CLEAR: Conflict-aware Learning via Evidence-guided Adaptive Routing for Unified Sparse-View 3D Gaussian Super-Resolution

Sparse-view 3D Gaussian Splatting Super-resolution is highly challenging since the sparse and low-resolution (LR) inputs lack sufficient geometric and high-frequency information for accurate reconstruction. To achieve high-quality reconstruction, existing sparse-view super-resolution methods adhere to two-stage pipeline that performs LR Gaussian reconstruction and then high-resolution (HR) Gaussian refinement, which directly results in stage-wise Gaussian transfer and reconstruction error accumulation. To this end, we propose CLEAR, a Conflict-aware Learning via Evidence-guided Adaptive Routing, as the first unified single-stage framework for Sparse-view 3D Gaussian Splatting Super-resolution. Specifically, CLEAR performs joint the optimization of authentic LR observations and external HR priors within a unified Gaussian representation. To mitigate the gradient conflicts introduced by sparse supervision during training, we propose a Gaussian-wise conflict-aware optimization strategy that regards the LR gradient as a reliable anchor and applies evidence-conditioned soft correction only to severe HR conflicts. Moreover, to recover high-frequency details, we introduce an evidence-guided Patch-to-Gaussian routing mechanism which estimates patch reliability and detail demand, lifts them into Gaussian space, and selectively routes high-frequency gradients and densification. Finally, we employ shared Gaussian dropout and a detached mid-training anchoring to enhance the robustness of training framework. Extensive experiments on both synthetic and real-world $4\times$ super-resolution benchmarks demonstrate that CLEAR consistently achieves state-of-the-art rendering quality and superior geometric fidelity.

Neuromorphic Object Detection: An In-Depth Study and Future Directions

Conventional frame-based cameras face significant challenges in detecting objects under high-speed motion blur or in low-light environments. Neuromorphic cameras provide asynchronous visual streams with high temporal resolution and a wide dynamic range, offering a promising solution for object detection under challenging conditions. Despite the development of numerous models and the emergence of various applications in neuromorphic object detection, there is still a lack of deep understanding and standardized benchmarks to assess progress and address key challenges. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive survey and benchmark of existing neuromorphic object detection algorithms. Specifically, we first present a problem description, review the available datasets, and revisit the evaluation metrics. We then explore existing neuromorphic object detection approaches from various perspectives, including event representation, temporal modeling, multimodal fusion, asynchronous processing, low-latency processing, and energy-efficient computing. Furthermore, we evaluate a wide range of representative neuromorphic object detection models and offer detailed analyses of the comparative results. Finally, we discuss unresolved issues in neuromorphic object detection and propose potential future research directions. We hope this survey and benchmark will be a valuable resource for researchers and provide guidance for future advancements in neuromorphic object detection.

Learning Adaptive Semantic Gaussian Allocation for 3D Occupancy

Semantic 3D Gaussians provide a compact representation for 3D semantic occupancy prediction by rendering semantic primitives into a voxel volume under voxel-wise supervision. Recent methods have improved the modeling ability and efficiency of this representation through more flexible primitive shapes, geometry-guided initialization, and progressive densification. However, these advances mainly determine how primitives are represented, initialized, or added, and do not explicitly address how to select the most useful Gaussians when their total number must be limited to control memory and computation. This imbalance creates an allocation bottleneck: redundant Gaussians remain in simple regions, while difficult regions receive insufficient semantic support. We propose the Semantic Gaussian Allocation Transformer (SAGFormer), which uses Gaussian attributes and local geometric-semantic features to score candidates and select a fixed final Gaussian set. Experiments on nuScenes-SurroundOcc and SSCBench-KITTI-360 show that SAGFormer improves occupancy prediction under the evaluated protocols and yields more semantically consistent and better-utilized Gaussian representations. Under similar final counts and raw coverage, it reduces semantic mixing, strengthens class-consistent voxel support, and produces fewer unused Gaussians. The results indicate that explicit capacity allocation is a useful complement to Gaussian refinement for semantic occupancy prediction.

