Movable-Antenna Assisted Energy Minimization in UAV-Enabled Mobile Edge Computing Systems

Driven by the exponential growth of latency-sensitive applications, mobile edge computing (MEC) has emerged as a pivotal paradigm, yet mitigating its substantial energy consumption remains critical. This paper explores a movable-antenna (MA) assisted energy minimization scheme in an uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV)-enabled MEC system, where a UAV equipped with an MA array serves as an edge server to process tasks offloaded from terrestrial consumer electronics (CE) devices. To minimize the total system energy consumption, we jointly optimize computation resource allocation, CE transmit power, receive beamforming, and MA positions. To tackle the resulting non-convex problem with coupled variables, a robust alternating optimization algorithm based on the block coordinate descent method is developed. The problem is iteratively decomposed into three subproblems. In particular, the subproblem of transmit power and receive beamforming is reformulated and optimized using the quadratic transform technique, while the MA array positions are optimized via the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Numerical simulations verify that the proposed scheme achieves substantial energy savings over conventional benchmarks.

Environment-Conditioned Diffusion Meta-Learning for Data-Efficient WiFi Localization

Fingerprinting-based localization often suffers from poor cross-environment generalization, especially when only a few labeled samples are available in the target environment. Existing methods mitigate distribution shifts through domain adaptation or improved signal representations, but they usually ignore environmental geometry or use it in a deterministic manner, limiting their ability to capture diverse multipath variations in complex propagation conditions. To address this issue, we propose EnvCoLoc, an environment-conditioned diffusion meta-learning framework for few-shot fingerprinting localization. EnvCoLoc extracts structured descriptors from 3D point clouds and uses them to condition a latent diffusion generator, which produces environment-specific parameter offsets to modulate a shared meta-learned initialization. This design injects geometry-aware priors into the adaptation process and provides more informative initializations for new environments. To learn the stochastic mapping from coarse environmental descriptors to high-dimensional parameter corrections under limited data, the diffusion generator and localization network are jointly optimized within a two-loop meta-learning framework. The generated offsets capture systematic environment-dependent variations, while gradient-based inner-loop adaptation further refines the model to reduce residual task-specific mismatch. We also provide an excess-loss analysis for finite-step adaptation, theoretically supporting the benefit of geometry-aware initialization. Real-world experiments show that EnvCoLoc consistently improves localization accuracy over baseline methods, achieving up to a 20.0% reduction in mean localization error in NLOS scenarios with only 10 support samples.

Annotation-Free Indoor Radio Mapping via Physics-Informed Trajectory Inference

Constructing indoor radio maps traditionally requires extensive site surveys with precise user-location labels, making the calibration process costly and time-consuming. Existing calibration-reduction methods either depend on partial location annotations or exploit inertial measurement units (IMUs) to provide relative motion cues; however, IMU-assisted solutions are constrained by hardware availability, device-level access restrictions, and accumulated sensor drift. In this paper, we study a location-label-free indoor radio mapping problem under known access-point deployment geometry and a known walkable spatial domain. We propose a physics-informed trajectory inference framework that uses only Channel State Information (CSI), without relying on user-location labels or IMU measurements. The key idea is to recover the latent spatial coordinates of CSI measurements by exploiting the local spatial continuity of multipath propagation. To this end, we construct a Power-Angle-Delay Profile (PADP) feature distance from MIMO-OFDM CSI and show that, within a local neighborhood and under quasi-static multipath conditions, this distance provides a physically meaningful proxy for small spatial displacements. We then incorporate the PADP-based continuity constraint into a spatially regularized Bayesian inference model for joint trajectory recovery and propagation-parameter estimation. Experiments on a real-world industrial CSI dataset demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves an average localization error of 0.88 m and a relative beam map construction error of 6.68%, improving upon representative channel-embedding and IMU-assisted baselines.

