Scaling Sim-to-Real VLA Reinforcement Learning with Generative 3D Worlds

The strong performance of large vision-language models (VLMs) trained with reinforcement learning (RL) has motivated similar approaches for fine-tuning vision-language-action (VLA) models in robotics. Many recent works fine-tune VLAs directly in the real world to avoid addressing the sim-to-real gap. While real-world RL circumvents sim-to-real issues, it inherently limits the generality of the resulting VLA, as scaling scene and object diversity in the physical world is prohibitively difficult. This leads to the paradoxical outcome of transforming a broadly pretrained model into an overfitted, scene-specific policy. Training in simulation can instead provide access to diverse scenes, but designing those scenes is also costly. In this work, we show that VLAs can be RL fine-tuned across broad scene and object distributions and with reduced labor by leveraging 3D world generative models. Using these models together with a language-driven scene designer, we generate 100 diverse interactive scenes containing unique objects and backgrounds, enabling scalable and highly parallel policy learning. Starting from a pretrained imitation baseline, our approach increases simulation success from 9.7% up to 79.8% while achieving a 1.25$\times$ speedup in task completion time. We further demonstrate successful sim-to-real transfer enabled by the quality of the generated scenes together with domain randomization, improving real-world success from 21.7% to 75% and achieving a 1.13$\times$ speedup. Finally, we further highlight the benefits of leveraging the effectively unlimited data from 3D world generative models through an ablation study showing that increasing scene diversity directly improves zero-shot generalization.

MobileCybench: Evaluating Agent Vulnerability Discovery via Executable Probes

AI agents now report vulnerabilities faster than maintainers can review them. Reports often depend on security properties specific to the application, and require considerable human labor to process. To mitigate this, we introduce a framework for evaluating vulnerability reports via probes, executable checks of security properties. A reported exploit is evaluated by replaying it against the application and running the probes: a triggered probe indicates both that the exploit succeeded and which security property it violated. As a probe encodes a security property rather than a known vulnerability, it can detect vulnerabilities that were not known when the probe was written. We instantiate the framework as MobileCybench, a benchmark for vulnerability discovery by AI agents in 13 Android applications, with 495 probes written and reviewed by the authors. We evaluate 5 coding agents (OpenCode with GPT-5.5, GPT-5.6-Sol, and GLM-5.2; Claude Code with Opus 4.8 and Opus 5) under 4 settings: as a malicious app on the victim's device or as a remote attacker with a low-privilege account, each with either only an obfuscated APK or access to the application's source code. Given only the obfuscated APK, the top agent, OpenCode with GPT-5.6-Sol, triggers probes in 53.8% of applications in the malicious-app setting and 16.7% in the remote-attacker setting. With source code, the trigger rate across all agents and both attack settings increases from 28.8% to 32.8%. Building and running the benchmark surfaced 23 previously unreported vulnerabilities, the majority of which have been confirmed by maintainers.

MSSP: Multi-Scale Spatially-Constrained Partition for Unsupervised Semantic Segmentation of 3D Point Clouds

3D point cloud semantic segmentation is essential for real-world spatial understanding, yet the prohibitive cost of human annotations motivates unsupervised approaches that require no labels. Existing superpoint-based methods typically rely on spectral analysis at a fixed granularity, failing to capture the hierarchical semantic structures inherent in complex indoor scenes. To bridge this gap, we present a Multi-Scale Spatially-Constrained Partition (MSSP) framework that combines multi-scale spectral analysis with spatially-constrained clustering. Multi-scale spectral analysis constructs enriched superpoint descriptors across multiple clustering granularities; however, the resulting high-dimensional feature space calls for a structural prior to translate into cleaner segmentation. Spatially-constrained clustering supplies this prior by restricting superpoint merging to physically adjacent regions, imposing the spatial coherence needed for multi-scale features to be effective. Extensive experiments on S3DIS and ScanNet show that MSSP achieves the best mIoU among unsupervised methods on the main benchmarks, with particularly significant gains on S3DIS. Notably, our ablation reveals a regularize-then-enrich interaction: multi-scale features alone do not improve final segmentation, yet become highly effective when coupled with spatial regularization, underscoring that spatial coherence is aprerequisite for multi-scale representations in superpoint clustering.

