiment-Aware Adaptive Transformers

Retargeting human motion to heterogeneous robots is a fundamental challenge in robotics, primarily due to the severe kinematic and dynamic discrepancies between varying embodiments. Existing solutions typically resort to training embodiment-specific models, which scales poorly and fails to exploit shared motion semantics. To address this, we present AdaMorph, a unified neural retargeting framework that enables a single model to adapt human motion to diverse robot morphologies. Our approach treats retargeting as a conditional generation task. We map human motion into a morphology-agnostic latent intent space and utilize a dual-purpose prompting mechanism to condition the generation. Instead of simple input concatenation, we leverage Adaptive Layer Normalization (AdaLN) to dynamically modulate the decoder's feature space based on embodiment constraints. Furthermore, we enforce physical plausibility through a curriculum-based training objective that ensures orientation and trajectory consistency via integration. Experimental results on 12 distinct humanoid robots demonstrate that AdaMorph effectively unifies control across heterogeneous topologies, exhibiting strong zero-shot generalization to unseen complex motions while preserving the dynamic essence of the source behaviors.

JoyVoice: Long-Context Conditioning for Anthropomorphic Multi-Speaker Conversational Synthesis

Large speech generation models are evolving from single-speaker, short sentence synthesis to multi-speaker, long conversation geneartion. Current long-form speech generation models are predominately constrained to dyadic, turn-based interactions. To address this, we introduce JoyVoice, a novel anthropomorphic foundation model designed for flexible, boundary-free synthesis of up to eight speakers. Unlike conventional cascaded systems, JoyVoice employs a unified E2E-Transformer-DiT architecture that utilizes autoregressive hidden representations directly for diffusion inputs, enabling holistic end-to-end optimization. We further propose a MM-Tokenizer operating at a low bitrate of 12.5 Hz, which integrates multitask semantic and MMSE losses to effectively model both semantic and acoustic information. Additionally, the model incorporates robust text front-end processing via large-scale data perturbation. Experiments show that JoyVoice achieves state-of-the-art results in multilingual generation (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean) and zero-shot voice cloning. JoyVoice achieves top-tier results on both the Seed-TTS-Eval Benchmark and multi-speaker long-form conversational voice cloning tasks, demonstrating superior audio quality and generalization. It achieves significant improvements in prosodic continuity for long-form speech, rhythm richness in multi-speaker conversations, paralinguistic naturalness, besides superior intelligibility. JoyStreamer-Flash: Real-time and Infinite Audio-Driven Avatar Generation with Autoregressive Diffusion

Existing DiT-based audio-driven avatar generation methods have achieved considerable progress, yet their broader application is constrained by limitations such as high computational overhead and the inability to synthesize long-duration videos. Autoregressive methods address this problem by applying block-wise autoregressive diffusion methods. However, these methods suffer from the problem of error accumulation and quality degradation. To address this, we propose JoyStreamer-Flash, an audio-driven autoregressive model capable of real-time inference and infinite-length video generation with the following contributions: (1) Progressive Step Bootstrapping (PSB), which allocates more denoising steps to initial frames to stabilize generation and reduce error accumulation; (2) Motion Condition Injection (MCI), enhancing temporal coherence by injecting noise-corrupted previous frames as motion condition; and (3) Unbounded RoPE via Cache-Resetting (URCR), enabling infinite-length generation through dynamic positional encoding. Our 1.3B-parameter causal model achieves 16 FPS on a single GPU and achieves competitive results in visual quality, temporal consistency, and lip synchronization.

Numerical renormalization group integrated Hamiltonian truncation: Toward generic deformation of integrable lattice models

We present a hybrid lattice Hamiltonian truncation method that integrates the numerical renormalization group (NRG) with a truncated lattice integrable spectrum. The technique is tailored for generic deformations of integrable lattice models, where the NRG enables a controlled incorporation of high-energy states. The method extends the basis set more effectively and efficiently than brute-force truncation, meanwhile significantly reducing errors. We show its capability on two paradigmatic models: an Ising chain in a magnetic field and a quantum Ising ladder. The resulting dynamical structure factors accurately capture the essential low-energy physics, including the $E_8$ and $\mathcal{D}_8^{(1)}$ excitations of the former and later models, respectively, demonstrating the approach's computational efficiency and high performance.