Survey-Free Radio Map Construction via HMM-Based Coarse-to-Fine Inference

Traditional radio map construction methods mandate labor-intensive data collection and precise location labeling. To address these limitations, we propose a novel survey-free approach for radio map construction that relies solely on unlabeled Received Signal Strength (RSS) measurements, thereby obviating the need for manual site surveys or auxiliary Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs). The key idea involves embedding multiple unlabeled RSS sequences into a known indoor layout, specifically targeting corridor-guided environments with a dominant unidirectional pedestrian flow. However, aligning the embedded coordinates with the RSS collection locations remains challenging due to the random fluctuations inherent in RSS data. To tackle this, we introduce a Hidden Markov Model (HMM)- based Coarse-to-Fine Inference (HCFI) framework. At the coarse level, we employ an HMM-based region label inference algorithm to partition RSS sequences and align the RSS segments with specific physical regions using graph-based inference. At the fine level, we develop an HMM-based location label inference technique to estimate RSS collection coordinates by leveraging RSS propagation principles while incorporating sequential spatio-temporal mobility probability. Empirical results from an office environment demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a radio map construction Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 8.96 dB. Furthermore, based on the estimated radio map, k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) localization yields an average positioning error of approximately 3.33 meters, offering a highly viable, survey-free solution for radio map construction under sequential topological assumptions.

6DMA-Enabled ISAC for Low-Altitude Economy

In this paper, we investigate a six dimensional movable antenna (6DMA) enable integrated sensing and communications (ISAC) network in low-altitude economy. The studied 6DMA can move in a three-dimensional space and rotate around its surface center, making full use of spatial freedom to adapt to the different location distributions of uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) adjust channel conditions in time. However, since the rotation and location change of 6DMA requires the assistance of a physical device, it is unreasonable for 6DMA to change locations too frequently. Therefore, we propose a hierarchical deep reinforcement learning algorithm based on twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient. The first layer optimizes the rotation and location of 6DMA with infrequent updates, and the second layer optimizes the UAV flight direction and base station transmit beamforming matrix in each time slot. Under the condition of satisfying the sensing intensity of the sensing target, the total data transmission rate to the UAVs is maximized. The numerical results show that the proposed 6DMA-enable ISAC algorithm through joint optimization of multiple variables performs significantly better than the partially movable scheme and the fixed antenna position scheme.

Movable-Antenna Enabled Robust Vehicular Consumer Networks Under Imperfect CSI

The accelerating advancement of intelligent transportation systems has established consumer-oriented vehicular networks (CVNs) as a critical infrastructure for next-generation connected mobility. However, the high mobility of vehicular users (VUs) introduces significant channel state information (CSI) uncertainty, which severely undermines the performance of conventional fixed-position antenna systems. To address this, this paper explores the deployment of movable-antennas (MAs) to enhance communication robustness in CVNs under imperfect CSI conditions. We develop a joint optimization framework that dynamically coordinates the spatial positioning of MAs and transmit beamforming at the base station, with the objective of maximizing the worst-case sum rate across all VUs. The problem is formulated as a non-convex max-min optimization problem, subject to bounded CSI estimation errors, transmit power limits, and physical constraints on antenna displacement. By adopting an alternating optimization strategy, the original problem is decomposed into tractable subproblems, solved via techniques including the S-Procedure, Schur complement, and successive convex approximation. Numerical evaluations confirm that the proposed approach achieves substantial gains over existing benchmarks in terms of worst-case throughput.