InstructMove: A Text-Indispensable Benchmark for Instruction-Following Manipulation

Vision-language-action (VLA) models have made general-purpose robot manipulation increasingly plausible by conditioning robot actions on natural-language instructions. A key test of such generality is whether policies actually follow language instructions. Yet many manipulation benchmarks leave this ability underdetermined: the intended object or destination is often visually salient or uniquely feasible, allowing policies to succeed without grounding the instruction. We argue that instruction-following evaluation should be text-indispensable: multiple actions should be visually and physically plausible, while only one should be consistent with the language instruction. We introduce InstructMove, a text-indispensable benchmark for instruction-following manipulation. InstructMove instantiates this principle in pick-and-place scenes with semantic distractors, decomposing instruction following into category identification, attribute discrimination, spatial reasoning, and compositional pick-and-place. InstructMove supports a train-eval protocol with InstructMove training data and held-out evaluation tasks, with additional diagnostics for language dependence. Experiments with representative VLA policies show that InstructMove provides a controlled testbed for diagnosing visual shortcuts and that InstructMove simulation data can improve real-world instruction-following manipulation performance. EmbodiedGen V2: An Agentic, Simulation-Ready 3D World Engine for Embodied AI

We present EmbodiedGen V2, a generative 3D world engine for building executable policy-ready environments for embodied intelligence. Sim-ready 3D asset generation has advanced rapidly, yet assembling such assets into policy-ready task environments remains largely manual, limiting scalable closed-loop learning. EmbodiedGen V2 addresses this gap through a unified sim-ready representation that connects cross-simulator assets, interaction affordances, task-driven worlds, large-scale multi-room scenes, and stateful Vibe Coding into a generative, editable, and reusable simulation pipeline. The generated environments support manipulation, navigation, mobile manipulation, cross-simulator deployment, and embodied policy training. In evaluation, the asset pipeline achieves 96.5% human acceptance and 98.6% collision success, and 83.3% of task-driven worlds are directly usable for downstream simulation without manual modification. Online reinforcement learning with generated environments further improves simulation success from 9.7% to 79.8%, and transfers to real robots with task success increasing from 21.7% to 75.0%. These results establish EmbodiedGen V2 as scalable simulation infrastructure for training, evaluating, and deploying embodied policies.

Spa3R: Predictive Spatial Field Modeling for 3D Visual Reasoning

Vision-language models excel at 2D visual understanding but remain limited in 3D spatial reasoning. Existing approaches either depend on explicit 3D modalities, which limits scalability, or inject partial, view-conditioned geometric priors and leave the language model to recover global scene structure from sparse cues. We introduce Spa3R, a self-supervised framework that learns a unified, view-invariant spatial representation from unposed multi-view RGB images. Its Predictive Spatial Field Modeling objective compresses context views into a compact latent representation and predicts aligned geometric and semantic feature fields at novel viewpoints, thereby encouraging coherent encoding of scene geometry and layout. We integrate the pre-trained Spa3R Encoder into a vision-language model through a lightweight residual cross-attention adapter, yielding Spa3-VLM and grounding language reasoning in global spatial context. Spa3-VLM achieves an average score of 58.6% on VSI-Bench and delivers leading or competitive performance across three additional spatial reasoning benchmarks. These results demonstrate that predictive spatial representation learning provides an effective visual foundation for 3D reasoning.

HoloAgent-0: A Unified Embodied Agent Framework with 3D Spatial Memory

LLM agents follow a practical execution loop in digital environments: they reason over structured states, invoke tools, inspect feedback, and revise actions. Extending this loop to physical robots is difficult because physical execution is continuous, embodiment-dependent, uncertain, and constrained by safety. Existing embodied-AI systems have advanced manipulation, spatial understanding, navigation, and humanoid control, but these capabilities often remain specialized modules or loosely coupled decision loops. In this work, we introduce HoloAgent-0, a unified embodied agent framework for real-world robot deployment. Embodied AgentOS converts language instructions into executable skill graphs, schedules robot resources, monitors execution, and triggers clarification or re-planning from runtime feedback. HoloAgent-0 organizes heterogeneous robot models and controllers through three coupled layers: Embodied AgentOS for closed-loop execution, 3D spatial memory for physical world grounding, and embodied skills for robot action. We deploy HoloAgent-0 on real hardware and evaluate its spatial memory, long-horizon navigation, and closed-loop execution across motion generation, object search, cross-robot coordination, and mobile manipulation.