CLUIE: Clustering-Aware Recurrent Propagation with Local Structural Compensation for Underwater Image Enhancement

Underwater image enhancement remains challenging due to wavelength-dependent light absorption, scattering, and backscattering, which jointly cause color distortion, contrast degradation, and detail loss. Since these degradations vary with scene depth and imaging conditions, different regions within the same image often exhibit heterogeneous degradation patterns and thus require region-adaptive restoration. Although visual RWKV models offer an efficient linear-complexity solution for long-range dependency modeling, their predefined scanning orders are content-agnostic and therefore fail to adapt recurrent state propagation to spatially non-uniform restoration demands. To address this limitation, we propose a Clustering-aware RWKV framework, termed CRWKV, which reformulates the fixed recurrent propagation path of conventional RWKV into a content-adaptive token trajectory. Specifically, we introduce Clustering-aware Semantic Dynamic Reordering (CSDR), which groups tokens according to semantic feature similarity and derives a dynamic traversal order from inter-cluster contextual relations. This design enables WKV states to be accumulated along semantically correlated regions rather than fixed spatial or spectral orders. Since dynamic reordering may disrupt the local continuity of original spatial neighborhoods, we further propose Dark-response Modulated Local Propagation (DMLP), which extracts local structural responses via depth-wise convolution and adaptively modulates their propagation strength using a neighborhood-aware pseudo-dark response map. In this way, local structural cues are compensated before recurrent aggregation while preserving content-adaptive long-range modeling. Extensive experiments on multiple underwater image enhancement benchmarks demonstrate that CRWKV achieves state-of-the-art quantitative performance and superior visual quality.

Text2Villa: Hierarchical Generation of 3D Indoor Environments with Physics-Aware Analysis-by-Synthesis

Generating 3D indoor scenes from natural language holds tremendous potential, yet existing methods predominantly fail to generate multi-room structures with vertical connectivity and arbitrary polygonal boundaries. Furthermore, they lack a deep grounding in continuous 3D physical laws, leading to severe geometric penetrations and floating artifacts. In this work, we propose Text2Villa, a novel hierarchical generative framework. At the macro level, we construct a multi-story dataset to fine-tune an autoregressive layout generator, ensuring the direct parsing of text into 3D building foundations featuring polygonal boundaries and multi-story connectivity. To enforce physical laws during micro-level asset arrangement, we introduce the Affordance-driven Physical-Semantic Scene Graph (A-PSSG) to explicitly abstract physical affordances (such as support surfaces and containment cavities) into node attributes, establishing strict geometric and semantic edge constraints. Guided by the A-PSSG, we formulate scene instantiation as a constrained closed-loop optimization problem following the analysis-by-synthesis paradigm. By integrating an underlying geometric collision detection engine with the high-level semantic reasoning of multimodal large language models (MLLMs), our heuristic solver dynamically executes physics-aware actions under the observation-evaluation-modification mechanism to effectively resolve mesh collisions, floating artifacts, and fine-grained cavity containment failures. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Text2Villa outperforms previous methods across various metrics, robustly generating high-fidelity and physically plausible villa-level 3D environments from text, thereby providing a reliable and interactive 3D content foundation for downstream applications.

T3HG-Editor: Text-driven 3D Human Garment Editing with Body Priors Embedded in SMPL-X

While 3D Gaussian Editing (3DGE) has seen substantial progress, text-driven 3D human garment editing remains largely underexplored. Existing 3DGE works typically follow a paradigm that applies 2D editing techniques to multi-view rendered images and updates 3D Gaussians based on the modified images. Extending such methods to 3D human garment editing suffers from low-fidelity outcomes, caused by introduced distortions and garment inconsistencies. A promising breakthrough opportunity arises from the SMPL eXpressive (SMPL-X) model that embodies rich prior information for virtual humans. Motivated by this insight, we propose a text-driven 3D human garment editor termed T3HG-Editor, which delivers high-fidelity and garment consistent results by leveraging geometry and joint priors embedded in SMPL-X. Specifically, T3HG-Editor contains three stages, namely obtainment of editable Gaussians, garment consistent editing, and Gaussian updating with overflow pruning. The obtainment of editable Gaussians begins with seeding Gaussians along SMPL-X normals to generate sufficient near surface Gaussians, followed by a 2D mask constraint that precisely localizes the target Gaussians to be edited. The garment consistent editing aggregates tokens corresponding to the same SMPL-X vertex across multiple views and propagates them to their original views, enforcing garment consistency without requiring additional training. Gaussian updating with overflow pruning employs a Signed Distance Function (SDF) defined on SMPL-X to construct a human distance field, which is then integrated with a 2D semantic mask to prune overflowing Gaussians, thus preventing contamination of non-target regions. Experiments on multiple subjects and diverse garment types demonstrate that T3HG-Editor outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both editing quality and garment consistency.

