Learning Spatial-Spectral Refinement and Calibrating Complementary Observations for Hyperspectral Image Super-Resolution

Hyperspectral and multispectral image fusion (HMIF) aims to reconstruct a high-resolution hyperspectral image (HR-HSI) by combining the fine spatial details of a high-resolution multispectral image (HR-MSI) with the rich spectral information of a low-resolution hyperspectral image (LR-HSI). Recent advances in implicit neural representations (INRs) have enabled flexible coordinate-based modeling for HMIF; however, existing INR-based approaches may not fully capture fine-grained spatial structures and rich spectral dependencies. Moreover, the LR-HSI and HR-MSI are primarily incorporated through degradation-consistency constraints, leaving their complementary information underexploited. To address these limitations, we propose Two-Stage Reconstruction with Implicit Tensor Neural Representation (TSR-ITNR), a unified self-supervised framework integrating representation refinement and observation-guided calibration. In Stage 1, TSR-ITNR learns an implicit Tucker representation and refines its low-rank spatial coefficient tensor and spectral basis to better capture fine spatial structures and interband correlations. A fixed pretrained denoiser further provides a deep prior for the preliminary reconstruction. In Stage 2, parameter-free calibration derives complementary and noninterfering corrections from both observations to recover information insufficiently captured in Stage 1. Theoretical analysis establishes the geometry-preserving property of spectral refinement and the orthogonal complementarity of calibration. Extensive experiments on multiple benchmark datasets demonstrate strong quantitative, visual, and spectral reconstruction performance without ground-truth HR-HSI supervision. Beyond conventional reconstruction metrics, we further assess the effectiveness of TSR-ITNR using downstream semantic segmentation accuracy.

Intelligence Delivery Network: Toward an Internet Architecture for the AI Age

The rapid emergence of AI-powered applications is reshaping the role of the Internet. Users increasingly rely on the network to obtain intelligence services derived from large foundation models, rather than merely to reach remote endpoints or retrieve specific content. Today's dominant deployment paradigm for AI services remains cloud-centric, where user requests are transmitted to remote data centers for centralized inference. Although operationally convenient, this paradigm suffers from latency and jitter, heavy wide-area traffic, limited utilization of distributed heterogeneous compute resources, and growing privacy and governance concerns. In this paper, we propose the Intelligence Delivery Network (IDN), an Internet architecture that treats AI capabilities as deliverable network services. The key idea is to position, select, reuse, and verify intelligence across cloud, regional, edge, and local environments according to demand locality, resource availability, and policy constraints. We present the system assumptions of IDN, define its core architectural mechanisms, and discuss how capability abstraction, compute resource integration, demand-driven deployment, service routing, state-aware caching, and trust management can jointly support distributed AI services. We believe that IDN provides a practical path toward an Internet architecture for the AI age, making AI capabilities more accessible, efficient, trustworthy, and responsive to diverse application needs.

4KDehazeFlow: Ultra-High-Definition Image Dehazing via Flow Matching

Ultra-High-Definition (UHD) image dehazing faces challenges such as limited scene adaptability in prior-based methods and high computational complexity with color distortion in deep learning approaches. To address these issues, we propose 4KDehazeFlow, a novel method based on Flow Matching and the Haze-Aware vector field. This method models the dehazing process as a progressive optimization of continuous vector field flow, providing efficient data-driven adaptive nonlinear color transformation for high-quality dehazing. Specifically, our method has the following advantages: 1) 4KDehazeFlow is a general method compatible with various deep learning networks, without relying on any specific network architecture. 2) We propose a learnable 3D lookup table (LUT) that encodes haze transformation parameters into a compact 3D mapping matrix, enabling efficient inference through precomputed mappings. 3) We utilize a fourth-order Runge-Kutta (RK4) ordinary differential equation (ODE) solver to stably solve the dehazing flow field through an accurate step-by-step iterative method, effectively suppressing artifacts. Extensive experiments show that 4KDehazeFlow exceeds seven state-of-the-art methods. It delivers a 2dB PSNR increase and better performance in dense haze and color fidelity.

Ultra-High-Definition Dynamic Multi-Exposure Image Fusion via Infinite Pixel Learning

With the continuous improvement of device imaging resolution, the popularity of Ultra-High-Definition (UHD) images is increasing. Unfortunately, existing methods for fusing multi-exposure images in dynamic scenes are designed for low-resolution images, which makes them inefficient for generating high-quality UHD images on a resource-constrained device. To alleviate the limitations of extremely long-sequence inputs, inspired by the Large Language Model (LLM) for processing infinitely long texts, we propose a novel learning paradigm to achieve UHD multi-exposure dynamic scene image fusion on a single consumer-grade GPU, named Infinite Pixel Learning (IPL). The design of our approach comes from three key components: The first step is to slice the input sequences to relieve the pressure generated by the model processing the data stream; Second, we develop an attention cache technique, which is similar to KV cache for infinite data stream processing; Finally, we design a method for attention cache compression to alleviate the storage burden of the cache on the device. In addition, we provide a new UHD benchmark to evaluate the effectiveness of our method. Extensive experimental results show that our method maintains high-quality visual performance while fusing UHD dynamic multi-exposure images in real-time (>40fps) on a single consumer-grade GPU.

Ultra-High-Definition Image Deblurring via Multi-scale Cubic-Mixer

Currently, transformer-based algorithms are making a splash in the domain of image deblurring. Their achievement depends on the self-attention mechanism with CNN stem to model long range dependencies between tokens. Unfortunately, this ear-pleasing pipeline introduces high computational complexity and makes it difficult to run an ultra-high-definition image on a single GPU in real time. To trade-off accuracy and efficiency, the input degraded image is computed cyclically over three dimensional ($C$, $W$, and $H$) signals without a self-attention mechanism. We term this deep network as Multi-scale Cubic-Mixer, which is acted on both the real and imaginary components after fast Fourier transform to estimate the Fourier coefficients and thus obtain a deblurred image. Furthermore, we combine the multi-scale cubic-mixer with a slicing strategy to generate high-quality results at a much lower computational cost. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs favorably against the state-of-the-art deblurring approaches on the several benchmarks and a new ultra-high-definition dataset in terms of accuracy and speed.

Anomaly Detection of Complex Networks Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set Ensemble

Ensemble learning for anomaly detection of data structured into complex network has been barely studied due to the inconsistent performance of complex network characteristics and lack of inherent objective function. In this paper, we propose the IFSAD, a new two-phase ensemble method for anomaly detection based on intuitionistic fuzzy set, and applies it to the abnormal behavior detection problem in temporal complex networks. First, it constructs the intuitionistic fuzzy set of single network characteristic which quantifies the degree of membership, non-membership and hesitation of each of network characteristic to the defined linguistic variables so that makes the unuseful or noise characteristics become part of the detection. To build an objective intuitionistic fuzzy relationship, we propose an Gaussian distribution-based membership function which gives a variable hesitation degree. Then, for the fuzzification of multiple network characteristics, the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric operator is adopted to fuse multiple IFSs and to avoid the inconsistent of multiple characteristics. Finally, the score function and precision function are used to sort the fused IFS. Finally we carried out extensive experiments on several complex network datasets for anomaly detection, and the results demonstrate the superiority of our method to state-of-the-art approaches, validating the effectiveness of our method.