ManiSplat: Manipulation Trajectory Synthesis from Monocular Video via Decoupled 3D Gaussian Splatting

Reconstructing dynamic and interactive 3D scenes from real-world observations remains a fundamental challenge in computer vision and robotics. While recent advances in 3D Gaussian Splatting have enabled high-fidelity static reconstruction, extending it to interactive environments with articulated robots and manipulable objects remains difficult due to complex contact interactions and abrupt pose changes. To address these challenges, we introduce ManiSplat, a unified framework that reconstructs controllable and decoupled Gaussian digital twins directly from monocular ego-view robotic videos. Our method introduces a Graph-Structured Disentangled Representation that separates the robot, objects, and background into independently optimizable Gaussian subfields organized within a scene graph. To ensure stability, we propose a Task-Oriented Spatio-Temporal Alignment module that leverages the inherent logic of manipulation tasks-alternating between Motion and Skill phases-to construct accurate pseudo-ground-truth trajectories. Finally, a joint photometric-geometric optimization ensures the reconstructed scenes are temporally coherent, physically consistent, and simulation-ready. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach reconstructs interaction-driven dynamic scenes with high fidelity and controllability, effectively supporting downstream robotic tasks and policy learning.

3D-Fixer: Coarse-to-Fine In-place Completion for 3D Scenes from a Single Image

Compositional 3D scene generation from a single view requires the simultaneous recovery of scene layout and 3D assets. Existing approaches mainly fall into two categories: feed-forward generation methods and per-instance generation methods. The former directly predict 3D assets with explicit 6DoF poses through efficient network inference, but they generalize poorly to complex scenes. The latter improve generalization through a divide-and-conquer strategy, but suffer from time-consuming pose optimization. To bridge this gap, we introduce 3D-Fixer, a novel in-place completion paradigm. Specifically, 3D-Fixer extends 3D object generative priors to generate complete 3D assets conditioned on the partially visible point cloud at the original locations, which are cropped from the fragmented geometry obtained from the geometry estimation methods. Unlike prior works that require explicit pose alignment, 3D-Fixer uses fragmented geometry as a spatial anchor to preserve layout fidelity. At its core, we propose a coarse-to-fine generation scheme to resolve boundary ambiguity under occlusion, supported by a dual-branch conditioning network and an Occlusion-Robust Feature Alignment (ORFA) strategy for stable training. Furthermore, to address the data scarcity bottleneck, we present ARSG-110K, the largest scene-level dataset to date, comprising over 110K diverse scenes and 3M annotated images with high-fidelity 3D ground truth. Extensive experiments show that 3D-Fixer achieves state-of-the-art geometric accuracy, which significantly outperforms baselines such as MIDI and Gen3DSR, while maintaining the efficiency of the diffusion process. DreamLifting: A Plug-in Module Lifting MV Diffusion Models for 3D Asset Generation

The labor- and experience-intensive creation of 3D assets with physically based rendering (PBR) materials demands an autonomous 3D asset creation pipeline. However, most existing 3D generation methods focus on geometry modeling, either baking textures into simple vertex colors or leaving texture synthesis to post-processing with image diffusion models. To achieve end-to-end PBR-ready 3D asset generation, we present Lightweight Gaussian Asset Adapter (LGAA), a novel framework that unifies the modeling of geometry and PBR materials by exploiting multi-view (MV) diffusion priors from a novel perspective. The LGAA features a modular design with three components. Specifically, the LGAA Wrapper reuses and adapts network layers from MV diffusion models, which encapsulate knowledge acquired from billions of images, enabling better convergence in a data-efficient manner. To incorporate multiple diffusion priors for geometry and PBR synthesis, the LGAA Switcher aligns multiple LGAA Wrapper layers encapsulating different knowledge. Then, a tamed variational autoencoder (VAE), termed LGAA Decoder, is designed to predict 2D Gaussian Splatting (2DGS) with PBR channels. Finally, we introduce a dedicated post-processing procedure to effectively extract high-quality, relightable mesh assets from the resulting 2DGS. Extensive quantitative and qualitative experiments demonstrate the superior performance of LGAA with both text- and image-conditioned MV diffusion models. Additionally, the modular design enables flexible incorporation of multiple diffusion priors, and the knowledge-preserving scheme effectively preseves the 2D priors learned on massive image dataset, which leads to data efficient finetuning to lift the MV diffuison models for 3D generation with merely 69k multi-view instances.