Distortion-Resilient Robotic Imitation Learning for Autonomous Cable Routing

The rapid development of intelligent control methodologies has endowed robots with powerful autonomous intelligence. Cable routing, a ubiquitous foundational task in industry, provides a rigorous benchmark for robotic dexterity and sequential decision-making. In these practical scenarios, image observation distortion frequently occurs. Samples characterized by low-quality image observations often hinder accurate model training, posing challenges to the reliability and accuracy of intelligent control systems. Nevertheless, no dedicated intelligent control solution has been proposed for scenarios of image signal distortion. Meanwhile, image quality information has not been sufficiently exploited to further enhance the performance of intelligent control methodologies. To this end, we propose a novel robotic imitation learning framework that comprises an image quality assessment module, a confidence-based learning mechanism, and a decision-making module, which is designed to maintain high performance even under distorted image observations. In the proposed framework, the image quality assessment module synergizes with the confidence-based learning mechanism to enhance the efficacy of the decision-making module. Specifically, the image quality assessment module is incorporated to extract image quality information from image observations, while the confidence-based learning mechanism adaptively prioritizes challenging samples to improve learning effectiveness. The decision-making module determines appropriate discrete skills or continuous actions. Experimental results demonstrate that our formulated framework enhances the overall performance of the decision-making module.

Hierarchical Semantic-Constrained Heterogeneous Graph for Audio-Visual Event Localization

Open-vocabulary audio-visual event localization (OV-AVEL) jointly models audio-visual cues to recognize and temporally localize events, including categories unseen during training. Existing methods primarily learn joint audio-visual representations in Euclidean space, but still face two significant challenges. First, the lack of supervision signals for unseen categories makes it difficult to maintain audio-visual consistency across multiple temporal scales. Second, the lack of hierarchical constraints between segment- and video-level semantics prevents the model from establishing semantic consistency across different levels. To address these challenges, we propose a hierarchical semantic constrained heterogeneous graph (HSCHG) for audio-visual event localization framework. We first construct a heterogeneous hierarchical graph in Euclidean space, which includes audio and visual segment nodes and their corresponding video-level nodes. We use multi-directional temporal edges to capture complete temporal information within each modality. Simultaneously, we employ a dual-threshold filtering gated fusion strategy, introducing cross-modal information only when the alignment confidence is high. Furthermore, we introduce bidirectional semantic constraints between segment- and video-level representations to achieve semantic consistency across different levels. Based on this, we map the multi-level audio-visual representations and text prototypes uniformly into hyperbolic space. We use a hierarchical entailment regularization loss to characterize the hierarchical relationships between videos and segments. Extensive experimental results show that our method outperforms existing methods on the OV-AVEL benchmark. Ablation studies further validate the effectiveness of our method.

Beyond Single Solution: Multi-Hypothesis Collaborative Deep Unfolding Network for Image Compressive Sensing

Recent deep unfolding networks (DUNs) have advanced Compressive Sensing (CS) by effectively integrating iterative optimization with deep learning architectures. However, most CS approaches predominantly confine their inference to a single solution space, neglecting the inherent ill-posedness of CS problems that intrinsically permits multiple plausible candidate hypotheses. In this paper, a novel Multi-Hypothesis Collaborative Deep Unfolding CS Network (MHC-DUN) is proposed, which explicitly models and leverages multiple hypotheses by jointly optimizing across diverse solution spaces. Specifically, following the Proximal Gradient Descent algorithm, MHC-DUN jointly performs gradient descent and proximal mapping within this multi-hypothesis paradigm. i) For gradient descent, a well-designed AlphaNet is introduced to dynamically predict spatially varying step sizes for all hypotheses, enabling collaborative gradient updates across multiple solutions. ii) For proximal operator, a sophisticated multi-hypothesis collaborative proximal mapping module is designed, which leverages both intra-hypothesis and inter-hypothesis correlation priors to jointly refine multiple solutions. To enable end-to-end training, a novel composite loss function is designed, which balances measurement fidelity, hypothesis diversity, and reconstruction accuracy, encouraging exploration of complementary solutions while maintaining reconstruction fidelity. Experimental results reveal that the proposed CS method outperforms existing CS networks.

