A note on compact $κ$-solutions of Kähler-Ricci flow

In this paper, we give a complete classification of $κ$-solutions of Kähaler-Ricci flow on compact complex manifolds. Namely, they must be quotients of products of irreducible compact Hermitian symmetric manifolds.

Classification of gradient steady Ricci solitons with linear curvature decay

In this paper, we give a description for steady Ricci solitons with a linear decay of sectional curvature. In particular, we classify all 3-dimensional steady Ricci solitons and 4-dimensional $κ$-noncollpased steady Ricci solitons with nonnegative sectional curvature under the linear curvature decay.

Perelman's W-functional and stability of Kähler-Ricci flow

In this expository note, we study the second variation of Perelman's entropy on the space of Kahler metrics at a Kähler-Ricci soliton. We prove that the entropy is stable in the sense of variations. In particular, Perelman's entropy is stable along the Kähler-Ricci flow. The Chinese version of this note has appeared in a volume in honor of professor K.C.Chang (Scientia Sinica Math., 46 (2016), 685-696).

The Fu-Yau equation on compact astheno-Kähler manifolds

In this paper, we study the Fu-Yau equation on compact Hermitian manifolds and prove the existence of solutions of equation on astheno-Kähler manifolds. We also prove the uniqueness of solutions of Fu-Yau equation when the slope parameter $α$ is negative.

The Fu-Yau equation in higher dimensions

In this paper, we prove the existence of solutions to the Fu-Yau equation on compact Kähler manifolds. As an application, we give a class of non-trivial solutions of the modified Strominger system.

$G$-Sasaki manifolds and K-energy

In this paper, we introduce a class of Sasaki manifolds with a reductive $G$-group action, called $G$-Sasaki manifolds. By reducing K-energy to a functional defined on a class of convex functions on a moment polytope, we give a criterion for the properness of K-energy. In particular, we deduce a sufficient and necessary condition related to the polytope for the existence of transverse $G$-Sasaki Einstein metrics. A similar result is also obtained for transverse $G$-Sasaki Ricci solitons. As an application, we construct several examples of $G$-Sasaki Ricci solitons by an established openness theorem for transverse $G$-Sasaki Ricci solitons.

Asymptotic behavior of positively curved steady Ricci Solitons

In this paper, we analyze the asymptotic behavior of $κ$-noncollapsed and positively curved steady Ricci solitons and prove that any $n$-dimensional $κ$-noncollapsed steady Kähler-Ricci soliton with non-negative sectional curvature must be flat.

K-energy on polarized compactifications of Lie groups

In this paper, we study Mabuchi's K-energy on a compactification M of a reductive Lie group G, which is a complexification of its maximal compact subgroup K. We give a criterion for the properness of K-energy on the space of K \times K-invariant Kahler potentials. In particular, it turns to give an alternative proof of Delcroix's theorem for the existence of Kahler-Einstein metrics in case of Fano manifolds M . We also study the existence of minimizers of K-energy for general Kahler classes of M.

3d steady Gradient Ricci Solitons with linear curvature decay

In this note, we prove that a 3-dimensional steady Ricci soliton is rotationally symmetric if its scalar curvature $R(x)$ satisfies $$\frac{C_0^{-1}}{ρ(x)}\le R(x)\le \frac{C_0}{ρ(x)}$$ for some constant $C_0>0$, where $ρ(x)$ denotes the distance from a fixed point $x_0$. Our result doesn't assume that the soliton is $κ$-noncollapsed.

Steady Ricci solitons with horizontally $ε$-pinched Ricci curvature

In this paper, we prove that any $κ$-noncollapsed gradient steady Ricci soliton with nonnegative curvature operator and horizontally $ε$-pinched Ricci curvature must be rotationally symmetric. As an application, we show that any $κ$-noncollapsed gradient steady Ricci soliton $(M^n, g,f)$ with nonnegative curvature operator must be rotationally symmetric if it admits a unique equilibrium point and its scalar curvature $R(x)$ satisfies $\lim_{r(x)\rightarrow\infty}R(x)f(x)=C_0\sup_{x\in M}R(x)$ with $C_0>\frac{n-2}{2}$.

Structure of spaces with Bakry-Émery Ricci curvature bounded below

In this paper, we explore the limit structure of a sequence of Riemannian manifolds with Bakry-Émery Ricci curvature bounded below in the Gromov-Hausdorff topology. By extending the techniques established by Cheeger-Cloding for Riemannian manifolds with Ricci curvature bounded below, we prove that each tangent space at a point of the limit space is a metric cone. We also analyze the singular structure of the limit space analogous to a work of Cheeger-Colding-Tian. Our results will be applied to study the limit space of a sequence of Kähler metrics arising from solutions of certain complex Monge-Ampère equations for the existence of Kähler-Ricci solitons on a Fano manifold via the continuity method.

Properness of log $F$-functionals

In this paper, we apply the method developed in [Ti97] and [TZ00] to proving the properness of log $F$-functional on any conic Kähler-Einstein manifolds. As an application, we give an alternative proof for the openness of the continuity method through conic Kähler-Einstein metrics.

Modified Futaki invariant and equivariant Riemann-Roch formula

In this paper, we give a new version of the modified Futaki invariant for a test configuration associated to the soliton action on a Fano manifold. Our version will naturally come from toric test configurations defined by Donaldson for toric manifolds. As an application, we show that the modified $K$-energy is proper for toric invariant Kähler potentials on a toric Fano manifold.

Bergman Kernels and algebraic structure of limit space for a sequence of almost Kähler-Ricci solitons

In this paper, we give a lower bound of Bergman kernels for a sequence of almost Kähler-Einstein Fano manifolds, or more general, a sequence of Fano manifolds with almost Kähler-Ricci solitons. This generalizes a result by Donaldson-Sun, Tian for Kähler-Einstein manifolds sequence with positive scalar curvature. As an application of our result, we prove that the Gromov-Hausdorff limit of sequence is homomorphic to a log terminal $Q$-Fano variety which admits a Kähler-Ricci soliton on its smooth part.

Complete non-compact gradient Ricci solitons with nonnegative Ricci curvature

In this paper, we give a delay estimate of scalar curvature for a complete non-compact expanding (or steady) gradient Ricci soliton with nonnegative Ricci curvature. As an application, we prove that any complete non-compact expanding (or steady) gradient Kähler-Ricci solitons with positively pinched Ricci curvature should be Ricci flat. The result answers a question in case of Kähler-Ricci solitons proposed by Chow, Lu and Ni in a book.