UAV-Enabled Fluid Antenna Systems for Multi-Target Wireless Sensing over LAWCNs

Fluid antenna system (FAS) is emerging as a key technology for enhancing spatial flexibility and sensing accuracy in future wireless systems. This paper investigates an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-enabled FAS for multi-target wireless sensing in low-altitude wireless consumer networks (LAWCNs) for achieving the low-altitude economy (LAE) missions. We formulate an optimization problem aimed at minimizing the average Cram\'er-Rao bound (CRB) for multiple target estimations. To tackle this non-convex problem, an efficient alternating optimization (AO) algorithm is proposed, which jointly optimizes the UAV trajectory, the antenna position of the transmit fluid antennas (FAs) and the receive FAs, and the transmit beamforming at the UAV. Simulation results demonstrate significant performance improvements in estimation accuracy and sensing reliability compared to conventional schemes, e.g., the fixed position antenna scheme. The proposed system achieves enhanced sensing performance through adaptive trajectory design and beamforming, alongside effective interference suppression via the flexible FAS antenna repositioning, underscoring its practical potential for precision sensing in the UAV-enabled LAWCNs.

UAV-Enabled ISAC with Fluid Antennas for Low-Altitude Wireless Networks

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-enabled integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) is regarded as a key enabler for next-generation wireless systems. However, conventional fixed-position antennas limit the ability of UAVs to fully exploit their inherent potential. To overcome this limitation, we propose a UAV-enabled ISAC framework equipped with fluid antennas (FAs), where the mobility of antenna elements introduces additional spatial degrees of freedom to simultaneously enhance communication and sensing performance. A multi-objective optimization problem is formulated to maximize the communication rates of multiple users while minimizing the Cram\'er-Rao bound (CRB) for the angle estimation of a single target. Due to excessively frequent updates of FA positions may lead to response delay, a three-timescale optimization framework is developed to jointly optimize transmit beamforming, FA positions, and UAV trajectory based on their characteristics. To solve the non-convexity of the problem, an alternating optimization-based algorithm is developed to obtain a sub-optimal solution. Numerical results show that the proposed scheme significantly outperforms various benchmark schemes, validating the effectiveness of integrating the FA technology into the UAV-enabled ISAC systems.

RSMA-Enhanced Data Collection in RIS-Assisted Intelligent Consumer Transportation Systems

This paper investigates the data collection enhancement problem in a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-empowered intelligent consumer transportation system (ICTS). We propose a novel framework where a data center (DC) provides energy to pre-configured roadside unit (RSU) pairs during the downlink stage. While in the uplink stage, these RSU pairs utilize a hybrid rate-splitting multiple access (RSMA) and time-division multiple access (TDMA) protocol to transmit the processed data to the DC, while simultaneously performing local data processing using the harvested energy. Our objective is to maximize the minimal processed data volume of the RSU pairs by jointly optimizing the RIS downlink and uplink phase shifts, the transmit power of the DC and RSUs, the RSU computation resource allocation, and the time slot allocation. To address the formulated non-convex problem, we develop an efficient iterative algorithm integrating alternating optimization and sequential rank-one constraint relaxation methods. Extensive simulations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms baseline schemes under diverse scenarios, validating its effectiveness in enhancing the data processing performance for intelligent transportation applications.

Joint Beamforming Design for RIS-Empowered NOMA-ISAC Systems

This paper investigates a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-assisted integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) system and proposes a joint communication and sensing beamforming design based on non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology. The system employs a dual-functional base station (DFBS) to simultaneously serve multiple users and sense multiple targets with the aid of RIS. To maximize the sum-rate of users, we jointly optimize the DFBS's active beamforming, the RIS's reflection coefficients, and the radar receive filters. The optimization is performed under constraints including the radar signal-to-noise ratio thresholds, the user signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio requirements, the phase shifts of the RIS, the total transmit power, the receive filters, and the successive interference cancellation decoding order. To tackle the complex interdependencies and non-convex nature of the optimization problem, we introduce an effective iterative algorithm based on the alternating optimization framework. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms baseline algorithms, highlighting its distinct advantages in the considered RIS-empowered NOMA-ISAC systems.