Conflict-Aware Additive Guidance for Flow Models under Compositional Rewards

Inference-time guided sampling steers state-of-the-art diffusion and flow models without fine-tuning by interpreting the generation process as a controllable trajectory. This provides a simple and flexible way to inject external constraints (e.g., cost functions or pre-trained verifiers) for controlled generation. However, existing methods often fail when composing multiple constraints simultaneously, which leads to deviations from the true data manifold. In this work, we identify root causes of this off-manifold drift and find that the approximation error scales severely with gradient misalignment. Building on these findings, we propose Conflict-Aware Additive Guidance ($g^\text{car}$), a lightweight and learnable method, which actively rectifies off-manifold drift by dynamically detecting and resolving gradient conflicts. We validate $g^\text{car}$ across diverse domains, ranging from synthetic datasets and image editing to generative decision-making for planning and control. Our results demonstrate that $g^\text{car}$ effectively rectifies off-manifold drift, surpassing baselines in generation fidelity while using light compute. Towards Accurate Single Panoramic 3D Detection: A Semantic Gaussian Centric Approach

Three-dimensional object detection in panoramic imagery is crucial for comprehensive scene understanding, yet accurately mapping 2D features to 3D remains a significant challenge. Prevailing methods often project 2D features onto discrete 3D grids, which break geometric continuity and limit representation efficiency. To overcome this limitation, this paper proposes PanoGSDet, a monocular panoramic 3D detection framework built upon continuous semantic 3D Gaussian representations. The proposed framework comprises a panoramic depth estimation component and a semantic Gaussian component. The panoramic depth estimation component extracts the equirectangular semantic and depth features from the monocular panorama input. The semantic Gaussian component includes a semantic Gaussian lifting module that projects spherical features into 3D semantic Gaussians, a semantic Gaussian optimization module that refines these semantic Gaussians, and a Gaussian guided prediction head that generates 3D bounding boxes from optimized Gaussian representations. Extensive experiments on the Structured3D dataset demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms existing methods.

PairDropGS: Paired Dropout-Induced Consistency Regularization for Sparse-View Gaussian Splatting

Dropout-based sparse-view 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) methods alleviate overfitting by randomly suppressing Gaussian primitives during training. Existing methods mainly focus on designing increasingly sophisticated dropout strategies, while they overlook the resulting inconsistencies among different dropped Gaussian subsets. This oversight often leads to unstable reconstruction and suboptimal Gaussian representation learning. In this paper, we revisit dropout-based sparse-view 3DGS from a consistency regularization perspective and propose PairDropGS, a Paired Dropout-induced Consistency Regularization framework for sparse-view Gaussian splatting. Specifically, PairDropGS first constructs a pair of the dropped Gaussian subsets from a shared Gaussian field and designs a low-frequency consistency regularization to constrain their low-frequency rendered structures. This design encourages the shared Gaussian field to preserve stable scene layout and coarse geometry under different random dropouts, while avoiding excessive constraints on ambiguous high-frequency details. Moreover, we introduce a progressive consistency scheduling strategy to gradually strengthen the consistency regularization during training for stability and robustness of reconstruction. Extensive experiments on widely-used sparse-view benchmarks demonstrate that PairDropGS achieves superior training stability, significantly outperforms existing dropout-based 3DGS methods in reconstruction quality, while exhibiting the simplicity and plug-and-play nature for improving dropout-based optimization.

Hyperbolic Distillation: Geometry-Guided Cross-Modal Transfer for Robust 3D Object Detection

Cross-modal knowledge distillation has emerged as an effective strategy for integrating point cloud and image features in 3D perception tasks. However, the modality heterogeneity, spatial misalignment, and the representation crisis of multiple modalities often limit the efficient of these cross-modal distillation methods. To address these limitations in existing approaches, we propose a hyperbolic constrained cross-modal distillation method for multimodal 3D object detection (HGC-Det). The proposed HGC-Det framework includes an image branch and a point cloud branch to extract semantic features from two different modalities. The point cloud branch comprises three core components: a 2D semantic-guided voxel optimization component (SGVO), a hyperbolic geometry constrained cross-modal feature transfer component (HFT), and a feature aggregation-based geometry optimization component (FAGO). Specifically, the SGVO component adaptively refines the spatial representation of the 3D branch by leveraging semantic cues from the image branch, thereby mitigating the issue of inadequate representation fusion. The HFT component exploits the intrinsic geometric properties of hyperbolic space to alleviate semantic loss during the fusion of high-dimensional image features and low-dimensional point cloud features. Finally, the FAGO compensates for potential spatial feature degradation introduced by the 2D semantic-guided voxel optimization component. Extensive experiments on indoor datasets (SUN RGB-D, ARKitScenes) and outdoor datasets (KITTI, nuScenes) demonstrate that our method achieves a better trade-off between detection accuracy and computational cost.