Efficient Reasoning via Thought-Training and Thought-Free Inference

Recent advances in large language models (LLMs) have leveraged explicit Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting to improve reasoning accuracy. However, most existing methods primarily focus on compressing verbose reasoning outputs. These Long-to-Short transformations aim to improve efficiency, but require a large amount of short CoT data. In this work, we introduce \textbf{3TF} (\textbf{T}hought-\textbf{T}raining and \textbf{T}hought-\textbf{F}ree inference), a framework for efficient reasoning that takes a Short-to-Long perspective. We first train a hybrid model that can operate in both reasoning and non-reasoning modes, and then further train it on CoT-annotated data to internalize structured reasoning, while enforcing concise, thought-free outputs at inference time using the no-reasoning mode. Unlike compression-based approaches, 3TF improves the reasoning quality of non-reasoning outputs, enabling models to perform rich internal reasoning implicitly while keeping external outputs short. Empirically, 3TF-trained models obtain large improvements on reasoning benchmarks under thought-free inference, demonstrating that high quality reasoning can be learned and executed implicitly without explicit step-by-step generation.

Beyond Token Length: Step Pruner for Efficient and Accurate Reasoning in Large Language Models

Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) demonstrate strong performance on complex tasks but often suffer from excessive verbosity, known as "overthinking." Existing solutions via reinforcement learning (RL) typically penalize generated tokens to promote conciseness. However, these methods encounter two challenges: responses with fewer tokens do not always correspond to fewer reasoning steps, and models may develop hacking behavior in later stages of training by discarding reasoning steps to minimize token usage. In this work, we introduce \textbf{Step Pruner (SP)}, an RL framework that steers LRMs toward more efficient reasoning by favoring compact reasoning steps. Our step-aware reward function prioritizes correctness while imposing penalties for redundant steps, and withholds rewards for incorrect responses to prevent the reinforcement of erroneous reasoning. Moreover, we propose a dynamic stopping mechanism: when the model's output no longer shortens, training is halted to prevent hacking behavior caused by the merging of steps. Extensive experiments across four reasoning benchmarks demonstrate that SP achieves state-of-the-art accuracy while significantly reducing response length. For instance, on AIME24, SP reduces token usage by \textbf{69.7\%}.

PAC: Pronunciation-Aware Contextualized Large Language Model-based Automatic Speech Recognition

This paper presents a Pronunciation-Aware Contextualized (PAC) framework to address two key challenges in Large Language Model (LLM)-based Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems: effective pronunciation modeling and robust homophone discrimination. Both are essential for raw or long-tail word recognition. The proposed approach adopts a two-stage learning paradigm. First, we introduce a pronunciation-guided context learning method. It employs an interleaved grapheme-phoneme context modeling strategy that incorporates grapheme-only distractors, encouraging the model to leverage phonemic cues for accurate recognition. Then, we propose a pronunciation-discriminative reinforcement learning method with perturbed label sampling to further enhance the model\'s ability to distinguish contextualized homophones. Experimental results on the public English Librispeech and Mandarin AISHELL-1 datasets indicate that PAC: (1) reduces relative Word Error Rate (WER) by 30.2% and 53.8% compared to pre-trained LLM-based ASR models, and (2) achieves 31.8% and 60.5% relative reductions in biased WER for long-tail words compared to strong baselines, respectively.

ChartMaster: Advancing Chart-to-Code Generation with Real-World Charts and Chart Similarity Reinforcement Learning

The chart-to-code generation task requires MLLMs to convert chart images into executable code. This task faces two main challenges: limited data diversity and the difficulty of maintaining visual consistency between generated charts and the original ones. Existing datasets mainly rely on synthetic seed data to prompt GPT models for code generation, resulting in homogeneous samples that limit model generalization to real-world chart styles. To address this, we propose ReChartPrompt, leveraging real-world, human-designed charts extracted from arXiv papers as prompts. By harnessing the rich content and diverse visual styles of arXiv charts, we construct ReChartPrompt-240K, a large-scale and highly diverse dataset that better reflects realistic chart variations. For the second challenge, although SFT improves code understanding by optimizing next-token prediction, it does not provide direct supervision on visual features. As a result, it often fails to guarantee that the generated charts visually match the original ones. To address this, we propose ChartSimRL, a GRPO-based reinforcement learning algorithm guided by a novel chart similarity reward. This reward consists of two components: attribute similarity, which measures the overlap of chart attributes like layout and color between the generated and original charts, and visual similarity, which evaluates overall visual features, including texture, using convolutional neural networks. Unlike traditional text-based rewards, our reward accounts for the multimodal nature of the chart-to-code generation task, significantly enhancing the model's ability to accurately reproduce charts. Integrating ReChartPrompt and ChartSimRL, we develop the ChartMaster model, achieving SOTA results among 7B-parameter models and rivaling GPT-4o on various chart-to-code benchmarks. Learning Temporal Abstractions via Variational Homomorphisms in Option-Induced Abstract MDPs