QoS-Aware Integrated Sensing, Communication, and Control with Movable Antenna

Integrated sensing, communication, and control (ISCC) has emerged as a key enabler for low-altitude wireless networks with enhanced adaptability through resource allocation co-design and intelligent environment awareness. However, dynamic interference and channel attenuation constrain the potential of the ISCC system. To address this challenge, we propose a novel movable antenna-empowered ISCC system. An achievable data rate maximization problem is formulated while guaranteeing the sensing and control quality-of-service (QoS) by optimizing the positions of the antennas and the beamforming strategy for communication, sensing, and control co-design. An efficient alternating optimization (AO)-based algorithm is proposed to solve the highly coupled non-convex problem. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed AO-based algorithm achieves substantial gains in the achievable data rate and the control QoS compared with benchmark schemes.

Latency Minimization for Multi-AAV-Enabled ISCC Systems with Movable Antenna

This paper investigates an autonomous aerial vehicle (AAV)-enabled integrated sensing, communication, and computation system, with a particular focus on integrating movable antennas (MAs) into the system for enhancing overall system performance. Specifically, multiple MA-enabled AVVs perform sensing tasks and simultaneously transmit the generated computational tasks to the base station for processing. To minimize the maximum latency under the sensing and resource constraints, we formulate an optimization problem that jointly coordinates the position of the MAs, the computation resource allocation, and the transmit beamforming. Due to the non-convexity of the objective function and strong coupling among variables, we propose a two-layer iterative algorithm leveraging particle swarm optimization and convex optimization to address it. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves significant latency improvements compared to the baseline schemes.

Coordinated Beamforming for RIS-Empowered ISAC Systems over Secure Low-Altitude Networks

Emerging as a cornerstone for next-generation wireless networks, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) systems demand innovative solutions to balance spectral efficiency and sensing accuracy. In this paper, we propose a coordinated beamforming framework for a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-empowered ISAC system, where the active precoding at the dual-functional base station (DFBS) and the passive beamforming at the RIS are jointly optimized to provide communication services for legitimate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) while sensing the unauthorized UAVs. The sum-rate of all legitimate UAVs are maximized, while satisfying the radar sensing signal-to-noise ratio requirements, the transmit power constraints, and the reflection coefficients of the RIS. To address the inherent non-convexity from coupled variables, we propose a low-complexity algorithm integrating fractional programming with alternating optimization, featuring convergence guarantees. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves higher data rate compared to disjoint optimization benchmarks. This underscores RIS's pivotal role in harmonizing communication and target sensing functionalities for low-altitude networks.

Full-Duplex Integrated Sensing, Communication, and Computation over Low-Altitude Wireless Networks

With low-altitude economies emerging as a pivotal sector, this study explores an integrated sensing, communication, and computation system over low-altitude wireless networks. A full-duplex autonomous aerial vehicle (AAV) operates as an AAV-enabled low-altitude platform (ALAP), concurrently executing data transmission, target sensing, and mobile edge computing services. To minimize systemic energy consumption under sensing beampattern constraints and computational demands, we formulate an optimization problem coordinating task allocation, computation resource allocation, and transmit/receive beamforming. Given the non-convexity and highly variable coupling, an efficient iterative convex approximation framework based on alternating optimization decomposes the problem into tractable subproblems. Moreover, the convergence and computational complexity of the proposed algorithm are rigorously analyzed. Simulations verify up to 54.12\% energy savings versus benchmarks.

Intelligent Legal Assistant: An Interactive Clarification System for Legal Question Answering

The rise of large language models has opened new avenues for users seeking legal advice. However, users often lack professional legal knowledge, which can lead to questions that omit critical information. This deficiency makes it challenging for traditional legal question-answering systems to accurately identify users' actual needs, often resulting in imprecise or generalized advice. In this work, we develop a legal question-answering system called Intelligent Legal Assistant, which interacts with users to precisely capture their needs. When a user poses a question, the system requests that the user select their geographical location to pinpoint the applicable laws. It then generates clarifying questions and options based on the key information missing from the user's initial question. This allows the user to select and provide the necessary details. Once all necessary information is provided, the system produces an in-depth legal analysis encompassing three aspects: overall conclusion, jurisprudential analysis, and resolution suggestions.