DOC-GS: Dual-Domain Observation and Calibration for Reliable Sparse-View Gaussian Splatting

Sparse-view reconstruction with 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) is fundamentally ill-posed due to insufficient geometric supervision, often leading to severe overfitting and the emergence of structural distortions and translucent haze-like artifacts. While existing approaches attempt to alleviate this issue via dropout-based regularization, they are largely heuristic and lack a unified understanding of artifact formation. In this paper, we revisit sparse-view 3DGS reconstruction from a new perspective and identify the core challenge as the unobservability of Gaussian primitive reliability. Unreliable Gaussians are insufficiently constrained during optimization and accumulate as haze-like degradations in rendered images. Motivated by this observation, we propose a unified Dual-domain Observation and Calibration (DOC-GS) framework that models and corrects Gaussian reliability through the synergy of optimization-domain inductive bias and observation-domain evidence. Specifically, in the optimization domain, we characterize Gaussian reliability by the degree to which each primitive is constrained during training, and instantiate this signal via a Continuous Depth-Guided Dropout (CDGD) strategy, where the dropout probability serves as an explicit proxy for primitive reliability. This imposes a smooth depth-aware inductive bias to suppress weakly constrained Gaussians and improve optimization stability. In the observation domain, we establish a connection between floater artifacts and atmospheric scattering, and leverage the Dark Channel Prior (DCP) as a structural consistency cue to identify and accumulate anomalous regions. Based on cross-view aggregated evidence, we further design a reliability-driven geometric pruning strategy to remove low-confidence Gaussians.

MTLSI-Net: A Linear Semantic Interaction Network for Parameter-Efficient Multi-Task Dense Prediction

Multi-task dense prediction aims to perform multiple pixel-level tasks simultaneously. However, capturing global cross-task interactions remains non-trivial due to the quadratic complexity of standard self-attention on high-resolution features. To address this limitation, we propose a Multi-Task Linear Semantic Interaction Network (MTLSI-Net), which facilitates cross-task interaction through linear attention. Specifically, MTLSI-Net incorporates three key components: a Multi-Task Multi-scale Query Linear Fusion Block, which captures cross-task dependencies across multiple scales with linear complexity using a shared global context matrix; a Semantic Token Distiller that compresses redundant features into compact semantic tokens, distilling essential cross-task knowledge; and a Cross-Window Integrated attention Block that injects global semantics into local features via a dual-branch architecture, preserving both global consistency and spatial precision. These components collectively enable the network to capture comprehensive cross-task interactions at linear complexity with reduced parameters. Extensive experiments on NYUDv2 and PASCAL-Context demonstrate that MTLSI-Net achieves state-of-the-art performance, validating its effectiveness and efficiency in multi-task learning.

LG-HCC: Local Geometry-Aware Hierarchical Context Compression for 3D Gaussian Splatting

Although 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) enables high-fidelity real-time rendering, its prohibitive storage overhead severely hinders practical deployment. Recent anchor-based 3DGS compression schemes reduce gaussian redundancy through some advanced context models. However, they overlook explicit geometric dependencies, leading to structural degradation and suboptimal ratedistortion performance. In this paper, we propose a Local Geometry-aware Hierarchical Context Compression framework for 3DGS(LG-HCC) that incorporates inter-anchor geometric correlations into anchor pruning and entropy coding for compact representation. Specifically, we introduce an Neighborhood-Aware Anchor Pruning (NAAP) strategy, which evaluates anchor importance via weighted neighborhood feature aggregation and then merges low-contribution anchors into salient neighbors, yielding a compact yet geometry-consistent anchor set. Moreover, we further develop a hierarchical entropy coding scheme, in which coarse-to-fine priors are exploited through a lightweight Geometry-Guided Convolution(GG-Conv) operator to enable spatially adaptive context modeling and rate-distortion optimization. Extensive experiments show that LG-HCC effectively alleviates structural preservation issues, achieving superior geometric integrity and rendering fidelity while reducing storage by up to 30.85x compared to the Scaffold-GS baseline on the Mip-NeRF360 dataset