Large Language Models (LLMs) have shown remarkable reasoning ability through explicit Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting, but generating these step-by-step textual explanations is computationally expensive and slow. To overcome this, we aim to develop a framework for efficient, implicit reasoning, where the model "thinks" in a latent space without generating explicit text for every step. We propose that these latent thoughts can be modeled as temporally-extended abstract actions, or options, within a hierarchical reinforcement learning framework. To effectively learn a diverse library of options as latent embeddings, we first introduce the Variational Markovian Option Critic (VMOC), an off-policy algorithm that uses variational inference within the HiT-MDP framework. To provide a rigorous foundation for using these options as an abstract reasoning space, we extend the theory of continuous MDP homomorphisms. This proves that learning a policy in the simplified, abstract latent space, for which VMOC is suited, preserves the optimality of the solution to the original, complex problem. Finally, we propose a cold-start procedure that leverages supervised fine-tuning (SFT) data to distill human reasoning demonstrations into this latent option space, providing a rich initialization for the model's reasoning capabilities. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach achieves strong performance on complex logical reasoning benchmarks and challenging locomotion tasks, validating our framework as a principled method for learning abstract skills for both language and control.

Theory of Dielectric Behavior in Composites

While the properties of materials at microscopic scales are well described by fundamental quantum mechanical equations and electronic structure theories, the emergent behavior of mesoscopic or macroscopic composites is no longer governed solely by quantum effects. Instead, such systems are dominated by complex heterogeneous architectures and macroscopic interactions, presenting a classical many-body problem with unique complexities that remain less systematically understood than their quantum counterparts. In this work, we develop an operator-based theoretical framework to characterize these systems, using composite dielectric behavior as a paradigmatic example. By integrating effective medium theory with electromagnetic simulation techniques, we construct an operator that rigorously expresses the effective permittivity tensor as an exact functional. Global and local structure-property relationships can be established by analyzing the operator's structure through symmetric singular value decomposition and block operator matrix analysis, respectively. This framework bridges the gap between microscopic physics and macroscopic material behavior, offering a powerful approach for understanding diverse material properties and guiding the rational design of novel functional composites.

Object-Focus Actor for Data-efficient Robot Generalization Dexterous Manipulation

Robot manipulation learning from human demonstrations offers a rapid means to acquire skills but often lacks generalization across diverse scenes and object placements. This limitation hinders real-world applications, particularly in complex tasks requiring dexterous manipulation. Vision-Language-Action (VLA) paradigm leverages large-scale data to enhance generalization. However, due to data scarcity, VLA's performance remains limited. In this work, we introduce Object-Focus Actor (OFA), a novel, data-efficient approach for generalized dexterous manipulation. OFA exploits the consistent end trajectories observed in dexterous manipulation tasks, allowing for efficient policy training. Our method employs a hierarchical pipeline: object perception and pose estimation, pre-manipulation pose arrival and OFA policy execution. This process ensures that the manipulation is focused and efficient, even in varied backgrounds and positional layout. Comprehensive real-world experiments across seven tasks demonstrate that OFA significantly outperforms baseline methods in both positional and background generalization tests. Notably, OFA achieves robust performance with only 10 demonstrations, highlighting its data efficiency.

HOIGen-1M: A Large-scale Dataset for Human-Object Interaction Video Generation

Text-to-video (T2V) generation has made tremendous progress in generating complicated scenes based on texts. However, human-object interaction (HOI) often cannot be precisely generated by current T2V models due to the lack of large-scale videos with accurate captions for HOI. To address this issue, we introduce HOIGen-1M, the first largescale dataset for HOI Generation, consisting of over one million high-quality videos collected from diverse sources. In particular, to guarantee the high quality of videos, we first design an efficient framework to automatically curate HOI videos using the powerful multimodal large language models (MLLMs), and then the videos are further cleaned by human annotators. Moreover, to obtain accurate textual captions for HOI videos, we design a novel video description method based on a Mixture-of-Multimodal-Experts (MoME) strategy that not only generates expressive captions but also eliminates the hallucination by individual MLLM. Furthermore, due to the lack of an evaluation framework for generated HOI videos, we propose two new metrics to assess the quality of generated videos in a coarse-to-fine manner. Extensive experiments reveal that current T2V models struggle to generate high-quality HOI videos and confirm that our HOIGen-1M dataset is instrumental for improving HOI video generation. Project webpage is available at https://liuqi-creat.github.io/HOIGen.github.io.