Uni3R: Unified 3D Reconstruction and Semantic Understanding via Generalizable Gaussian Splatting from Unposed Multi-View Images

Reconstructing and semantically interpreting 3D scenes from sparse 2D views remains a fundamental challenge in computer vision. Conventional methods often decouple semantic understanding from reconstruction or necessitate costly per-scene optimization, thereby restricting their scalability and generalizability. In this paper, we introduce Uni3R, a novel feed-forward framework that jointly reconstructs a unified 3D scene representation enriched with open-vocabulary semantics, directly from unposed multi-view images. Our approach leverages a Cross-View Transformer to robustly integrate information across arbitrary multi-view inputs, which then regresses a set of 3D Gaussian primitives endowed with semantic feature fields. This unified representation facilitates high-fidelity novel view synthesis, open-vocabulary 3D semantic segmentation, and depth prediction, all within a single, feed-forward pass. Extensive experiments demonstrate that Uni3R establishes a new state-of-the-art across multiple benchmarks, including 25.07 PSNR on RE10K and 55.84 mIoU on ScanNet. Our work signifies a novel paradigm towards generalizable, unified 3D scene reconstruction and understanding. The code is available at https://github.com/HorizonRobotics/Uni3R.

FSR-VLN: Fast and Slow Reasoning for Vision-Language Navigation with Hierarchical Multi-modal Scene Graph

Visual-Language Navigation (VLN) is a fundamental challenge in robotic systems, with broad applications for the deployment of embodied agents in real-world environments. Despite recent advances, existing approaches are limited in long-range spatial reasoning, often exhibiting low success rates and high inference latency, particularly in long-range navigation tasks. To address these limitations, we propose FSR-VLN, a vision-language navigation system that combines a Hierarchical Multi-modal Scene Graph (HMSG) with Fast-to-Slow Navigation Reasoning (FSR). The HMSG provides a multi-modal map representation supporting progressive retrieval, from coarse room-level localization to fine-grained goal view and object identification. Building on HMSG, FSR first performs fast matching to efficiently select candidate rooms, views, and objects, then applies VLM-driven refinement for final goal selection. We evaluated FSR-VLN across four comprehensive indoor datasets collected by humanoid robots, utilizing 87 instructions that encompass a diverse range of object categories. FSR-VLN achieves state-of-the-art (SOTA) performance in all datasets, measured by the retrieval success rate (RSR), while reducing the response time by 82% compared to VLM-based methods on tour videos by activating slow reasoning only when fast intuition fails. Furthermore, we integrate FSR-VLN with speech interaction, planning, and control modules on a Unitree-G1 humanoid robot, enabling natural language interaction and real-time navigation.

Data-Adaptive Transformed Bilateral Tensor Low-Rank Representation for Clustering

Tensor low-rank representation (TLRR) has demonstrated significant success in image clustering. However, most existing methods rely on fixed transformations and suffer from poor robustness to noise. In this paper, we propose a novel transformed bilateral tensor low-rank representation model called TBTLRR, which introduces a data-adaptive tensor nuclear norm by learning arbitrary unitary transforms, allowing for more effective capture of global correlations. In addition, by leveraging the bilateral structure of latent tensor data, TBTLRR is able to exploit local correlations between image samples and features. Furthermore, TBTLRR integrates the $\ell_{1/2}$-norm and Frobenius norm regularization terms for better dealing with complex noise in real-world scenarios. To solve the proposed nonconvex model, we develop an efficient optimization algorithm inspired by the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) and provide theoretical convergence. Extensive experiments validate its superiority over the state-of-the-art methods in clustering. The code will be available at https://github.com/xianchaoxiu/TBTLRR.

InWaveSR: Topography-Aware Super-Resolution Network for Internal Solitary Waves

The effective utilization of observational data is frequently hindered by insufficient resolution. To address this problem, we present a new spatio-temporal super-resolution (STSR) model, called InWaveSR. It is built on a deep learning framework with physical restrictions and can efficiently generate high-resolution data from low-resolution input, especially for data featuring internal solitary waves (ISWs). To increase generality and interpretation, the model InWaveSR uses the primitive Navier-Stokes equations as the constraint, ensuring that the output results are physically consistent. In addition, the proposed model incorporates an HF-ResBlock component that combines the attention mechanism and the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method to improve the performance of the model in capturing high-frequency characteristics. Simultaneously, in order to enhance the adaptability of the model to complicated bottom topography, an edge sampling and numerical pre-processing method are carried out to optimize the training process. On evaluations using the in-situ observational ISW data, the proposed InWaveSR achieved a peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) score of 36.2, higher than those of the traditional interpolation method and the previous neural network. This highlights its significant superiority over traditional methods, demonstrating its excellent performance and reliability in high-resolution ISW reconstruction.

GeoFlow-SLAM: A Robust Tightly-Coupled RGBD-Inertial and Legged Odometry Fusion SLAM for Dynamic Legged Robotics

This paper presents GeoFlow-SLAM, a robust and effective Tightly-Coupled RGBD-inertial SLAM for legged robotics undergoing aggressive and high-frequency motions.By integrating geometric consistency, legged odometry constraints, and dual-stream optical flow (GeoFlow), our method addresses three critical challenges:feature matching and pose initialization failures during fast locomotion and visual feature scarcity in texture-less scenes.Specifically, in rapid motion scenarios, feature matching is notably enhanced by leveraging dual-stream optical flow, which combines prior map points and poses. Additionally, we propose a robust pose initialization method for fast locomotion and IMU error in legged robots, integrating IMU/Legged odometry, inter-frame Perspective-n-Point (PnP), and Generalized Iterative Closest Point (GICP). Furthermore, a novel optimization framework that tightly couples depth-to-map and GICP geometric constraints is first introduced to improve the robustness and accuracy in long-duration, visually texture-less environments. GLS: Geometry-aware 3D Language Gaussian Splatting

Recently, 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has achieved impressive performance on indoor surface reconstruction and 3D open-vocabulary segmentation. This paper presents GLS, a unified framework of 3D surface reconstruction and open-vocabulary segmentation based on 3DGS. GLS extends two fields by improving their sharpness and smoothness. For indoor surface reconstruction, we introduce surface normal prior as a geometric cue to guide the rendered normal, and use the normal error to optimize the rendered depth. For 3D open-vocabulary segmentation, we employ 2D CLIP features to guide instance features and enhance the surface smoothness, then utilize DEVA masks to maintain their view consistency. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of jointly optimizing surface reconstruction and 3D open-vocabulary segmentation, where GLS surpasses state-of-the-art approaches of each task on MuSHRoom, ScanNet++ and LERF-OVS datasets. EmbodiedGen: Towards a Generative 3D World Engine for Embodied Intelligence

Constructing a physically realistic and accurately scaled simulated 3D world is crucial for the training and evaluation of embodied intelligence tasks. The diversity, realism, low cost accessibility and affordability of 3D data assets are critical for achieving generalization and scalability in embodied AI. However, most current embodied intelligence tasks still rely heavily on traditional 3D computer graphics assets manually created and annotated, which suffer from high production costs and limited realism. These limitations significantly hinder the scalability of data driven approaches. We present EmbodiedGen, a foundational platform for interactive 3D world generation. It enables the scalable generation of high-quality, controllable and photorealistic 3D assets with accurate physical properties and real-world scale in the Unified Robotics Description Format (URDF) at low cost. These assets can be directly imported into various physics simulation engines for fine-grained physical control, supporting downstream tasks in training and evaluation. EmbodiedGen is an easy-to-use, full-featured toolkit composed of six key modules: Image-to-3D, Text-to-3D, Texture Generation, Articulated Object Generation, Scene Generation and Layout Generation. EmbodiedGen generates diverse and interactive 3D worlds composed of generative 3D assets, leveraging generative AI to address the challenges of generalization and evaluation to the needs of embodied intelligence related research. DIPO: Dual-State Images Controlled Articulated Object Generation Powered by Diverse Data

We present DIPO, a novel framework for the controllable generation of articulated 3D objects from a pair of images: one depicting the object in a resting state and the other in an articulated state. Compared to the single-image approach, our dual-image input imposes only a modest overhead for data collection, but at the same time provides important motion information, which is a reliable guide for predicting kinematic relationships between parts. Specifically, we propose a dual-image diffusion model that captures relationships between the image pair to generate part layouts and joint parameters. In addition, we introduce a Chain-of-Thought (CoT) based graph reasoner that explicitly infers part connectivity relationships. To further improve robustness and generalization on complex articulated objects, we develop a fully automated dataset expansion pipeline, name LEGO-Art, that enriches the diversity and complexity of PartNet-Mobility dataset. We propose PM-X, a large-scale dataset of complex articulated 3D objects, accompanied by rendered images, URDF annotations, and textual descriptions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that DIPO significantly outperforms existing baselines in both the resting state and the articulated state, while the proposed PM-X dataset further enhances generalization to diverse and structurally complex articulated objects. Our code and dataset will be released to the community upon publication.
